Tried this place soon after opening and it was dreadful. However tried recently for breakfast and in fairness it was very good and £3.49 for breakfast wrap, hash brown and a bottle of coke zero it is much cheaper the Macdonald’s. What I was very impressed with, inside the restaurant and the toilets were absolutely spotless - unlike Macdonalds Yes I would go back

First time here after all the hype. To say disappointed is generous. Had the double cheeseburger meal. The burger looked like they have been cooked and stored in water, drained and served. They put one slice of cheese between the burgers. The bun is wet from the burgers. Tasted horrible , only just warm. The wedges were over done to the point of burnt. On this visit I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

A truly dreadful service experience. There can barely be a place of this format with slower service and often quite unfriendly. Food is often served so slowly that it’s cold and orders are wrong - I have had to return stuff more than once. I use this place infrequently which is a shame because I like Tim Hortons, but this place needs a top-down retraining exercise. And don’t get me started on the priority given to those dirty Just Eat and Deliveroo bags over those members of the public who would like to order their own food!

Terrible experience. Freezing cold ground floor, unwelcoming and cold. Ordered food, cheese burgers x 2. Several minutes wait for what (I may be wrong) appeared to be reheated food. The burgers and lattice potatoes were virtually cold. Retired them, had to wait approx 10 minutes for replacements. Watched Manager berate his staff. Replacements were warm. Greasy burgers, no taste. Ate upstairs, full of youths with their feet on the tables, drinking drinks not purchased from the restaurant. Cold, basic and very unappealing. Only plus, beautiful building, wasted on such a terrible fast food outlet.
