Possibly the best vegetarian breakfast we have ever eaten. Generous portions of perfectly cooked, hot, satisfying food.

Regular visitors to the Crown since moving to Dore. Friendly staff, very welcoming and food is excellent. Been through most of the menu and never disappointed. Would highly recommend.

Under new management. Very welcoming and friendly new people. Group of 4 friends having a catch up. Menu lovely. Lots of choice and can cater for all diet requirements. We had a light lunch of sandwiches which came with double dipped homemade chips and a salad. Delicious. We weren't rushed and left to finish our wine in peace. Lovely day so had coffee's outside. Would highly recommend. Thank you.

Used to be one of our favourite pub in the area (more than 10 years ago) now is….ok, not much different than other pubs.

As a coach driver, I like to explore hidden gems for food as Rugby club house's are expensive for poor food, so noticed that there was a Garden Centre nearby and went and located this place, inside was welcoming, and staff were very friendly the food I had was 2 Jacket Potatoes with cheese and beans and side salad, and a pot of tea, it came with an extra pot of hot water, which was appreciated and the food was pippin hot and delicious, I would definitely return and try other things out.

We've been here a few times and know it's not the best food and drink or very fast service but we only wanted a drink so we gave it a go. It was raining and there wasn't much of a queue but we still managed to wait 15 minutes for a hot chocolate and a milkshake. Quite amazing the slowness of the service. It seems to be staffed by a load of kids who couldn't give a stuff.

Per title sandwiches not great and must have been £4 each or thereabouts which I think was greatly overpriced.
