I stopped here on the way to catch my bus. The lady who served me was polite, professional and friendly. Good selection of both hot and cold drinks as well as snacks on display and at reasonable prices, for the wear traveller. Unfortunately, the waiting area next door was closed, but this didnt matter on a warm and sunny day, but would be different in winter! Will be back again when on my travels.

After a summer recess White's is again open. Once more the menu (Experience Menu) is a deliciously delightful surprise. The amusee-ing starters are a kaleidoscope of fabulously filled croquettes, mousse that wants to float away, salad dressings that supplement, brown shrimps, lamb, beef, chicken - what is not to like? The later courses are simply superb. Having enjoyed a decade worths of scallops at Whites, I try not to eat scallops anywhere else. The chef, John Robinson, sources sumptuous products and treats them with care, skill, experience and passion, consistently setting a remarkable standard that never falters. The charming waitress was attentive and cheerful throughout, which only helps further. Six stars? Still not enough.

The Coffee here is machine made, which is quicker and easier for the staff, but not as good for the customer, as its not a proper barista coffee. The price though is still high end so expected a better quality than the weak and insipid large Americano I had. The staff were friendly and hard working though and the scones good.

5 guys stayed there and had a great time . Squeezed us in with no bother for late lunch when we arrived , great value and quality of food and ale. Breakfast perfect and had Sunday lunch before we left but booked a table as we knew how busy it gets from the day before. Very friendly and helpful staff, quiet rooms and central location

Nipped in for a beer whilst out shopping in Beverly. It's a little difficult to find as it's on the next street back from the market. It's a bit like Dr Who's Tardis, looks small from the outside, but it's not, its massive inside. Lots of the usual spoons drinks on offer, plus lots of real ales on the bear festival menu. Toilets were of course, upstairs!

The cafe at the back of the antiques centre is a little hidden gem. We had prawn and avocado salad and Yorkshire platter. Both were really tasty but a MUST if you do go is the Yorkshire platter. Friendly staff and Reasonably priced lunch. We’ll be back.

Stopped here forca quick drink while out in the town. Love a mocha from here and husband loves the Americano with milk. Nice shop, usually very clean but was very busy so tables were not being cleared as quick as usual. We ended up clearing our own! Staff friendly and polite and drinks good value for money.
