Fantastic atmosphere great service Melanie our waitress fabulous and we thoroughly enjoyed the energetic ambiance -

I am a regular there. However this time I did not really enjoy as much. The starters I ordered were not fresh. The format of the dancers have changed and it is quite dull. The music was not nice at all. A lot more drunk people compared to normally (which I know you cannot really control that). Overall this time it was not a good night. I have had much better nights at Tropicana before. I am hoping this was a one off bad night. I must say the security and staff service is really good. I do appreciate that.

Food was great but the portions a bit small for our standards Environment, music and drinks are incredible! Overall a very good choice!

Food and entertainment was fab, as was the table staff. The only disappointment was the bar staff who were not trained well and frankly a bit rude. One guy kept filling the glasses with mixers instead if asking when to stop so downed the spirit and was not very polite when challenged about it.

A good choice of cocktails would of liked the 2 for 1 to run till at least 9pm. Also the music could have been more current. But overall a fun night.

Burger and bun were burnt, bouncers were rude considering we were just going for dinner. Waitress wasn’t trained on the menu

From seeing the advertisement on the Tropicana website we expected so much more from the club. It was very basic, toilets were dirty, music was not great (Dj was not accommodating when songs were requested) and food was overpriced. We are also very disappointed that the photo booth camera stand did take amazing photos but after sending them to email addresses we found out the next day that nothing actually sent which was very frustrating as we attended for a leaving do. I would not recommend to a friend as the vibes were not as the website suggested and was full off the elder generation.

What can I say, Tropicana was amazing. It was me and my missus’ first visit and boy, they did not disappoint. When you first enter the main entrance, you go up a flight of stairs but I like the idea how they made the place very ‘tropical’ with all the palm tree settings and paradise looking pictures and even the sounds of waves made it feel like you was in tropical place. As soon as you enter the main area, again there are more palm tree settings and there’s a circular dance floor right in the middle of the building. You have benches just outside of the dance floor and the bars are on the ‘upper’ section of the building. Food & Drink We arrived there for 6PM and I believe happy hour is from 5 till 8. The majority of the cocktails are £10 but they are so worth it. You pretty much get more for your money here than places that do cocktails for £12.50 and get a lot less. The food was good. I got the jerk chicken wings starter and had the buttermilk chicken meal that came with rice and slaw. My Missus got the chicken skewers as the starter and the same main meal. The prices are affordable but I must warn you….the food is spicy. If you don’t like spice, then I suggest you stay away from jerk meals as this could potentially put you off the food……didn’t bother me though. I loved it all the same lol. Entertainment At 8 and 9 there were dancers performing on stage to different music and putting on a good show. The Performers stood at different areas such as around the floor or even on the tables lool. It was really fun and then from then on, the DJ was playing some nice mixes of music which pretty much catered to all ethnicities. The music would range from pop, old school hits, reggaeton, reggae music….I liked the reggae and reggaeton music to be fair and me and missus definitely got down to the music lol! Overall, the night was brilliant and I would definitely do it again. Thank you Tropicana and see you again soon!

My experience wasn’t good but I still would recommend the place. I went there on a Brazilian Carnival night. Being a Brazilian myself I was expecting a proper carnival party. People were having fun, but I was deeply disappointed. The food isn’t Latin, it’s very adapted to the British public, which is fine. But again I was maybe looking for something more on the Latin side. The service however was superb. We were very well looked after!

The music choice could be better. I booked a table for my birthday with 10 friends, the food was great, service was fantastic but the music was rubbish so we left early to find a club to spend the rest of the night overall i could recommend to a friend

Greta music & entertainment. Would go again but not for the dining, as food was warm, and starters & mains arrived altogether. Sitting on benches gets very uncomfortable especially if you are there for a few hours!..Service staff were great and friendly.

We booked a table a few weeks in advance to see a George Michael tribute evening I originally booked a table for 6.45 pm which was changed by the management to an 8.45 pm table as the tribute was on at 9.45pm as we wanted to watch the GM act and it was confirmed by phone on the morning we would be eating from the main menu! We arrived and were seated and we ordered a bottle of wine! Not great service! We asked for the menu twice and never got it! We spent the evening hungry! It wasn’t the planned time we hoped for!!!

The main course was to oily and the vegetables under the salmon were horrible

I hated to be asked to leave my table after 2hr, after we spent £30+ each. I find this policy very unfriendly and because of that I dont think I will be back. I dont care its Christmas, I booked the table and want to stay there as long as I want.

