One of the very few vegan restaurants I cannot support. My experience here was absolutely terrible and treatment by the owners was unnecessarily rude, confrontational, and very bizarre. I wouldn’t feel comfortable recommending this place to anyone until the owners change the way they treat people.

What a beautiful and little corner Me and my partner went with some friends and had an amazing time, such a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, and the food is just to die for 11/10 We played some games and had an amazing afternoon/evening I will definitely be back Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience

Great place, nice Brazilian snacks and dishes. As a Brazilian for me it was really good experience and I can say I felt in Brazil. :)

This cozy cafe is located on England's Lane near Hampstead, just about a 10 mins walk from the Underground station. The cafe has plenty of seating available, both upstairs and outside. Most of the staff were incredibly nice and attentive, except for one woman in a green top. They offer a variety of pastries, and I ordered the Blueberry Matcha and Tiramisu Brioche. Both the food and coffee were quite good, especially the Tiramisu Brioche, which was filled with a pleasantly tangy cream cheese filling. Overall, this is a cafe I definitely recommend, and I look forward to returning to try more items!

All Gauchos are good, but this one is really good, excellent food and attentive service and very attentive to allergies

We were told on arrival on a Saturday that our gift voucher wasn't valid on a Saturday. Nowhere in any of the communications during voucher registration or table booking had it told us this. The manager eventually found it in ambiguously worded small print buried deep in the terms and conditions. Incompetence or deviousness? I suspect the latter. Thanks to the manager for finding a compromise, but the visit still ended up costing us extra. Noisy environment, difficult hearing what the waiters were saying. Tiny portions. Some flavours unusual and interesting, some we didn't like. Sky high drinks prices. The overall experience was underwhelming.

We had a wonderful afternoon tea for 6 including bottomless Prosecco for the adults. The food was delicious and the chef more than happy to accommodate a change to the fillings in the sandwiches for my friends son. The staff where extremely customer focused and always kept our glasses topped up. We’ll definitely be going back!

It's really worthwhile to order a selection of lighter dishes, or starters, and share them. It makes for a really good dining experience at the Giraffe. Have also tried the breakfast, and that was really very good.

This is a functional cafe, it has no charm but the tea and cake were fine. They use paper cups with plastic tops which I was not impressed with. So I would not visit again until this has changed. Staff were grumpy.

Este es un lugar encantador para disfrutar de un café o una cerveza o vino, uno de los pocos bares café buena real en Londres. No es del todo un pub como tope, pero tampoco es todo como una cafetería que prim cierra a las 4:00 pm. Tiene algo de buena música, un maravilloso y relajado ambiente y algunas cervezas, dulces orgánicos. Es también independiente y algunos de sus beneficios reinvests. Sin duda un lugar especial.
