Did the Cocktail Masterclass experience and absolutely loved it, tasted some wonderful drinks and made a few ourselves. Jay was very knowledgeable and genuinely made the best Mojito I've ever had!

Bottomless brunch at happy hour probabaly wasn't the best idea, but Chrissie more than made up for it with attentive service and a happy attitude. For a friends birthday she checked a menu adjustment for us as the online menu had been slightly out of date, meaning the birthday boy would have missed out on his favourite drink. Would come back

We attended a coctail class with Jay on 12.04.2024 and it was amazing. Jay's knowledge of all the alcohols impressive and we learned how Rum is made. We had a good laugh and Jay made the class very entertaining. All the girls said we'd definitely come back for another class. Great value for the money we spend and all the coctails were delicious.

Christie was our server for a birthday brunch and she was amazing. Very welcoming and warm. We had an issue with our food and she sorted without hassle. Will definitely come here again

It's a nice place to chill with friends, good food , a wide area, live music, parking on the road available. Service needs improvement

Ok, very expensive, card only no cash taken, it's a so so place, more suited for luvvies, and business type of people, I go once a year if that.

Came for bottomless brunch, (today - end of March 2025), the food was banging, atmosphere was great, not too loud but a few people in which is nice to see in one of Derbys finest bars/eateries Special shoutout to Christie our server who did an absolutely sterling job, despite the place picking up towards the end of our session she sure kept those drinks flowing!! And was also super attentive and happy to help wherever she could, even by offering her recommendations 🫶 Would deffo reccomend revs de cuba Derby for bottomless brunch, by far one of the better brunches I’ve done in Derbados, and the cocktail quality is 11/10 🙌

We had a great time at Revs de Cuba, we had 5 tapas and 2 cocktails… plus a lot more cocktails… food was lovely, cocktails were even better and our server Christine was fab and always made sure we had a drink :D

To keep this short, we have been going to Rev De Cuba in Derby for many years and it was always the place to go for cocktails and a great atmosphere, not anymore. It was shocking to see how this place has been run down to a point where the cocktails appeared and tasted watered down, very little atmosphere and full of hen and stag parties. What was a brand that was really respected has turned into a “Benidorm” atmosphere is really sad to see. Been looking at the group finances it doesn’t make for good reading. Do the right thing and cut the number of bars and concentrate on the core product and get the vibe back again. What an absolute shambles.

We attempted to eat here yesterday (25.01), having prepaid for a bar tab as we had been given a tasting for two voucher from buyagift. This voucher stated that Revolucion de Cuba was one of the restaurants included, and we were able to book the restaurant through buyagift. When we arrived, staff seemingly forgot that we had even got there, as it took 5-10 minutes to be even spoken to by waiting staff whilst tables around us received multiple drinks. And when we finally got served, the waiter was although friendly, unsure on our voucher. He left to find another member of staff, who then informed us that the restaurant doesn't take that buyagift voucher, despite the website stating the opposite. After waiting a further 10 minutes, the staff member that initially served us appeared again, confused as to why the server who told us the voucher wouldn't be accepted hadn't spoken to us since, as she had been serving tables opposite and around us. He also told us that the voucher wouldn't be accepted, despite us showing him the voucher leading to and clearly showing Revolucion de Cuba as one of the options, and as the manager was in a meeting we would have to wait to try and sort it. At this point, we gave up, deciding to use our bar tab we had prepaid for (after waiting a total of 35-40 minutes to get a menu), and leave.

Security at the door is racist. They don’t like your face, they’ll say they can’t let you in.

Thought we would start new years eve night here, so i had 4 Different cocktails, each one deadfull, think they need to employ a half decent cocktail maker. What a waste of money.

First time here and I would definitely come back for Christie to look after us again. I can't express enough the effort and passion she put into her work. Incredible and such an amazing atmosphere and vibe. Recommend highly.

I am very very disappointed!!! I booked a table months ago for New Years Eve and 4 days before I received an email to say my table had been cancelled and not by us. No reason given and I couldn't contact anyone when I called no-one answered my call. This could have really ruined our new years celebrations but luckily I managed to book elsewhere.

Lovely atmosphere, welcoming staff and beautiful drinks, me and my significant other came here for a drink and found ourselves falling in love with the place.