Extremely poor service shouldn't be serving food. Slow, waited over 40mins for a drink and over an hour for our meal. Drinks ridiculously expensive and not satisfactory either

Had a great evening here on Friday night with my husband, the food is exceptionally great value for money, cocktails are on par with other bars at price point, slightly expensive but it is London. The bar is LOUD so not ideal for chit chat. The whole place is amazingly themed, the music had a great variety, the cocktail menu was great, the food and drinks had a novelty factor which I was quite impressed with, service was great and the dancers were great! We really did have a great night 💜👌🏻

The venue is fantastic. Lots of energy and lively crowd, along with terrific entertainment by the club (dancers and carnival type performances). The only downside is the service. We had a reserved area but constantly had to hunt for someone to take our order. Even when orders arrived they were often wrong and in some cases, our full glass of drink would be cleared by a cleaner less than 5 minutes after arriving. We were also forced to pay our bill and were told there was another booking, except no one turned up and the table was free for 3-4 hours afterwards.

Food was not great, very slow service (one dish took 45 minuted to turn up) cold food etc but we had a fun night regardless. Work on the food and service and it would be a brilliant venue for fun nights out

Like a huge wedding party. Dancefloor classics and the booze is flowing. Basic bar food available and the service was surprisingly good, considering the noise and number of people. Take a group of friends and really let your hair down. No posing here, just enjoy the tackiness to the full!!

An enjoyable and a memorable night out. I went on a Thursday so 2-1 drinks was nice. Pleasant security and friendly staff. However I did book a table under a special occasion specifically stating that it was my 18th, also confirming this on a phone call with them but when we got there it was slightly unorganised and people were sitting at our 'reserved' table and were asked to leave. Despite the lack of a birthday touch it was a really good night.

Table service was terrible, waiting time on drinks was bad, our food came before our drinks even come. If your a smoker than bad news, the smoking area is tiny! Barely enough room for 5-6 people. Food was average nothing special. Okay ampospher but seemed a bit chaotic at times. Could do with a bit of a re camp in decor.

I book a table for 3 for my birthday and since I arrive at the door everyone was friendly and accommodating. The food is great and the drink is not too expensive the and the dancers were amazing. Definitely coming back and recommend to my friends.

It was very lively which was nice. However music was dated and crowd was much older that I expected. Food was ok. But very small portions. More like tapas than an actual meal. Cocktails were ok but overall I expected better.

I love Tropicana Beach Club! The food is so tasty and reasonably priced, the staff are great and the music is just brilliant. The mix of people in the club makes for a great night out all together!

it was good when i went first time..so we went for 2nd time around but this time they took ages before we sit when our table book for 9:15 they said to come 15mins early which we did but the table wasnt ready till around 9:25pm..then the waitress took ages before getting our food and when the food came there is no waitress around to ask for more drinks sauces etc..we ask the lady who brought our food but apparently they dont take orders..we ordered our drinks first but the food came already and because we were hungry we ate so quick but our drinks still havent come till we finish it and it took ages before someone come again to get orders we wanted to order more food but we just didnt bother because the waitress takes ages..

Second visit here and not as good as the first! Food lovely and our waitress very good but the place was freezing! We sat eating our meal with our coats on after asking for the air con to be turned down three times! Don’t think we will return anytime soon!

One of the best club i know. Service is excellent. Michele Zavani was taking care of us. He is superb in his job. My guest list was more than 50 people but he and his team manage us so well. My friends were super happy. Must recommended place.

This venue is suitable for party, very lively and they have a live show every night in a pool side decoration (a pool without water but serve as dancing floor). Food quality is not good but you go there for drinks rather than food really.

Food was lovely atmosphere was great! Shame about the staff waitresses very rude and accused us of under paying! When they did not charge us correctly for the 2-4-1 cocktails. I was not impressed!

Me and my wife really enjoyed our evening staff faultless our waitress was first rate my wife works in the same environment so understands the hard work they do .would need plenty of money for along night out .food was really good

Had a better time last week better choice of music but still had fun and enjoyed it.

It was supposed to be my boyfriends birthday and we were starving. We had even asked before going if they served halal and they said they serve chicken which is halal. But unfortunately they didn&#039;t even bother notifying that they had run out of most of the things which were halal on the menu leaving us to only be able to order chicken wings as starters. So overall the dining experience wasn&#039;t good because we were still hungry and had to go elsewhere for a proper meal. Next time I don&#039;t think I will have a Meal there.

