Coffee on the Corner in Sheffield

Well the food was so tasy and very fresh the ribs fell apart and the sause was bang on 5*

waited an hour for 2 coffees and they didn't even get my order right

Myself and my family have attempted to enjoy a drink here multiple times and have felt unwelcome on the majority of these occasions, mostly by the woman who runs the pub and a few of the regular visitors. We have been as a couple when everything has been fine and a few times with our dog has been ok however whenever we visit with our son we have been on edge - he gets told by this staff member what he can and can’t do, she expects him to be sat quietly in a corner, she scowls at him and is generally rude towards us. The pub has games scattered around which are attractive to children yet when they play and make a little noise or mess they are frowned upon. As a pub set in a very family oriented community and close to woodland walks and parks it is to be expected that children will visit with their family, therefore I am disappointed that the staff don’t accommodate for this. The only reason for our continued return is due to the good variety of drink options for adults

¡Te topaste con el Pub al final de un recorrido a pie por los monumentos musicales de Sheffields a instancias de nuestra hija fanática de Arctic Monkeys! Se veía muy bien cuando entramos e inmediatamente nos hizo bienvenido por Zach el barman. Tomé unas copas y pedí comida. Muy servicial y comprensivo con la alergia a los lácteos/huevo de mis hijos. La comida era genial y se fue a un placer después de una caminata alrededor de Sheffield. Nick el gerente (fuente del conocimiento de la escena musical Sheffield) le dio a mi esposa e hija un recorrido por el pub y les habló de los Monos que visitaban el pub. Gente estupenda, ambiente estupendo, comida sabrosa a buen precio. Lo que no te gusta 👍🏻 (También confirmó que era la ventana justo un poco más arriba de la calle que Jarvis se cayó!)

You now get an insincere hello from every staff member you walk by yet when sparks offers do not work on the self service till they are clueless and drag you to a staffed till few in number and on the other side of the store adding extra time to the checkout process
