Terrible customer service The 2 members of staff were 2 busy on theirs phone to serve me . Usual Starbucks lovely coffee but terrible staff

Despite repeated complaints, they always have their music on too loudly. It spoils, what is otherwise, a pleasant outing. The manageress told me that the customers prefer the sound at the given level, and she would reduce it 'very slightly'. Whether she did or not, it made no difference. Avoid!
