Only 5 mins drive from Liverpool Airport, situated in New Mersey Shopping Centre, which is really good. We were staying at the Crowne Plaza across the road last week & visited Nando's in the evening. We were made welcome & they were very considerate of my food intolerances. We visited again yesterday on our way home from the airport & food & service really good on both occasions.

Now called L'Ora di Napoli, this is a very nice cafe to visit. Friendly staff. Superb food cooked by Italian Chef and the choice of cakes baked locally are q sight for sore eyes!

Just found this place on google maps after visiting nhs round the corner. Best breakfast I had in a long time. Staff are amazing and friendly. No grease on food and well presented. Well done….

Not happy about our morning at Catena. We came as a party of seven people, it was not busy when we came in but I guess there is a lack of staff. We ordered some hot drinks and our breakfast, we waited half an hour for our drinks!! When it’s only coffee and hot chocolate. Then waited another 15mn for our food, but the churros I have ordered took another 15mn, resulting on me looking at everyone eating and me looking at them. We then asked for butter, had to wait another 10 minute for a tiny bit of butter. Someone from our group had to leave before I receive my churros as it took longer than expected. Then I finally received my churros, not very good, can’t believe I waited that long for churros that tasted like hash browns (deffo cooked in the same oil). Very disappointed, the rest of my friends enjoyed their breakfast because it was good, but my experience was awful. I am sure you are not supposed to bring food to a table if not all the items are ready. Never experienced that before. We will not come back.

Gorgeous brunch for my friends special birthday , gorgeous food , we had Prosecco and coffee , sandwiches and cake , it was all stunning , well worth a visit x the staff are just lovely

Went in at 2:40pm today to get a make your own sandwich and they’ve packed it all away lady was extremely rude and said that they’ve packed it all away now. They close at 4:30pm why on earth have u packed the sandwich stuff away at 2:30pm in the afternoon won’t be going back.

Very bad service! I'll not come to here any more, the very bad staff racism me! I hope this restaurant closed and the staff will have a bad life!

Buffet breakfast served in the restaurant had plenty of choice with lots of hot and cold items available with excellent service from the staff, it set us up for the day of sightseeing around the city.

Totally disgusted. Spent £15 to park. Walked into a nearly empty pub area, asked for a table (there were about twenty empty tables) and was told if we'd not booked or were not staying they were not serving. No offer of a refund for parking, zero customer service. Felt like a walk of shame having to walk back out of the pub. The Swan is all fur coat and no knickers.

Ordered the deal for 4 items with ice cream. Absolutely amazing I can not stress enough how good the food was we had 2 Waffles a Brownie and a cookie dough. I wish I could win the lottery to enjoy the desserts each night after my evening meal. I swear the rest of these reviews are lying, I've been here twice for a family dessert now and I will be returning, the choice is huge, the fruits on top are fresh, the food is delivered at a great temperature by really polite well mannered drivers. Fantastic service. Thoroughly enjoyed both times we have ordered.

Great prices but sadly this reflects on the food, fires are not very good. Way to thin and just not enjoyable to eat. Burger - BLAND. VERY TEASTLESS. Not sure if he’s even a done thing but was very watery, like the beef had been sat and stored in water and the lettuce and onion the same. No flavour at all. Not sure I’d order from here again.

This is not really a cafe, it's an expensive coffee shop. This used to be a nice alternative to the main restaurant in the other building. You could get soups, salads, sandwiches and other snacks and cakes. Now it's very limited and a coffee and a cake is circa £10 but the cakes are very nice. The staff are great but the place is like Mercury - it has no atmosphere.
