Dreamz Dessert in Aylesbury Vale

I’ve only purchased ice cream from Dreams Desserts and only to take away. So my review doesn’t cover anything in-house. DreamzcDesserts ice cream is among the best I have tasted.

Ordered online, got the food incorrect and couldn't get in touch. Delivery charge gone up to £10 as well. Not getting it anymore.

Went to eat in here. It was averagely busy but the food took 45 minutes to be served after ordering- bearing in mind it was 2 crepes and a milkshake. All of it was then brought out at different times and crepes were not hot enough. Would not recommend this place for eating in, only delivery.

Got this delivered this afternoon after a messy night out and I don’t think I’ve ever found a better hangover cure in my life, will be back next week.

Having waited an hour and a half for our order we called a couple of times and eventually it arrived. Portions were tiny for the money we paid. On the plus side it was hot when it arrived and the staff were polite when we called. Won't be ordering again though.

Ordered 2 items at 7.20. Told would be with me at 8.05 then 8.25. Ok. At 8.45 i rang to see where the order was. Told out for delivery. 9pm 1 of 2 items delivered and told my missing item would be out for redelivery. Ok... not happy but mistakes happen. 9.45 i rang to ask where my missing item was to be informed it would be delivered when they had enough orders to warrent travelling to my area! And they blamed the driver over and over again. He said it would be redelivered in 15mins and I could claim the cost back. Argued a bit more over how that is terrible customer service then i hung up as he kept repeating himself. 20 mins later no delivery. My husband rang to be informed they were not clear if i wanted the item as id hung up. Could hear the male member of staff telling the person we were speaking to "to hang up as you're getting nowhere!" So its been 25 minutes and we ring them back and told put for delivery. Lets see 😆 I dont really care whose fault it is but they should rectify it immediately not make me wait an hour plus again.

Very poor, ordered online, over an hour later rang only to say, it wasn’t ready still. They then cancelled the order. Very poor

Love this place, does the best desserts in aylesbury! Always get my order on time and the service is great. Great quality food n the prices so cheap.

We ordered online through an app at 8pm for four items was told it would be here by 9:05 waited till 9:20 to find out when it was arriving and was told it was just leaving the shop (please bare in mind we live around a mile away) 20 minutes later it still hadn’t turned up called again and was told it was with the driver 10 more minutes passed and it still hadn’t arrived, so we had to cancel the order, so over all very disappointing waiting for nearly two hours for two ice creams and two milk shakes:

Tried to order online, they cancelled my order and then closed their online order system so I couldnt order again

Just cheap ice cream tried to be made fancy which it really wasn’t... asked for Oreo sundae, they gave me vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce and random crumbly bits it looked disgusting. Not happy! Rang the store no answer, Facebook messaged, no answer. £6.99 each I expect better! Won’t be ordering again! Awful awful awful
