Great food and service, thanks to Kelsey for looking after us!

Love this place and the food is always top notch. Had a great saving too with a £20 voucher from the app and blue light discount making it £28 knocked off out bill for 3. The only criticism I have is the toilets,the men’s was filthy,someone had thrown up and obviously couldn’t aim very well. Told the guys on the way out. The ladies wasn’t much better either from what my mrs said. But overall worth a visit.

Visited for bottomless brunch with my friend on Wednesday afternoon and it was amazing! 2 hours of unlimited cocktails, not just selected ones either, all cocktails on the menu are included! Our server Joe was friendly and attentive, and made sure the drinks kept coming. I have absolutely nothing bad to say, it was a lovely experience and well worth the price. I will definitely be back!

Shout out to Beth. She was so lovely. Food was so delicious. We ordered jerk platter and the rib was too juicy. Enjoyed the evening very much. Will come back for sure.♥️

We had such a lovely bottom less brunch. We dined at Derby, and Joe our server was so lovely and kind. He was attentive and always made sure our drinks were never empty :) the place was quiet for a Saturday but soon as we sat down, we was given a welcome drink and our food order was shortly taken, and food arrived quickly too and it was so delicious! We had the shack stack burger it was yummy with some sweet potato fries and hallumi! I have been here before and I would 100% return again :) and would highly recommend to everyone thinking of visiting :)

Came to restaurant for a meal during lunchtime as we were on Derby for the day. The server (Brittany) was very friendly and helpful and the food was tasty and hot. Would definitely go again.

Service - Kelsey was lovely and very helpful, 10/10 for service from every member of staff. Food - The roti wrap is normally my favourite but it was mediocre today, very dry and soggy. Atmosphere - why are the toilets so cold!?!?

Booked for brunch lovely waitress really confident and knowledgeable judt let down by missing food items, cocktails not available on the brunch. Also check the Web as the price is displayed in correctly. Rather disappointing to see that the brunch menu has reduced significantly also, making you add the extra. I feel there is better offers on the market currently but overall a good experience

This was a brilliant bar for drinking, with bright colours bringing out the Caribbean vibes! Decorations are related to the Jamaican drinks and lights are pleasant too, counter is well-presented itself. We enjoyed the 2 for 1 cocktails per usual, sitting comfortably at a clean table!

We went on Sunday 4pm, there weren’t many people there. The ambience was lovely, the service was very fast-paced and our server Beth paid close attention to us :) The food was delicious! We had the Sweetcorn Fritters, Seafood Soul Bowl, Jerk Chicken and Cheesecake for dessert.

We always like turtle bay , but we probably had the least amount of drinks in the 9 times we have been , saying that they were great quality,

Everything was up to standards although the ladies toilet area could do with a bit more cleaning and an update, it does let the place down, it show a lack if cleanliness. There was a lot of foods and drinks unavailable it was the 28th December and they ran out of things and I was told no more orders until January not many people in though. My friend had to order another drink and a whole section on the menu unavailable. I don't know what was going off there 🤷🏾

Can we give 6 stars?? The team work in this is sensational! Having been to so many restaurants and experienced poor customer service, we were blown away by the amazing work ethic and chemistry between this team. It is so clear to see that they work exceptionally well as a team and are so attentive. Nothing was too much trouble… Chan greeted us with a warm smile and bubbly personality, Kelsey took our order and was happy to speak to the chefs (Ronik and Humphrey ) who accommodated for my bespoke requests. The food was quick and so tasty… after a really stressful day they helped me to relax and I have to say I think the service was some of the best I've ever had. This team want to be here, they want to serve you, welcome you and they are fantastic at what they do! ❤️ in summary yummy food, yummy drinks and exceptional service - thank you!
