Great afternoon cream tea, food was very good, catered very well for Gluten Free. What made it was the service from all the staff, especially Pratigya, she was exceptional throught our afternoon tea. Best service we have experienced for a very long time.

After heavy meals in London, we craved healthy yet tasty food. This spot delivered! Everyone found something they loved, with friendly service and a convenient location. Highly recommend!

Popped in yesterday and saw someone else being served the double smash burger. I had to come back to try one. You should too. It’s an amazing gourmet burger as good as you will get anywhere.

I’m suspicious of all of these five star reviews that were made two weeks ago and a month ago. The service in here is super slow. It’s very difficult to get served once you have been seated, even if you just want coffee. It then takes a long time to receive what you have ordered. The part I really disliked about this place is that it is absolutely filthy. I have no idea how the manager is walking around looking at the walls and the pictures on the walls as they are covered in food. See pictures.

El Luggage Room se encuentra en el emblemático hotel Marriott Grosvenor Square, en el West End de Londres, a pocos pasos de Oxford Street. Es un bar muy acogedor con pequeñas alcobas encantadoras en las que puedes perderte. Es pequeño pero atmosférico, oscuro y muy histórico. Mientras estábamos sentados en el bar, vimos al mixólogo residente mostrar su talento. Tenía verdadera pasión y entusiasmo total. Relató la historia de la sala de equipaje, la historia de las bebidas y estaba dispuesto a experimentar con cualquiera de nuestros deseos alcohólicos o no alcohólicos. Nous sommes allés dans ce restaurant à trois après une journée bien remplie de visites à Londres. Réservation facile par téléphone peu avant d'arriver. Nous recherchions un beau restaurant pour notre dernière soirée et nous n'avons pas été déçu. La cuisine est très belle et excellente, le service est parfait.
