We go here frequently. The food and service is always excellent. Best chips in Wales. Great deserts. Excellent value all round.

Coffee was thrown in from the door...ordered a latte which was a huge glass but sadly could not taste a hint of coffee....my sister had a cappuccino and the same thing....diabolical...I could not drink mine...it was just warm milk really

The chocolate eclairs sell out so quickly so you need to go early to get the best there. Lovely staff especially Karen who cannot do enough to help you.

Llegamos alrededor de la 1 pm del lunes, pedimos 2 patatas de chaqueta con atún y nos dijeron que lo sentimos, nos hemos quedado sin patata de chaqueta! Me decidí por la sopa de lentejas, tocino y zanahoria y mi amigo fue por un sándwich de huevo y berro preempaquetado, 2 botellas de agua. No nos impresionó ninguno de los dos para ser honestos. La sopa se veía muy poco atractiva y tenía una patada muy picante al final. El bocadillo estaba seco y no muy generoso con el relleno! Definitivamente poco personal allí. La señora detrás del mostrador era muy agradable y disculparse por los retrasos. A la pobre señora la soltaron, le dieron órdenes, le prepararon bebidas y le pagaron. ¡Realmente podría haberlo hecho con ayuda! Nadie limpiando/limpiando mesas. La señora que servía la comida era cortada y tenía muy pocas habilidades de servicio al cliente. ¡Una sonrisa marcaría la diferencia! Me encanta Dunelm pero el café es una decepción. Absolutely disgraceful,went in to see my family and Collin the owner was so patronising. Tried telling me I wasn’t old enough to come in when I have I’d with me and I’m far from under 18. Sat down and told me to get out because I didn’t have a mask on (baring in mind I’m exempt)even though not a single person had one out. And as I was have a conversation with someone he was interrupting and being rude. I was last here a year ago and the food had hairs in it,so greasy and just not a nice atmosphere. It has completely ruined my holiday and I only arrived yesterday

Poor service, food was average, I didn’t have a warm welcome. A lot of competition in the area so expected better. I will try again.

We were drawn in by the tasty sounding menu outside and ended up ordering two classic jacket potatoes with very delicious Welsh Cheese. There are limited seating so at busier times you may need to take out, but we had a nice table by the window. The room was decorated ready for Halloween which was great to see. The two servers were friendly and helpful. If we are in the area again, we will come and say hi 👋- and probably have another jacket potato.

Terrible. Gastó 11 libras. 00 hoy a las 12. 10 pidió una bolsa hoy servida por un muchacho joven y simplemente tiraron la comida en el mostrador, tomaron el pago y luego al siguiente cliente... Tuve que embolsarlo yo mismo donde como solían hacerlo lo hacían más fácil. . . . . . . . Sucedió hace dos semanas... Mal servicio al cliente

Excellent food, friendly, welcoming staff. We had the Welsh Lamb and the Sea Bass, both were expertly cooked and very tasty. Would highly recommend this restaurant if you visit Abersoch but would advise booking, we called in on the off chance and were given the last sitting.

Terrible servicio Aunque estaba comiendo en me sirvieron tostadas y mermelada en un paquete que era difícil y desordenado de comer sin un plato adecuado y café con leche en una taza de papel. No espero esto cuando estoy comiendo. El personal necesita seguir el ejemplo del Caernarfon Costa, que es 100% eficiente. No volveré a ir al Bangor Costa No es la primera vez que esto sucede. I

A lovely quaint tea room that has a good selection of home made food on the menu, very friendly service and the best giant scones you can find!

Not been here to eat, but if the yard surrounding the cafe is anything to go by I wouldn’t think of eating there. Someone needs to buy a broom and pick the litter up. It lets this amazing town down badly.

Here for the weekend, Did not eat here so can't comment. Drinks reasonably priced, staff brilliant fun. Good atmosphere.
