Just wanted to give a shoutout to one of the managers here, Laura, who provided excellent customer service for us when we visited yesterday. We mentioned that we have allergies to peanuts and pineapple, Laura took extra special care to make sure there are no traces of these in any of the food we ordered, and that there is no contamination of any kind caused by using the same grill for other food. She also made sure to come and check up on us every 5-10 mins to make sure everything is satisfactory. She definitely went above and beyond her responsibilities and we genuinely appreciated all the help.

Quizás están acostumbrados a conducir, a través de la velocidad. Pero esta es la cuestión: la buena comida lleva tiempo. Si no puedes esperar un poco por una comida que valga la pena, tal vez deberías atenerte a las cenas en microondas. ¿El personal? Están haciendo su trabajo. No están aquí para entretenerte con canciones y bailes. Te traen tu comida y bebidas, y lo hacen con un gesto de cabeza y una sonrisa. Eso es todo lo que necesitas. Así que si estás buscando un lugar con buena comida, un ambiente relajado y un toque de clase, The Bookbinder es donde está. Y si no te gusta, eso depende de ti. Stone Cold lo dijo.

Visited Yea Rah Liverpool one on Sunday 1st. Firstly walked in to a not very smiling staff. ordered our food me and my stepson ordered full rack of ribs to which they didn’t have so had to settle in n half a rack each. When it arrived presentation was good but av seen more meat on a butchers pencil I was spitting out bone and fat disgusting. My wife ordered chicken jalfrezi which was very dry and served on a hot plate very unusual. My other stepson ordered chicken melt which was cold and had Edam cheese not even melted and wouldn’t feed a pigeon never mind a growing 6’4 Lad so he wasn’t impressed.. my stepdaughter ordered peri peri chicken and it come as a whole chicken cut in half she wasn’t impressed either. I visited the toilets and looked like it hadn’t been checked for a while maybe 3 hours disgusting 🤮… so over all we will not be visiting this place ever again oh and a price tag of £105

This was an extremely dissapointing experience. My partner and i were over for a weekend and decided we would plurge out on going to Gordon Ramseys restaurant in liverpool. The services was okay not what i was expecting . The starter was nice but the mains were miserable. A steak serviced with nothing but a handful of chips and watery peppercorn sauce. I had to send my first meal back due to the naan bread being hard and the dish being spicy when it was supposed to be smooth and sweet. I won’t even mention the price of the bill for what we received.
