Nice food and drinks, good selection on the menu, and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend the Chicken Parmigiana

The food was okay, but I've been to better lunch spots. The service was good except that we did have to leave quite soon. Given that we were in a bigger group of 7, we thought we might have our table longer than an hour. The atmosphere was very chilled and relaxed which was nice. Loved the presentation of the food, but the taste wasn't anything spectacular.

Super cute cafe, super delicious food, lots of choice, clean, friendly staff. Reasonably priced, good portions, food came very quickly. Very nicely decorated! Clear recommendation!! There are different locations, but the map is always the same! Be sure to reserve a table in advance! Very crowded but still quiet!

Amazing food but it took them forever to serve us

Have been to other branches for brunch which I've always enjoyed, but went to Paradise Green for Dinner. The food was tasty enough but we were disappointed by the portion sizes especially for the price. We both ordered the winter risotto which was served in a very shallow bowl and could be eaten in about 6 spoons. Service was a bit slow and we had to ask for water twice. Expected better for the price.

Went with a large group after work, expected it to be rammed but plenty of space and the restaurant gave us the option to pre-order so when we go there the service was super fast and great food.

I pre-booked for a weekday work lunch. We arrived on time for 1 .45pm to 100 Bishopsgate, where a hostess who could not possibly look more bored or uninterested told us to go outside and round the back to our table. I had to ask her twice to repeat again as no context was given as to why we would need to leave the place. Eventually she bothered to explain that the place has ‘another half’ at the other side of the building. Would have been good to know in advance. We went round the back where no hostess was there. So i waved for help, told them again why we are there (by then it was the 5th time i had to say we had a booking). Then we were showed a corner table. And then ignored for about 10mins without anybody asking if we wanted to order. After 10mins the lets call her waitress came over and ask ‘what do you want to order’. Given it was our first time, nobody explained the menu talked to us about options or gave us a chance to ask questions. So i said we wanted to order drinks first. So she asked again ‘what do you want’. I told her since we havent seen the drinks menu we dont know yet. Then she reached across the whole table to show me a drink menu that was in front of the only empty seat at our table. So ordered the first things we saw on it with no help or guidance. We also ordered starters again with no help or guidance. Then she left and 20 mins later somebody else showed up with our orders. The food was mediocre at best. But as we were finishing our starters we wanted to order mains to save time. So I waved about 10 times at all the waiting staff, all ignored us. Then our dedicated waitress went to the next table and see me waving at her she said and i quote ‘please wait i am with a customer’. Had i not been that disappointed and angry by then i could have thought it was funny how much this poor waste of space of a person did not speak English nor knew what service was. She eventually came over and repeated ‘sorry i was with a customer’. So i explained to her that we, I, and everyone else sitting at the tables are customers. Dont think she understood the sarcasm or the words. We eventually ordered again with no help or guidance. The last straw was that she left the starter plates on the table until the mains were brought. And when she eventually realised that we finished our drinks she asked ‘do you want another one?’. Infuriating! Somebody train staff on how to service! In city where there are so many choices the service would have saved the place as the food was also nothing write home about. We will definitely not be back. I did not even bother taking more photos. An absolute no for me.

Loved the Dirty Daisy dish..light but full of flavour! The cocktails are great too!

Awful customer service - spoken to appallingly by a member of their team. The food is just average, certainly not worth being spoken to and treated badly for. Will never eat there again

Had such a fab time at bottomless dinner.. our waitress Janet was so lovely and we had so much fun! Definitely will be back.. also Janet’s line manager I speak directly to you.. give this woman a raise she’s amazing!!

The whole experience was amazing, would highly recommend! The value for money in London is hard to come by and the service was excellent, particularly want to say thank you to our waitress for the evening, Janet, who went above and beyond to make our friend’s 30th birthday special! The singers are all so talented, will definitely be back!

Good food! Good atmosphere thanks to the live singers! Booze was on tap…literally. They bring out these cocktail-filled pitchers of biblical proportions, and you just pour straight into your glass. Staff were super helpful and very friendly. What’s else can you ask for on a night out with friends?

