Rosh was a fantastic server. Friendly kind and should really try the Tommy 's spiced margarita. We had a jerk platter with a couple of sides, and a few (read many) cocktails. Everything was awesome. We regularly come to Turtle Bay, and seek it out when we travel, because it's always a good meal.

We did the bottomless brunch for my friends 21st and the staff were some accommodating for our decorations and bringing out our cake. Svea made sure we had the best time and her customer service was amazing. We had a lovely time

We visited on a quiet Sunday afternoon and although this didn’t contribute to a lively atmosphere, our service was quick, friendly and efficient. We were served by Ella-Anna and she was great.

Holly kept the drinks going for our bottomless, never had an empty glass. Lovely lass ! Food was too spicy for some of the people I was with, but I really loved the spice level

Our waiter was called Beth. She was so kind and polite. Came to our table every 5 min to make sure our food and drinks were okay. Would highly recommend.

Beth, she was our waiter for the night. I’ve come out with two of my friends for my birthday. We came on the 17th and her attitude and personality was just whinging the entire night. She’s made us feel incredibly welcome and we was all so amazed by the way she handled us the entire night. Would definitely return. I really hope she sees this. Cause I want her to know how incredible she made us feel. We was welcomed with warm smiles and amazing personality. Thank you Beth. Great name ;)

Emma was an absolute starrrr!!! Super friendly and helped my indecisive self pick a dish!! Every dish seems incredible but the brown chicken was immaculate and the jerk pit wings were finger licking good!!!

A shadow of the old turtle bay experience. If you want drinks, then sure it's a great place to go during happy hour but honestly their food standard and portion sizes leave a lot to be desired here. The curry goat is very bland now and the meat is nowhere as good as it used to be, the plantain is also very small portions size now, only worth having food if you have vouchers imho. As for this venue in particular it's very lifeless, the staff upon arrival seemed disinterested and bored, we weren't checked in on during our meal and when asked to move table they genuinely seemed miffed at the thought, even though it was practically dead when we visited so hardly like having to weight on loads of tables. Most concerning though was upon our exit we saw they had a Google reviews rank open on their POS system by the door and they were midway through writing their own stellar five star review! So yeah, take it from a long time bay member, if you want drinks, you won't go wrong but food wise it's not worth your money, you'll leave feeling hungry still and short changed, they also need to liven up the vibe, the music was so quiet and as mentioned the staff really need a boost I feel. It's a shame as other turtle bays have a better vibe, sure the food is part of shrinkflation now which is understandable but quality too had dropped. Overall, 2 out of 5.

Had an absolutely fantastic time at the bottomless brunch with Patrick! We spent £40 and it was so worth it — great food, endless drinks, and such a lively vibe. The service was quick and super friendly, and everything was well-organised from start to finish. Patrick made the experience even better — fun company, great energy, and honestly just the perfect brunch buddy. Highly recommend and would 100% do it again!

Absolutely fabulous service as always! Cocktails and food always out of the park! The manager on shift always is very helpful and always fixes the food or drinks if any issues in a very polite and friendly manner! We both would happily and do visit on a regular basis and bring friends along. Just wanted to take a moment to special thank Brittany as she's always in great form, works so hard and has a smile on her face even though short staffed and very very busy! Definitely wants a pay rise if it was upto us!

We came for dinner. The service was fabulous! Unfortunately I didn’t catch her name, but our server was so friendly and attentive. We ordered too small plates, jerk wings and squid. Although both were really tasty, they were also pretty cold. We didn’t complain, as we were really hungry and, like I said, it was tasty! The mains were great though! We had brown stew chicken and curried goat with festivals. The food was piping hot and so tasty. The portions were a good size and we left stuffed and happy!

It was a busy Saturday however it took 30 minutes to be served and even then that was because we grabbed someone’s attention. Also allergies need to be more of a priority. We booked in for bottomless and understand the process of it changed this weekend however I feel for charging more you are getting less (drinks every 15 minutes? I thought it was bottomless). However since service started slow when we were eventually noticed service sped up and drinks were ordered every-time we finished the current one. Server was also very quick to put the bill on the table once the bottomless was up which I found quite cheeky considering we sat there for 30 minutes without any service. I have an allergy to Dairy, Gluten and Avocado. I order the trini curry chicken and a potion of fries. When the food arrived the server who brought the food over informed me that the fries are cooked in the same fryer as gluten, despite stating they are gluten free on their allergy matrix. An allergy matrix is to inform you of known contains and known cross-contamination within a dish. I’m extremely thankful they informed me otherwise I would have eaten them and had an allergic reaction on my birthday.

Joe served us and was really attentive with drinks. Would 100% recommend him as a server so lovely and made us feel welcome from the start.