The place was really good and we had so much fun, however, the only thing i was not happy about was that although my booking was made for 4 people, we had to order the set menu. According to the T&amp;C the set menu is for minimum group of 6 + <br />***Dining reservation: guests are required to dine, that means ordering a minimum of 1 main course when dining from a la carte. <br />Booking of 6 guests + must dine from our set menu.<br />The dishes were also too big for us and we could not finish them, so it was a waste of money and food too.<br />I wish, they could have offered us a la carte menu.

Entertainment was brilliant, the staff were very friendly and was such a fun place to be. I totally loved it great choice of music, food was great overall 10 out of 10. Can&#039;t wait to go again!!

I really enjoyed the club overall and found it quite welcoming. Although, waitress had not a clue where to sit my friend and I even knowing we had book a table before hand. We were half an hour going from table to table until I had enough. One of the waiters was really rude saying &quot; you need to wait because I am very busy&quot; even when explaining to him that i had a booked table. I spoke with a manager that got me another waitress and she was really nice. Food was yummy. Was promised a free drink as conpensation for the mess around but that never came. It is a shame really that the unorganized and absent team work let the place dowm. Will defo come back but not for food.

It is unfortunate, but I have to say I did not enjoy my time at TBC. The whole seating and booking system was a shambles. Myself and my friend were seated at a long table joined by a large bridal group after 30mins of waiting. The waitress was pleasant and attentive however she was also very focused on those spending large amounts of money on alcohol, and not those eating.<br /><br />Following our food. Which was nothing special we tried to enjoy our night. We found it was beyond crowded with a strange mix of people. Those we came across were rude and did not think twice about shoving past us and pouring half their drink down us in the process. Another flaw was the lack of toilets. Without fail the que for the ladies was always more than 8 people in front. <br /><br />Overall I am sad to say that I did not enjoy my night. If I had been completely drunk or rich beyond my means and wanting to flash the cash it may have worked. However for me it was a car crash and I ended up leaving very disappointed.

Fun venue and the food generous and tasty, far exceeded my pre-conceptions

Had my 22nd birthday celebrations here with a small group of friends. Due to train delays we all arrived about 45 minutes late and were afraid that our booking would have been cancelled, but thankfully it wasn&#039;t. We only had an hour at our table due to us being late but it was completely understandable. Our food came our really fast and we had about 40 mins to eat and enjoy. The staff were super lovely about our lateness and I&#039;d definitely return!

We booked tropicana for my friends birthday. It was a last minute find I must say. But we had a fabulous time. We would have more fun if we could managed to get on the actual dance floor though.. but it great!

For me the value for money and fantastic staff stood out above all else. From the cloakroom attendants to management everyone was so friendly, professional and helpful. The special offer of 2 courses and free cocktail makes it affordable for everyone and the entertainers were fabulous. Definitely be back!

Overall good... but original book came through an hour earlier than chosen. We didn&#039;t make it for that time so couldn&#039;t have table. Now I get this through for a 7.00 booking which I was told I couldn&#039;t have. <br />Very annoying. The club and music and food were all good though. Poor booking system sport the occasion

CT is a fun and vibrant place. The cocktails are good value with the happy hour offer and the ambience is great, we would definately go again.

We came here on a Saturday night and booked the pre-theatre menu. Loved the place with dance floor, DJ, good music plenty of tables to sit at. Lots of lovely girls to serve you and handsome guys at the bar. You were served starters which consisted of spare ribs, jerk chicken wings and squid (all served piping hot), together with tortillas and a couple of dips. It was delicious and you were given a cocktail which was a Strawberry Dakari. For main course we had the “Jerk Salmon”. It was delicious and served with coconut rice &amp; black beans, rainbow slaw, grilled pineapple and Caribbean island sauce. Spicy and nice. There were also CHURROS with chocolate dipping sauce. This is set up for “younger people” but we enjoyed it and the music was good.

A fantastic venue - lots of fun, reasonably priced food and drink and excellent entertainment. Great for a night out with friends!

It was ok, food was average but we felt very rushed! Food price was average for what you got. I wouldn&#039;t go again for food. But for drinks yes, the atmosphere was good.

