We used the £10 lunch and drink deal. The lunches are always delicious, especially the ciabatta sandwiches served with fries and salad. The staff are really friendly and helpful, especially our main server Layla. It's quite a way for us to drive, but really worth it.

Extremely bad customer service. Very rude manager who scolds customers with foul language. At the request of my friend to put the salad in a separate dish, the manager started yelling like a psychopath, he shouted at us that he was not going to put the salad separately from the burger. He insulted my friend so terribly that we were all in shock! I have never seen such rudeness in my entire life. I will never order food from this horrible place again and would not recommend to anyone unless you want to be insulted and yelled in your face!

They were so so rude to us. We order delivery and they said we orders pickup which we did not do then they recited our address (which was not correct btw) and we were like how do you know our address if we ordered pick up? We told them there was something wrong with their system and they just kept shouting at us. It was very unprofessional, then they told us to cancel our delivery so we could get refunded but then they purposely cancelled it on their end so we couldn’t get refunded. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour

Delicious Food and Friendly Service! Victoria Kebabs is hands down one of the best places in town for a quick and satisfying meal. The kebabs are perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavor. The portion sizes are generous, and they have a good variety of options to cater to different tastes. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always ensures that your food is served fresh. The place is clean, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Whether you're grabbing a bite on the go or dining in, it's a great experience. Highly recommend trying their signature kebab wraps and fries!

I am a regular customer at the 200 coffee shop. However, it was my first time visiting this specific branch and I was served by a waiter with glasses and almost reddish hair. He was very rude and passive aggressive with his comments and was giving me very nasty looks during my visit. I will not come here again if HE is still there.

As soon as we entered we were greeted and shown our table, we ordered our food and it came within a timely manner. We were served by Bianca who was really lovely! She was great with the kids, she was attentive and made sure we were looked after. It’s probs been one of the best experiences I’ve had at Nando’s.

Mid Sunday morning, quite busy but not overbearing. Two regular breakfasts took about 20 minutes. Quality fried bread. Half sized sausages. The rubbery egg whites and fatty bacon weren't a treat. The only bonus was that the eggs were the only hot item of the breakfast. Would have been good value for money had it all been hot. If the service was quicker we would have asked for hotter food in replacement.

Food inedible, we ordered sourdough bread with olive oil and balsamic as nibbles. We were given garlic bread, when we asked if we could just have what we ordered we were treated like we had two heads. My husband and so had burgers, which were ok but my chicken with balsamic glaze was appalling. The chicken was burnt and the glaze was bitter. When I said I couldn’t eat it, they offered to cook me a new one, which I declined. Then after they spoke to the chef, he said that is how it is supposed to be cooked. The dado rail was filthy and the fire safety certificate was thick with dust. It was unsurprising that takeaways were being delivered to the hotel every few minutes. Avoid at all costs.
