This place was recommended by a friend of mine when they visited Anglesey, warm welcome from the girls at the front before we sat down. Swiftly ordered drinks and food, coffees arrived quickly but the food service was slow (only ordered some tea cakes). We saw one of the girls took some tea cakes to another table who arrived after us, which took us at surprise as we were still waiting. After I while, I went to the front to ask if they were coming and was told that the chef had forgotten about it. The waitresses were very apologetic and we did receive them in the end after a long wait.

In town looking for a cafe and we found this place. What a café, a stunning selection of home food, brilliant coffee and the warmest welcome you could wish for. If you're in Llangefni go there, in fact, go to Llangefni to visit the café. You may even spot Robert Plant.

A shining light on the high street Really friendly staff lovely coffee cake & quiche. Have followed this place on the internet for a very long time. Can’t believe it has taken us so long to return to this fantastic island. The way this place is run & the brilliance of the staff is superb. Hope before long we manage to become local visitors. Can’t possibly recommend highly enough

We had an all-round mediocre experience here. We’d been before but decided to give it another try based on the principle that we can all have bad days. We both had the Welsh tea which is: tea, bars brith and Welsh cakes. My late mum-in-law’s cooking (an Evans) would have put the frugally fruited and dryish bara brith and the even drier Welsh cakes to shame. The tables weren’t cleared at the speed needed in a small cafe , so that when a group came in they stood hesitantly just waiting for a few mins. I think we’ll swerve this in future.

Very unsure of what to expect but was pleasantly surprised with the place. I had a breakfast bap(sausage and bacon) expected one of each but there was 2 of each plus they swapped the egg for mushrooms so even better. I left the place really full and happy. Will definitely be going again

Best fish and chips on Anglesey - freshly cooked, pipping hope, superb quality, just go! We went twice and would happily have gone every day!
