Not great, annoying app required to order whilst eating in! Can’t pay without filling in your name and email?? Dodgy! Miserable food, pizza undercooked, frozen chicken, plastic cheese and the onion rings! Think they’re making a 12,000.00% mark up on the onion rings

It's pizza and its better than dominos plus it's only 5 quid for a medium pizza

Forgot my drink and hadn’t even bothered to cut the tear and share, disappointed.

I got a large stuffed crust vegi sizzler and tear and share garlic bread from them yesterday and that was the BEST food I'd tasted in this area in a very long time..super fresh crispy golden crust ..lots of cheese and toppings and the garlic bread was so scrumptious..to die for...absolutely loved it..will come back for more soon ☺

Terrible customer service. Passing on blame to deliveroo for faults that the restaurant themselves made. Paid £40 for 2 pizza and 2 sides with dips. Dips arrived wrong, we received 1 pizza and it was the wrong flavour. Called the restaurant and spoke to the rudest hospitality manager I've ever experienced. Swearing at his staff whilst I could overhear on the phone. Said they had run out of the pizza topping we ordered so instead of asking deliveroo to contact us, they just sent the wrong pizza and only one of them, not 2 that I ordered. He told me to 'hold on before you start mouthing off'. Which I wasn't doing, I was a disgruntled customer that now had upset children and food that we couldn't eat. I will never eat from here again. Ruined our evening. I asked to speak to a manager. He told me that was him, so I asked for a contact number for his manager and he would not comply. As a hospitality worker myself, I would have gone above and beyond to firstly apologise (which I never received) and to try and recitify the situation rather than make every excuse to get away with the bad service. Even though the order was through deliveroo, being a delivery kitchen they could have sent out the correct order as an apology rather than argue with me down the phone. Very dissatisfied. This complaint could have been avoided with an apology and the correct order to be sent.

The guys in this place are brilliant. I went the night England won a game and I received a free drink for my big order. Happy crowd and make you welcome. Not like some places I've been in lately. Thanks for your upbeat attitude guys, keep it up.

Ordered 2 pizzas. a chicken fajita and a texas bbq. chicken fajita came with jalapenos which i dont like so called to ask for the correct pizza to be made and delivered and was greeted with a rude member of staff which blamed the ordering system and didnt seem to know their own menu. We ordered from here a few weeks prior and collected. Food was hot and was correct and we got dips however on delivery there were no dips this time. I was rudely told that dominoes do that but we dont. Food was also cold on arrival.

Ordered myself and my partner a pepperoni feast pizza and cheesy triangles for our tea last night from the Sutton-in-Ashfield site and I’m sure to say we were not disappointed! The service from Chloe was brilliant and very friendly, makes a nice change to hear a positive voice from the phone. The food itself was all hot and tasted absolutely beautiful! Both the Mansfield and Sutton-in-Ashfield sites are brilliant and I’d recommend them to anyone who’s wanting a tasty pizza tea 😋🍕

Called to order delivery, told will be waiting 2 hours by a very grumpy staff member. No thanks, dominoes delivered it in under 1 hour

Was fast service, food was piping hot and when it was delivered the driver thanked us alot and made us feel appreciated

Do you know what these guys are great , I've never had a bad order ... ever ! Its a bold statement to say its on par with the restaurants but they are !! 🙊🙉🙈 Staff have always been great and so are the drivers , bit gutted to move out the area because every few months when ya fancy spending 20 -30 quid on a pizza as a treat you want it to be great... and it always has been

I have just had a pizza delivered and the guy that brought it to us was very well mannered and it took about 20 mins from ordering to delivery. After 10 weeks of lockdown it was so nice to have a treat. Thank you Pizza Hut delivery.

Nice pizza if you collect it but if you get it delivered then prepare for raw dough that feels like it hasn't been even picked by flames never mind cooked 😂.

Pizza ordered, seemed to be going well, knowledgeable at the end of the phone but they delivered the wrong one. And wouldn't then refund us for the pizza we ordered as it was a less expensive one delivered? had to wait for a remake and this was then a further 45mins for delivery! Shocking service

The best service ever!! I’ve put large order for 16 pizzas and all have been done on time, plus we get 3 box of wedges and and some free drinks. Thanks a lot for all staff.

Worse service ,people who taken order they are rude don’t deliver on time ,once I placed order they call me and said they can’t deliver the food for no reason.rating wise I give zero star

Just a tip......if I order from here..make sure Louise the manager is on...she gets the job done..all the others are a waste of time...

Honestly if I could rate it zero stars I would. Put an order through about 30 minutes ago and although my order wasn’t confirmed with Pizza Hut and they apparently “don’t have it on their system so can’t help ya mate” A’s shift manager Wayne oh so very kindly put it, they still charged me for the initial order, which wasn’t cheap. Very poor customer service and very rude. Can’t say anything for food quality has haven’t received anything but an empty bank account and an even emptier stomach. Thanks guys :)

Just ordered a pizza cost me 16 quid it was the size of a 50 pence, no bbq sauce diabolical I will never order from here again and the manager did not even want to help.

Very poor food quality. Don’t work very well when under pressure as it was New Year’s Eve, didn’t get any dips 1 pizza wasn’t even what we ordered! It was a total shambles if I’m honest! Called them to tell them they have messed the order up and no answer! £40 wasted! And I felt sick after the food it had a plastic container smell aroma to it! Pizza Hut needs to pizza shut! Yuk!

Ordered online and needed to make a custom order due to being lactose intolerant. Order arrived with cheese and red onions which were stated to be taken off the order. Had to speak to the manager to get the issue resolved, which thankfully has been. Just frustrated with the online ordering system as I would have been left with a pizza costing £16.49 that would have ended up in the bin. Online ordering system needs some serious work if it is to cater for those of us with dietary needs/food allergies. Our local takeaway can manage to do this, so I don't see why a big chain like Pizza Hut can fail so badly, especially when competitors can fulfil customers needs.

Pizza coveref in garlic and im allergic to harlic and made sure that is what i ordeted on line. Woman was rude and said well there is nothing i can do about it. Wont be using pizza hut again.

Lovely pizza and really cheap, me and my family order here a few times a week Staff are super friendly and the food always reach's me on time and still hot. Would recommend to anyone over dominos who are always late and overpriced

The young manager in their was very helpful with finding a better and cheaper dual for me and my family, food both looked and tasted GREAT!!! Highly recommended! (have already made plans to go back very soon) :D

Tuesday afternoon and waited hour and half to receive meal ..... meal arrived luke warm had to put in the oven to heat it up. (Live within half a mile) Disgraceful will not be a returning customer. Would NOT Recommend

Rubbish. Didn't even get the food waited over an hour for food we didn't get. Paid online and tryed to call to complain but kept ringing off. No idea how to get a refund as couldn't actualy speak to anybody.