I was very disappointed about how my night was at this club .we where sat down and was given our free drinks and ordered food , but once we where seen to we only managed to order 1 drink as the server didn&#039;t come and ask us if we wanted any more drinks or food we had to as someone to get us a drink also as soon as our food was done with we was given our bill . We did notice that the other tables around us where getting many drinks and attention and we felt like we hot left out a little .The venue was good but because of the poor service it made our night not so enjoyable

We had friends get together, and we chose Tropicana Beach Club as we heard from friends about it.<br />The team and staff were very friendly from the start and the moment we&#039;ve entered to seating, and ordering food, not forgetting the great atmosphere and music with dancing :)<br /><br />The lady who served us, was so nice and friendly (can&#039;t remember her name I apologise), but she made the experience top as well :)<br /><br />We had a great time, and will be coming back again for sure<br /><br />Thank you again

Had a really good night, atmosphere was brilliant and great how everyone is pulled up to dance. Only critic was the ribs, where was the meat?? Apart from that the rest of the meal and drinks were on point!

Amazing service, really attentive waitresses. The food was delicious and great sized portions. We went to happy hour, and dinner. We found later in the night that ordering drinks straight from the bar was better, as the drinks at happy hour on the tables were quite sugary and after 1 or 2 you feel a bit queezy. <br />The guys in red shorts would be hilarious, they have really nice bodies, but we felt a bit guilty thinking that as they all looked around 20 yrs old and looked uncomfortable and shy. <br />For a place called &#039;Tropicana&#039; it wasnt very tropical. The decorations were fantastic, but it definitely needed more latin influence. It was an amazing club as Guanabara, its a shame that the food and decorations have improved immensely, but its lost its personality. Bring back more latin music and get more latins in for the entertainment instead of the english uni &#039;abecrombie &amp; fitch&#039; shy lookalike models, and that place will turn into somewhere you can never get into because its so hilariously perfect for a night out.

Enjoyed a fun filled girlie night in Tropicana beach. Went for dinner which was casual food suited everyone&#039;s taste perfect for what we needed it was really good &amp; not expensive, fantastic customer service we were well looked after we had cocktails which tasted great 2-4-1 during happy hour along with prosecco £20 a btl so worked out amazing value! Music was great we danced the night away &amp; staff very friendly. The life guards in great shape 😍 really lovely guys good fun &amp; happy for pic&#039;s to be taken. I definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a fun evening/night out.

The club is very well decorated and you feel away from London. The life guard boys are the best part, very friendly with all the guest. Fantastic please for birthday party.

Only benches to sit on, no choise for desert, before 9h30 there was no spectacle, after we don&#039;t now, we lived because it was to cold, we had finished to eat and there was nothing to see.

What a brilliant place for our annual Christmas get together! Live band was amazing ! Defientley will be coming back again!

The foods that being served delicious, the prices for the food is reasonable. The live show performance is awesome, service is great, awesome decoration, the only problem it&#039;s just some of the songs being played ruined the mood to dance but it&#039;s not major since the drinks is nice.

Me and the girls came to celebrate our b&#039;days. We all had such a great night &amp; we all agreed we wud defo return. Food was lovely. Great 2 have 241 cocktails. I went for a business outing with clients and we had the sharing cocktails which were amazing. The presentation of the cocktails was great.

Awesome club with vibrant crowd, interesting varieties of cocktails and divine food ( the best tacos in Town ). Absolutely loved the lighting and ambiance, music was sensational , so was the live entertainment! Just the kind of night I was looking for my friends bday celebrations. Highly recommended!

I have been to Guanabarra before it changed to Tropicana and l must say we didn&#039; t enjoy it . No ambiance , food was mediocre, service was ok, but what l find not acceptable is, we just order 2 drinks , we got off our table to dance by the time we got back the drinks were gone and so is our chairs. So we were not happy about that . We pay our bill and left after that and l won&#039; t recommend anyone to Tropicana. What is that about these guys in those brief shorts? A let done .

We were very disappointed with the service. 2 meals were very late, they came after everyone had finished their main course. at the end they didn&#039;t bring our churros. We didn&#039;t pay for service as we thought it was not good. Live band played only a couple of songs.

La comida no estaba mal, pero tampoco genial. Yo tenía un tacos, y diría que el llenado era un poco mezquino lateral. Además, había mucho aceite cuando me recogí para comer que tenía que dar propina en la placa. El sabor era bueno. Había un intervalo durante la comida para llevar algunos bailarines de Brasil, que era genial y sin duda hicieron un cambio. Sin embargo, la música ensordecedora permaneció incluso después de que las había dejado la etapa de bailarines, por lo que no pude disfrutar del resto de comida y estancia para café/postres después.