Despite the location, atmosphere, and decoration, the presentation of the brunch we had did not satisfy me at all. The taste was mediocre, and surprisingly, the bread was stale. I expected more, especially considering the price wasn’t low.

food was good but very poor service. we were served to the table in front of the emergency exit even though there were plenty of empty tables and the staff was very rude when we asked to change the table.

Great place near London’s insurance sector’s hub. We went on a business lunch and were disappointed when we couldn’t get a table for two in the front, or back of the restaurant but were seated on the bar table/chairs but to our shock, the place was packing by 1 PM (hence recommend reserving in advance). The back of the restaurant has a lot more seating. We had the crispy Australian banana prawns (amazing), the panko fried halloumi (very good), house cured Yuzu gin salmon (good). For the mains we had the BBQ monkfish skewers (amazing) and the dry aged sirloin (very good). Overall, our lunch was great and really appreciate it!

Lovely restaurant with a great bottomless option! Very accommodating of latecomers in our party too and kept the prosecco flowing.. the banana bread dessert option is 10/10

Had a very nice evening here. The food was good - in particular the Miso Aubergine. We were also surprised to find out that some of the staff performed/sang after 8pm which was great fun. The only reason it's not 5* is that I tend to reserve that for a places I would like to go back to again. While it was all nice and there were no issues, i just can't imagine I would. Maybe I am still incredulous that anyone would try and change £25 for a chicken parm; central London or not.

The plates/dishes were nice and tasty. However, we have been really disappointed by the attitude of the manager. We made a booking to have a brunch. During the booking process and on the reservation confirmation email, it was specified that for the "bottomless brunch", the time span was 90 minutes to enjoy it. However, for the "à la carte" brunch, nothing was specified. Therefore, we ordered a first round of dishes and drinks and waited a bit after finishing them. We then ordered a second round or drinks and were about to order a second round of dishes as well but the manager told us that we had to leave within 5 minutes. We did not receive any notice beforehand. He would not admit that there were no mention of maximum time for a standard brunch and just kept on repeating that we had to leave in a rude and unprofessional way. We just received our second hot drinks, which we had to finish extremely quickly, almost burning ourselves. If you want a tasteful brunch, go there. If you want some good and relaxed time on a Saturday morning to enjoy a tasteful brunch, don't. Ridiculous attitude of the manager, wouldn't recommend.

The food tasted great and the atmosphere was on point but I have to say it feels overly pricey for the portion size. It’s a nice little place but probably not if you want to get your money’s worth. Staff were friendly and service was good. Loved the decor. I think the range wasn’t huge for brunch but maybe for a fancy coffee I’d go back.

We had a lovely time at Paradise Green for our work’s Christmas do. The food was absolutely delicious, so matter what you choose from the set menu, you’re in for a treat. The service team are fantastic, especially Jess, Tom and Soufiane, who took care of our large party, made sure we had everything we needed, and suggested some great recommendations for what to eat and what drinks paired with it. Can’t recommend enough!

A super steak in a decent restaurant. Apparently an Aussie restaurant, but hard to work out why? For the price I expected a bit more comfort and class. But the food and service were great.

Our server Nitin was lovely and the smashed avo isn’t back either!

Very unexpected and unique setting in an experience-first restaurant. Vibrant and playful decor, pleasant service and a simple yet lovely food teleports away from London and into sunny Australia for a meal. The meals are colourful and vibrant and I highly recommend the house made sparkling kambucha tea.

Brought a group of 15 people there for dinner this evening, and they loved it. Janet, our server, took amazing care of us. Food was on point; so was the music, which brought a nice ambience and the right level of volume so we were able to have conversations throughout the evening. Thank you!

Overpriced and overrated. £28.38 for chicken, fries and side salad. I would have been more happy paying £14 at Nandos for half chicken and chips and coleslaw. The prices being inflated is driven by a lot of companies being in the area so managers are paying on their company cards hence the price point becomes largely irrelevant. If you are looking for decent and reasonably priced brunch options in the area I'd go for Nora Cafe or Nillys Cafe.

