We attended my daughters wedding reception in the Branch at the weekend and I have to say Pat and staff turned a local bar into a fairytale setting, it was just beautiful PAT, I have been to quite a few weddings in much larger venues but the cosiness and the more intimate atmosphere on Friday was the way a wedding should be, everyone chatting together and..singing.. and dancing to the great music The way you dressed the bar was just beautiful, and the food and plenty of it was great. I would highly recommend for anyone wanting a smaller intimate wedding to get in touch with Pat and I guarantee you will have a great day . Once again Pat and staff thank you for making my daughters wedding so wonderful.

We enjoyed some fresh paninis at the cafe and the coffee was brilliant. The best part was the cookie pie that we give 10/10, the sweet treats were on another level. Fabulous quality and really friendly staff🧁The perfect pit stop after a coastal walk.

We had the awesome night in this little bar. The staff and the owner was welcoming and friendly. We will definitely call into this in 2020 when we have our next Holyhead family reunion.

First time trying this place , Plenty of parking outside and as its out of season service was fast, They have a small bar / drinking area wich was very good , Pizzas were nice and you can tell the difference in base compared to your typical kebab , Tasted great and the garlic bread with cheese was spot on , Shout out to Nia who works there very good customer service an absolute diamond girl , Will definitely go there again when working in the area. Price was typical holiday maker destination but quality was good so worth it.

We have been to this pub twice before and had good food and service both times, This time we called in and had coffee first because it was early. We were told which table to have even though people who came later were told they could sit anywhere. We were then told we would have to go to the bar to order drinks but food was table service. Our drinks came we drank them. Another waitress asked if we were having food we said yes but still no one came to take our order. No one told us about the specials board and in the end we went to the bar to give our order. The food looked nice but the chicken was overcooked and dry. There was not much barbecue sauce on the hunters chicken so we were very disappointed. The onion rings and salad were very nice. I wish I'd known about the specials I probably would have picked off there but I only saw the board when I went to the toilet. The toilets by the way were very clean. We just felt we didn't get the service we have had in the past and it spoiled our overall visit to the Liverpool arms in Beaumaris.

My husband and I loved this fabulously individual pub. With its quirky gated door entry system to its stalled seating area. ... we loved it. First you need to find the pub down a side street looking unobtrusive. Secondly, you have to work out how to get in through its door. Read the sign and wait. Thirdly, enter into a magical space of a well stocked bar and well thought seating area to maximise the space within. Finally, park your bottom in one of the seating areas and enjoy the vibe of this funky, friendly and very very interesting pub. We really didn't want to go. No other pub compares to this one and we did try others to give this pub a fair review.

went for welsh cream tea as advertised on board outside. Arrived but the scones very dry . Price on board was £6.50 p.p. Paid by card and only noticed later that I had been charged £17. (my fault for not checking). Would not recommend this place.

Had a great time getting to know some of the folks and making some new friends. This was truly one of the highlights of my trip, and one that will remain a very fond memory. The owners and everyone there were welcoming, friendly, and genuine. My only regret is that I didn’t get a picture of all of us together, and me holding the “Proud to be Welsh” sign that is behind the bar. Diolch! P.S. say hi to the cat for me.

I don’t usually do bad reviews but feel so let down by our visit with friends recently. This is NOT a traditional pub. It’s still stuck in the 80’s with zero atmosphere or style and definitely needs a major refurbishment. The staff were friendly enough but the food was below average and the service not great with plates left on our tables until way over an hour after finishing our meals. This place could be a goldmine due to its location but it’s not somewhere we will return to unfortunately.
