Mehedi was a great server and took care of my needs and wants. The food was great and the service was awesome. I encourage everyone to dine here.

We dined at the May Fair Kitchen on a couple of occasions and were looked after by the delightful Zena. She knew the menu well and her recommendations were spot on. Not to mention friendly and very professional. We would definitely recommend dining here.

As far as hotel restaurants and breakfasts go, this place has it all: warmth, class, very good food and excellent vibes. Families are more than welcome, they are embraced — and a large part of that is because of people like Pauline, a conversational and amiable old-school British server who anticipates your needs without smothering you and makes you feel comfortably at home.

I enjoyed this area of the hotel more on this occasion as the noise levels were more acceptable to be able to have a proper conversation with the other person I was meeting. Tried the filo prawns why but were very good. My waiter Joy was very sociable, polite and helpful. He did a great job serving us and was constantly checking up on us as well. Overall it was a good visit. Next time I’ll try stay longer for dinner.

This spot was a lovely space for my friends and I to catch up over good food and drinks. Esme was very inviting greeting us with a big and was very helpful with the menu and gave us great recommendations. All the staff are very lovely, all the food looks and tastes delicious and the restaurant has a nice relaxing atmosphere. Would definitely come back again and recommend for anyone who hasn't come yet to come and experience the delicious dual cuisine of Japanese and Italian. Really tasty food and great service from Bogdan! He was really patient when explaining and recommending food for us! We particularly liked the rib eye steak and lamb from the Italian grill. The cheesecake with passion fruit sorbet was one of the best cheesecakes I’ve ever had!

We ordered the 6-course meal and it was unique! Each course left us wanting more and looking forward to the next. The customer service stood out too. Hannah and Luna particularly stood out and were very sweet/of help. Would recommend!

We went for dinner for valentine’s and we are so satisfied with food and with service. Especially massive thank you to Bogdan who was really helpful and positive. Also big thank you to really nice lady who filling up glass of water each time it was about to finish, she was also lovely. Overall really recommend this place.

We visited the May Fair Kitchen for a pre-theatre meal. It was a competition prize, and a very generous one at that. Our waitress, Mihaela, was very knowledgeable and she was happy to make recommendations for the food and the drinks. The restaurant offers both Japanese and Italian food but we stuck to the Japanese part of the menu, for a real experience. I chose fish plates and my husband chose meat plates but we both tried everything. We started with the gyoza tacos (yellowfin for me, beef for my husband), which were very nice. I then opted for the yellowtail sashimi while he went for the beef tartare, both with truffle, they were excellent. Moved on to the crispy king prawns with wasabi mayonnaise then the black cod for me and the beef filet for him and we had the crispy Japanese aubergine as a side. Everything was absolutely delicious. I also had two cocktails, the Tonka Passionfruit which was amazing and the Lychees and Apricot Rosé, which was just nice, very subtle aromas. Mihaela and her colleagues were extremely professional and courteous. It was an unforgettable meal, just wished we'd had more time, as we skipped dessert in order to be at the theatre in time.

We loved this restaurant. We were visiting London on business and found this location. It turned out to be a wonderful find. The food and ambiance were both wonderful. Great vibe and music. Great place for a non-conventional dinner. The vegetarian food is not recommened if you are a spoiled vegetarian person. Other than that, the wine and service is excellent. Many thanks to Mihaela for serving us so well.

The level of service at Mayfair Kitchen is phenomenal. We are staying at the Mayfair hotel, we did not have a reservation at the restaurant but that was not an issue. Everyone we dealt with provided excellent service, making suggestions, and ensuring we were pleased with our choices. I must give a special thanks to Orestis, his advice for wine and after-dinner drinks was spot on and definitely made our night. I suggest ym, when in London, stop at the Mayfair Kitchen.
