If i could give a lower rating I truly would. I ordered a number of items and all were awful and the portion sizes were a sham. The large oxtail and rice and peas was tiny and the container was mostly rice and the small amount of oxtail that was there was basically bone. The plantain was soaked with oil - so much so there was a pool of oil in the container. The saltfish fritter was oily and rubber like in texture - probably the worst fritter I have ever had. All in all very disappointing, especially considering the outrageous amount that was spent on this meal. A poor representation of Caribbean cuisine. Never again will i order from here

I’ve only purchased ice cream from Dreams Desserts and only to take away. So my review doesn’t cover anything in-house. DreamzcDesserts ice cream is among the best I have tasted.

I feel this restaurant deserves a good review. We went to see a Saturday matinee performance of We Will Rock You and thought it would be simplest to eat at the theatre. We were a family party of seven. We were warmly greeted and two large jugs of water were immediately brought to the table, without prompting. Drinks were delivered quickly and our somewhat complicated order was efficiently taken, with good humour, and the freshly cooked food delivered in good time. The menu selection is small but we all found something we liked. The fish and chips were declared to be excellent, everyone enjoyed their burgers and my pasta dish with mushrooms, cream, asparagus, cheese and rocket was seriously good. Puddings went down well. The creme brulee looked so good, the waffles and icecream were much appreciated and the cheesecake was tasty. The service from two cheerful and so efficient waitresses could not be faulted. Thank you Bromley Theatre Restaurant.

Ordered the chicken wings and they have blatantly been left there for a few days before they have reached Metz that are hard, cold, dry and anything but fresh. Worst ever chicken wings I’ve ever received. They are so bad that this is my first EVER review of a take away service I’ve ever done. Awful.

This is my second time ordering from this takeaway and this time I was very disappointed The chicken dumpling hardly had any chicken in it which tasted more of curry than anything else the very small portion of ackee and salt fish left me disappointed and the rice and peas was just bearable No point in pre-ordering your meal as it will come later anyway

Visited after a long walk and can honestly say that this was the best burger I have ever eaten. The burgers themselves were cooked perfectly, the brioche bun complimented the sauce... yum...

Tried this place soon after opening and it was dreadful. However tried recently for breakfast and in fairness it was very good and £3.49 for breakfast wrap, hash brown and a bottle of coke zero it is much cheaper the Macdonald’s. What I was very impressed with, inside the restaurant and the toilets were absolutely spotless - unlike Macdonalds Yes I would go back

Super friendly service and the food was delicious! Highly recommended. We had the chicken strips and fries and my husband had the pulled pork roll. Really quick and staff were really helpful. We will return.

My friend and I called in the cafe in Bury yesterday for a light snack and a coffee. There was little choice so we had a scone, butter & jam ,and a coffee . There was only paper plates for your snack and a thin wooden knife to cut it with . Our coffee was served in a paper cup ! ( Pet hate ) My friend wanted a decafe , they didn't have any. Trying to put rock hard butter on the scone with these knives ended with a plate of crumbs, My coffee was only luke warm so it was a good thing I had asked for warm milk on the side .( It was not a nice tasting coffee ) All in all I think we will give M & S cafe a serve in the future , unless they get their act together . It is a good thing there are many better places for a coffee in Bury.

We stayed one night and had Sunday Lunch. Accommodation was average the rooms are very tired although very clean. Sunday lunch was plentiful and quite enjoyable.

I love coming here for a coffee and to chill from the business of the world for half an hour. Tonight is different, there is a member of the staff who is loud, rude and language leaves a lot to be desired. Not what you would expect to hear in an area where families sit!