The meal was lovely - although luke warm - as mentioned to the waiting staff at the time. However, the experience was seriously marred by the final waiter (the initial waiting staff were great) who all but physically ejected us! Despite there being only a few diners so no pressure for tables and it was early (approx. 21.15) he brought the bill to the table (unrequested!) immediately followed by the machine to pay, so not exactly subtle! Only after we’d started considering how much we’d leave as a tip did it become apparent he’d not shown us the machine and we’d paid a service charge without being given any option! I’m greatly disappointed as I thought this was going to be the ideal option for a team dinner and I’m now going to have to find an alternative.

I recently visited Paradise Green (Bar area) with a client for a cup of tea afer a meeting, but our experience was extremely disappointing and downright embarrassing. Shortly after our tea was served, we were abruptly told by staff that we had to leave unless we ordered food—despite there being plenty of empty tables around and the place not being busy. When we explained that we intended to at least finish our tea and then leave , the manager rudely took our half full teapots away, saying, "I'm taking your tea then!" No other solution was offered to us. We were never informed about their policy of not serving tea after 5pm (they served it...), which felt like an unnecessary and unprofessional rule that was enforced in a very inconsiderate manner. This was especially embarrassing in front of my client, and it completely soured what should have been a simple, relaxing meeting. I won’t be returning and definitely don’t recommend it to others. Thankfully I never took any of my clients for a lunch or dinner there!

Went there for the first time a few days ago and it's got a lovely vibe. The staff are brilliant. The manager, Tom, was very warm, welcoming, and helpful. Highly recommend the grilled sea bass! Would be nice to have a few more GF desert options as it is very limited.

Great spot for brunch! The avocado on toast with eggs was so nice, and their coffee tastes great. Dan and Alejandra served us, they were attentive and fast with the service, even though the restaurant was quite busy.

Nice brunch here - enjoyed the avocado toast with a side of bacon. If I had one criticisim, the side of bacon for £4 extra was disappointing - two very thin slices quite well done.

The chicken schnitzel was served warm and had obviously been under a warming lamp for a while. Odd when my dining partner was having salad.

Food looked decent however, was rather cold when received. When I mentioned to staff I didn’t get much attention despite repeatedly asking. In summary, bang average for what it is and the price you pay, stay away as far as you can!

I came down for Brunch on a Saturday with 3 friends. Food was great - very tasty and well presented. However the big let down was the service - we were served by a lady (receipt said Janet but not sure if that’s her name). We had to wait 45 minutes to put in our order, we requested a glass of ice but it never came, but worse still was the attitude of server, who was very unpleasant and made us feel very uncomfortable. Needless to say that for the first time in a very long time I had to request for the service charge to be removed to make a point. Would return if I didn’t have to be waited on by the same lady.

Janna & Dan were our main servers and they were so friendly and nice, and had great suggestions, and then the food came so swiftly. Also, we didn’t come with a booking and it was busy and they still managed to seat us quickly. Such a great time, will definitely be back <3

Really lovely brunch place my friends took me for my birthday. The staff were really sweet, accommodating and patient with us - would recommend!

I’ve been to the Greens for brunch before and really enjoyed it. Always a nice ambience. This was the first time I’d visited for dinner and was hugely disappointed. The food is tasty enough but the portions are tiny! And the price is outrageous. I paid £25 for a tiny piece of sea bass, three baby new potatoes and a teaspoon of sauce. So disappointing! I felt completely ripped off. Service was very mediocre, they didn’t bring our side (which was £6.50 for 6 tiny new potatoes!!) until we were half way through our mains despite us reminding them twice. Not okay for that price. Won’t be returning and definitely won’t be recommending

Despite a good first experience here during a business lunch, the second visit here was fairly poor in general. While we were alright waiting at the bar counter for a table, they seemed to have forgotten about moving us to the tables until we enquired multiple times with different staff. Food wise, it was pretty bad except for the shashouka. Bacon was so tough that I shook the entire table while cutting it, poached eggs were cold, avocado had a really tough skin, and worst of all the roasted cauliflower was cold.. We got a “ah sorry about it” which seemed really pacifying when asked for feedback about the food - not that we would accept, but a gesture of removing the cauliflower from the bill as it was unfinished would have at least lifted the experience. Not one that I would return to in the future.
