Nice place friendly staff. Food was good and comfortable clean restaurant. The iced cappuccino maple and caramel flavour was delicious

Not sure why so many negative reviews , we always stop off here when in the area and have always had delicious food. The food is so much better than Leon's, M Donalds , Burger King etc etc and at a much better price . The cheese and ham toasties are a real winner , coffee the best you will find anywhere , the cold drink selection is also the best . We took donuts home as normal and these were again delicious.

Normally we are very satisfied with my latte and breakfast wrap however we ordered our food at the drive thru but was unable to pay as they do not accept cash. A poor use of Covid excuse to turn away customers!

Overpriced rubbish, food was stone cold very little for your money and doughnuts stale. Took ages to get food aswell anywhere but here would be quicker and taste better. Would not recommend.

Ordered from here on just eat and this has happened twice now. They never get the order correct and I ordered a breakfast meal and 50 timbits. They never sent the timbits?? Its like Cmon team! get it together. Someone needs to check the orders before they go out.

I can honestly say I have never had a worse meal than this. The chicken was like reconstituted cardboard, the bread managed to be both stale and soggy. Some of the order was wrong but we didn't bother asking for it to be changed as we didn't need more inedible food. It is ridiculously overpriced and I can't believe how bad the whole experience was; we certainly won't be visiting again.

Decided to try Donuts as my wife a regular customer when living in Canada... Not sure why but out of 6 donuts 4 very dry at £8.99 that's not a winner for us.Sorry willnot buy again .

Visited for first time today Wednesday 18th Oct 2023. Parked ok . Bigger inside than it looked. Very modern and wonderful seating. Varied menu. We ordered at the counter, the Lattees were very nice and i enjoyed the Wrap and the wife an apple fritter. Price wise was good

Vile cheap rubbish quality food… sounded nice and promising but would have had better from a roadside burger van. I ordered the double chilli burger… yuk, pale thin floppy dog meat patties… that’s it, nothing else to say. Avoid

As always the food was amazing , cant beat their toasties , definitely the best coffee and donuts anywhere . Will always choose over McDonalds ,Burger King etc.

Shockingly bad burgers, average drinks, good fries. Wish I’d checked trip advisor first. The burgers were thin, flabby and maybe at one point resembled meat. Genuinely shocked how bad they were but this was the first time trying a Tim Horton’s. If they are all like this they won’t be in the UK for long.

I thought this was a doughnut and coffee place but discovered they serve sausage and egg muffins and hash browns until 12 which is great when you are too late for McDonalds!

My son had wanted to go here since it opened... then the queue was out of the door. This time the staff were that busy they were jet washing the outside. It was tea time and I now know why it wasn't busy after visiting. Waffles fries tasted like they had been heated in the microwave and left. Chicken maple burgers were awfully presented. My son had chicken tenders and said he didn't think it could get much worse than the burger but it did. All in all we spent over £28 in there and will never be returning.

Well laid out interior with very good decor, drink was okay but a little pricy, decent background music but the restaurant seemed soulless and was not that busy.

Ignore the negative reviews , have become a bit of an addict ! The coffee, soft drinks and cheese toasties are the best you will find from a fast food outlet , knocks the socks off the usual places , good value and great choice. Have not used the drive through .

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Literally get about 6 FREEZING COLD lattice fries , donuts are NOT FRESH, VERY DRY! Jam filling was negatively funky tasting, 1 or 2 were tasty (still dry). 1 burger was missing from the order. Chicken burger was lovely. Tropical cooler drink was actually FANTASTIC and by far the best thing from the order. They have no contact number (like they know they will get negative feedback and can't be bothered). Got a refund from Deliveroo and WILL NOT be ordering again. EXTREMELY overpriced. We spent £51. Not worth your hard earned cash. They can't even print a reciept properly, unreadable

First visit with my daughter, went through drive thru! My thoughts are a bit over priced & not good food! I ordered crispy chicken sandwich meal, it was not crispy! In fact I couldn’t lift the chicken off the bread roll! Waffle fries were nice & coffee was very bitter! We also ordered the Timbits they were greasy & I could taste the oil! I also don’t like cinnamon & that’s all I could taste once I had eaten a plain one. Not sure I will be visiting again

Ordered via deliveroo for breakfast. More than half the order missing, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Complaints page on website not working, no contact number for restaurant either. Absolute shambles

First time trying Tim Hortons and will NOT be going back! Ordered through an app my son had cheese burger and waffles and I had chicken burger. Totally tasteless no seasoning and the meat quality is awful you can tell they use cheap meat. Waffle fries greasy, donuts not fresh very dry maybe a day old! Only thing I liked was the vanilla French iced latte. DO NOT BOTHER!
