I had my favourite Chicken Tikka and Doner Kebab from Victoria Kebab. I was served by Mr Ali and let me say Mr Ali is a very nice gentleman and gave me a five star service. Highly recommended.

Poor standard diner meat v thin naan bread hard , drinks charges 1.50 kebab 8.50 I live in London and it’s cheaper there !!!!! Don’t waste your money staff are rude and stupid !

Ordered on Deliveroo, the chips were cold and unseasoned for £3 and the portion is tiny. I ordered a chicken Donner and got chicken tikka, there is barely any salt just some lettuce and 2 slices of onions. I waited an hour for this and am extremely disappointed. It is also the most depressing kebab I have ever seen. Do not recommend.

Ordered for delivery a large chicken tikka lamb sheesh mix kebab, a regular chicken tikka kebab & a regular portion of chips. The large kebab was tiny!! the few pieces of meat were cold & overcooked & massively disappointing. The regular kebab was a joke & the couple of pieces of meat again overcooked. The portion of chips was half a standard portion & cold & hard. Probably the worst takeaway kebabs we have ever had. £28 paid & both still hungry! I would have been equally disappointed if I’d paid just £5! And it wasn’t worth that. A total rip off, just terrible, avoid at all costs.

Food is alright, but the kitchen is extremely dirty and disgusting. Seating area is always dirty and even the staff's hands are full of gunk when they serve the food. I have no idea how the authorities has allowed this restaurant to keep running with this poor level of hygiene.

Order food from them via just eat! Pizza came squashed in the box! I have an allergy to onions when I ordered I stated no onions and my kebab came with onions! I’ve requested a refund! When I rang the man didn’t seem bothered! And admitted not looking at the notes! You could kill someone by not looking at the notes! Good thing I checked my food before eating it!

Absolutely disgusted with the service I’ve received today & yesterday. I placed an order at 3:55am yesterday on Ubereats - and I rang up to confirm my order. The black guy that works there regularly was so rude and cancelled my order! Hangs up the call on me abruptly too! Today I decided to give them the benefit of doubt & ordered earlier at 3:43am as I am a regular customer & guess what. He cancelled the order again. Me & my whole family are never ordering from this place again. Very upsetting as I love the food from here, but cannot take the disrespect from that stupid idiot that works at the front. Unclean no fresh kebab meat. Luke warm. 3 kebabs from there thrown up every time . They need investigation. Took 2 weeks to respond to this with a bad attitude to customer service. Please everyone read the reply. Plus you won't find a food hygiene sticker on their door.i urge you to read other customer complaints and some of the downright rude and unprofessional answers from the owner! If you want a good fish n chips and or a real fresh Kebab get it from Carrington fish bar.They are clean fast and totally professional in my humble opinion.

At like 1.30am I decided to treat myself to a birthday kebab before bed. Service was super fast but the next morning I lived to regret my decision as I was running to the toilet every 30 mins, had stomach cramps all day and could barely get out of bed. Such a shame as I used to come here every once in a while for a treat but will be avoiding going forward.

Dirty staff and cooking fish oil was dark Fish too small for the price Use to eat here everyday back in 2017-18 and that time they use to do good size fish Prices going up and fish going down 👎🏻 But last thing fish taste was good 😊

Without question the best kebab in Nottingham... fresh naan made infront of you, quality kebab (not greasy) excellent choices of food and add.kns for ghose hungry... Great staff and the price is bang on... what else do you need this is quality fast food...

Wonderful naan donner, with the right amount of salad and sauces. Promptly and freshly made in front of you. Place to sit and eat upstairs. Reasonably priced. Looks a pretty basic place but the good was really good even at 1:30 am. I was sober btw.

Very disappointing, previously very good food and decent portions. Last few times I've ordered the orders are wrong, missing parts and much smaller amount of food. Food appears to be same so I presume new management cutting corners and not caring.

Very dirty looking place and very unhygienic. Edit: the owner replied saying that I gave a bad review because I order something extra and didn’t wanted to pay! LoL ! I had just ordered a wrap and paid exactly what was asked of me to pay, I didn’t order anything extra and even ordered the wrap because i had already entered the store and felt very awkward to leave just like that. I still remember the order till now because I didn’t eat it after the take-away. And the fact that the owner itself is lying makes it worse 😆😆🤣

They constantly are making the kebabs smaller and refuse to put on a reasonable amount of sauce and salad when you request it. Had enough, shop around for more for your money

Eaten food from here before and received great service and food so that is why I returned, this time a different person who didn’t care. Place looked liked it needed a good clean with chips all over the floor. The portion size was small with hardly any chips so better to try one of the many other options in Nottingham.

Very fresh well seasoned masala fish, perfectly combined with mild chilli sauce and onions, all wrapped in nan bread. Tasty lamb wrap. Plenty if cheese in chips. Nice one for the popadoms& chutney, was a kind complementary. Very friendly polite customer service when confirming my order over the phone. Appreciation to the delivery driver. Very pricey for a kebab meal - even considering the price hikes everywhere! But it was fresh and tasty which is a plus. Service was ok.

FIRST TIME AND LAST TIME. I ordered at 21:05 and didn't arrive until almost 22:30. The food was cold, greasy, fatty and chewy. Presentation looked like it has been chewed and thrown up into the container. Got a Pepsi rather than a Coke, which isn't an issue but just another easy to avoid issue. Even the chips came a bit undercooked. Never bother leaving "bad" reviews but this was unavoidable. READ THE RECENT REVIEWS, I WISH I DID.

After ordering my food I waited over an hour to get my food which was cold and wrong upon calling to explain this and to get my order amended I was told that I would have to pay £2.50 after paying £21 im not paying for there mistake so I refused to pay has it wasn't my mistake it was there's so I will no longer use this establishment it this it how u treat your customers

The Good Old Victoria Kebab House Owbers Have Sold this Place. Its Been under new Owbership for a While. I'm saddened to see so many bad reviews. Common my brothers customer service, quality of good over profit has always been the success of Victoria. Dont argue with customers extra slice of kebab won't cost you nothing but that bad review time arguing and wrong orders won't build the brand. This takeaway is a goldmine. Start running it like your own home kitchen

Avoid this place, got food poisoning after eating from here.

Ask for no salad no sauce on the kebab comes loaded with both. Then the wrap comes dry with no sauce at all. Won't ever order here again that's for sure.

Bought their biggest kebab here a while ago. It was enough food for two days but if I cared more about the looks of the food after I opened the box I would have given it 4 or even 3 stars. The food looked much better before they closed the box. You need bigger boxes!

The owners beat a customer half to death and threatened with a machete over a dispute with chips. Enter at your own risk and make sure you pay up front if you don't want Asmat and the boys hunting you down.

The Piri Piri wings are incredible. Got them on a whim once because girlfriend wanted a kebab delivery but I fancied chicken for a change. It’s become one of my favourite takeouts, keep coming back for it again and again. Delivery is quick and the delivery guy is dead friendly and checks to make sure randomers don’t nick off with your food

We bloody love their pizza!! They always put lots of cheese on top and the tomato base is really nice! They always cooked perfectly its never undercooked or burnt! After moving back to Nottingham its now our go-to after trying a gazilian pizza places :)

Despicable customer service, not from the staff but the manager himself. Order was collected and was given half the order. Instead of apologising for the inconvenience the owner decided to argue with me. Which I find very poor customer service and will not be eating from here again.
