Good value and nice food,good service,and polite and friendly staff,plenty of seating and very clean,good variety of hot and cold,nice cakes as well

We haved used this cafe numerous times before but wow has it gone down hill. Tables filthy, walls covered in greasy finger marks and left over food. Rotting fruit in the fruit bowl for customers to buy! The cooked breakfast was poor. Tomatoes look like they just emptied a tin into the ramakin holder Beans where cheap and flavourless Mushrooms I think must have been microwaved from a tin. Sausages where clearly the cheapest on the shelf. Bacon was the only good think on the plate. The staff where no where to be found only appearing to deliver food. The coffee was dishwater. We use to enjoy coming here for breakie with our son. We will go down the road and pay a little more in the high street in future.

everything sucked no wonder why it’s in the middle of no where thought I was gonna die on the way here also j20 and literally half your stuff out of date I’m scared to eat my salad I’m not going to lie.

These reviews are typical for Morrisons. The main supermarket has puddles of dirty water on the floor very close to the fresh sandwich shelves, and yes the toilets are still Out of Order. This super has low standards, and no one really cares.

Cafe had just opened ,tables were dirty floor hadn't been hoovered, forks were covered in food just awful my breakfast come poached eggs with avocado worst ever , eggs had know flavour and avocado was like a liquid , I decided to leave it as I really thought I would be sick , my advice don't go there for food

Called in for breakfast , machine at which you order was out of use , coffee machines both out of order , placed order and sat down , tables nearly all dirty , floor filthy and cobwebs hanging over emergency exit , walls dirty whole place needs a deep clean was oka couple of years ago but won’t be coming back now .

I visit the cafe regularly and there are a few members of staff that are lovely and will go above and beyond. However, I was served mouldy bacon and then was told it’s not mouldy. They just changed the bacon and put a new piece on, didn’t change the food it had touched and were really rude. I was told it’s fresh which is laughable and then told bacon “doesn’t go like that.” My bacon had blue/green spores on it. My food was cold once they’d attempted to ‘sort it’. They wouldn’t have eaten it so why should a paying customer be expected to just eat it?

Visited cafe today , tables not been cleared and very grubby . Joined very slow moving queue only to find out there was no clean plates, cups or cutlery available!

This cafe is OK, but I'd only go there if I'm desperate and don't have time to go somewhere else. There are several other much better cafes a few hundred yards away in Hadleigh High Street. Food is mostly from frozen and uninspiring. Coffee is just about OK. One thing in its favour is that it is quite affordable.

Myself and family have just been to this cafe and waited an hour for food ! The tables were filthy the food when we finally got it was lukewarm and no carrots as advertised just black Brussels and some peas as vegetables. The toilets were also quite dirty, in the ladies. With clear tape on the toilets and urinals and tiles off the walls in the gents. Lesson learnt although busy we will not be going back to this cafe.

The coffee shop is of an acceptable standard and the free refill service is very welcome. Some of the staff appear more interested in their own issues rather than serving customers and would also benefits from a lesson on how to be friendly and helpful with customers. The toilets are typical supermarket. Unfortunately, the people who use them must not be aware or have no qualms about how they leave the toilets. I have worked in schools, factories, hospitals and been to lots of campsites but I have never seen toilets left in such a disgusting state. The cubicles often have faeces smeared over the seat, walls, doors and floor. The walls also seem to be a great place to leave the contents of noses. I feel sorry for the staff who have to deal with this mess. It makes me sad for humanity if the general public feel that this is an acceptable thing to do. WHATS WRONG WITH PEOPLE?

We often visit the cafe here and have found it to be very good. Just a quick coffee this time and a cake for my husband. Very clean and friendly staff.

Ok for a cup of coffee.food ok supermarket quality,not a place to go for a prper meal unless you like everything with chips

I've eaten many times at many Morrisons cafes and they are brilliant value for money. The menu is basic but the food is of good quality, well cooked and usually served in a good time, though if very busy, there may be a bit of a wait as they tend to be popular with families and older folks. The Hadleigh cafe is a good example of a typical Morrisons cafe and well worth a go if you fancy a quick bite - you won't be disappointed and the cost will amaze you as they are incredibly cheap.
