Now called L'Ora di Napoli, this is a very nice cafe to visit. Friendly staff. Superb food cooked by Italian Chef and the choice of cakes baked locally are q sight for sore eyes!

I just went here for a drink. My son and I fancied a milkshake banana which was£4.00 which was steep for a milk shake. The woman who served me asked if I wanted an ordinary One or one with marshmallows and cream. So we opted for that. When it came there were no marshmallows on it just cream. When we asked for the bill it came to £10 so they charged a pound more for some cream. I hate being ripped off. Would I go again definitely not at that price.

Thin coffee served by waitress holding glass cups by the rim after carrying tray, not acceptable any time let alone during pandemic. Won’t visit again

I was looking for somewhere that offered omelettes and asked the owner if it was possible to have earlier than the 11.30am stated on menu. No problem said the very welcoming owner in the most amazing Italian accent. No sooner said than done. A delightful cheese and ham omelette appeared. With a perfect pot of tea. The sun was shining. I'm sitting on the terrace of a pavement cafe next to the counter that sells a variety of delicious looking ice creams. Transported back to Roma instantly. Highly recommended.

We called in for a take away tea & cake advertised for £4 while taking a walk in Lytham. There was a choice of cake on the counter and we both chose the same so can only comment on the cake we had. We were served it in a polystyrene box with. plastic fork and napkin which was fine. The tea was fine but the cake was only a small slice and was not very nice.

Had three different flavours of ice cream in tubs from here, all very nice and a good size portion for £3. The staff were friendly, we sat outside on a nice autumn day and the tables were well spaced out.

Sadly this place isn’t the same anymore... Less attention to detail and not as hygienic as it use to be. This should be priority even more so now with COVID-19 While sitting outside waiting for my order I over heard a customer ask a member of staff if she would wipe the table and chairs down with sanitise spray before she sat down. The member of staff looked at the customer as if this was an inconvenience... She went in side and came back out with a dirty cloth and a spray bottle. She didn’t look very happy that she had been asked to do this job... When my drink arrived it was held at the top of the glass where I was expected to drink from. I decided not to have it as it put me off... I hoped I would have better luck with the slice of cake I ordered. Sadly this was stale and I couldn’t eat anymore... After being a regular customer I have decided not to visit here again... Such a shame as the lady who owns this place is a lovely person and always seems to work very hard... It’s possible the staff are letting her down...

Called in for coffee and cake on a lovely sunny afternoon in Lytham. Dog friendly inside and out which is good. The coffee was very good and served with hot milk, the scone I ordered was stale and looked and tasted at least 3 days old. My husband and daughter had the millionaire's shortbread which they said was okay but very hard. We wouldn't come here again as so many other choices in the area.

Went here mainly as it was dog friendly INSIDE unlike many of the so called dog friendly places who invite you in and then sit you in some unused room away from everyone else. We just wanted a quick lunch, nothing fancy, and that is what we got. A fiver for chilli with rice is decent value and it tasted nice. I got a side of fries which were very soggy but edible. Place was very quiet for a Saturday lunchtime, I think a lot more could be done to get this place up the rankings

The homemade cakes are so yummy and delicious with a very good selection. The coffee is lovely and very reasonably priced at £4 for a coffee and cake. Dog- friendly with treats for our furry friends too! Couldn’t ask for more.

Gave this place a 2nd chance after previous bad service. They've crammed tables in so we were like sardines. The young male and female staff were passive aggressive to say the least. We paid up and got out asap, never to return.

Got from here a few times now, the first 2/3 was perfect. Everything tasted fresh and chips were crispy and the pizza's were amazing! Last 2 times they are putting red Leicester on the pizza's no seasoning on the chips and getting order wrong. Such a shame as we really enjoyed it.
