Fabulous cafe, easy to find. Great coffee, sausage roll and lovely, friendly staff. Wish we had one like this close to where we live. Definitely recommend

Just called in early doors for a drink. Young unprofessionally dressed girls 'serving' at bar. Felt more like a youth club. As we left we said thank you - responded with giggles. Whoever is in charge needs to take charge. Not good.

Lovely place, been going here for a while. Recent changes in decor, menu and staff/management have thankfully kept this as good as ever. Totally recommend.

When we called in at short notice I had an omelette and my husband had a breakfast. Both were very good indeed and we'll certainly return very soon.

We’ve been to the pie shed when it was situated in Dewsbury and several times since it has moved to Mirfield. The service we received today was substandard. We ordered coffee to have with our food and it arrived relatively quickly but our food did not arrive until 40 minutes later. I had to ask how long our food would be and was told it would be a further 5 minutes. I was also told that the usual cook wasn’t there as she was catering for a wedding. The pie shed wasn’t understaffed, it wasn’t organised at all. We are very disappointed and would have to think seriously before visiting again.

I called in at the Mirfield Starbucks store on Monday 5th June. I was met by a really lovely member of staff. Lovely smile, attentive, a pleasure to be served by. Then I had the misfortune of listening to who I can only guess was the manager verbally bullying this member of staff in the back office. Totally unprofessional, totally unfair, and tantamount to bullying!!
