The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in Orkney Islands Highlands and Islands

Spoiled for choice, all sorts of delicatessen to pick from. Not super cheap or expensive but had a good browse and bought some relish, cheese and oatcakes.

I went there with my sister and a friend to try they cafe upstairs and the food was amazing, you could tell it was all homemade and the man that served us was so friendly and nice, keeping an eye out in case we needed anything else. The nice lady in the main shop also asked how our experience was when we left too, which I was really nice. We’ll definitely be repeat customers.

Ambiente muy agradable, comida deliciosa, a precios razonables. Me gustó la sopa, tostadas, café y bagels. El personal amable hizo mi almuerzo memorable y un placer.

El café era agradable, pero había un miembro del personal que era excepcionalmente grosero, con un servicio al cliente extremadamente pobre. Ella sabía que estábamos esperando, incluso hicimos contacto visual dos veces mientras procedía a alfarero sin hacer nada mientras esperábamos, y una cola de otros se formó detrás de nosotros. Finalmente, el pobre barista que ya se había levantado de los pies recibió las órdenes de todos mientras este miembro del personal charlaba con la gente en la cocina y bebía agua.

Stopped for a bit of lunch and found this place. The positive - Orkney crab rolls were lovely. The negative - the sausages were rubbery and chewy. The customer service was poor. The size of the regular hot chocolate was tiny. For the price I would expect better.

Llegó a Kirkwall en un crucero. Estábamos tan ansiosos por una comida distinta de lo que se sirve a bordo. No nos decepcionaron. Teníamos Panang Pollo Curry con arroz, servido con pan de niñera. Orkney Beef y Ale pastel servido con brócoli y guisantes y una generosa porción de papas fritas. Ambos eran deliciosos y justo lo que anhelábamos. £ 16 cada uno, pero bien vale la pena.

Buen lugar para tomarse una cervezas y comer algo. El ambiente esta bien de pequño pub. La camarera muy amable. Recomiento hacer una parada

This review only relates to the bar in this establishment. We were actually looking for somewhere to have lunch, but unfortunately food was not available. There were few other customers but we did stay and have some drinks. There does not appear to be any recent reviews, but we felt that the lack of atmosphere in the bar during our visit and comparatively dark decor would not encourage us to return.

Cute little ice cream and sweetie shop. Could easily be missed. Ice cream was good, and was nice to sit on the bench outside to enjoy it. Cash only.

Pub tres sympatique avec une jolie decoration style garage moto. L ambience est tres cool et on a pu profiter pour boires quelques bieres et faire des rencontre

5/5 for friendly service, great tasting coffee and the bacon roll was yummy - nice soft roll and the bacon was well cooked and thick!!!

El lugar es absolutamente sucio y escuché a una mujer rubia haciendo comentarios horribles a los miembros del personal, tenía la comida y el gofre no estaba cocinado y parecía que estaba simplemente golpeado en el plato, 10 / 10 NO recomendaría.

Lovely setting and very cosy. Staff excellent and food and wine amazing. Scallops cooked to perfection. Thanks for looking after us
