I came in today with a friend for a quick drink and I wasn’t sure on what to get as I didn’t want to go for my basic drink the caramel frappe. But, I was greeted by the woman at the till whose name I think was Clair and she provided great customer service and helped me choose out a drink asking me what my preferences where. She was so sweet :)

Just spent a brilliant time at the Christmas grotto Natures Burrow at Grassmere Garden Centre. Can’t recommend highly enough. The elves were amazing and so patient with the little ones.

Just the place for a good value coffee and snack in Brownhills. Innovative style and individual character based in the Lamp Centre (which used to be a school and is now a community centre)

We go there quite often for lunch on Saturday. It does get very busy especially when the weather's nice . The food is usually very good and hot ! The staff are friendly and you get served quite quickly.

Nice, just, food EXCEPT, you will lose many customers if you continue to use the cheapest of the cheap teabags bottom of the barrel margarine and 20p bread?. Never heard of Anchor butter and Yorkshire teabags, they might just give you the boost you need to get back some irate customers.

Big difference from last time I went there food Was very good now it did drop significantly but it's back up there were it should be WELL DONE I'M PROUD TO BE SEEN THERE

Popped for a coffee lovely staff very nice Costa cafe 5* had the hot chocolates. Very nice break. Be back soon.

Delicious food and good value Family of 8 dined today and all the food was fresh and cooked to perfection Can’t fault the staff and the restaurant has been recently renovated to a nice standard 10/10

First time in area, spotless, dog friendly, offering water and treats and lovely atmosphere

We have just paid a visit to pacific nurseries cafe for the first time and it will definitely not be our last. We booked an afternoon tea for 3 a late mothers day treat. From the moment we arrived we were spoilt by the very attentive and polite manager of the cafe (didn't catch her name) ordered our hot drinks (bottomless). We were treated to a small cheese board lovely sandwiches and crisps local quality produce used . The cakes were all home made as was the scones and strawberry mousse. Absolutely delicious in fact we bought the scones home there was just so much to eat. The cakes etc were all made by a young lady chef who we thanked before leaving. Wonderful polite staff. Fabulous food

We visited today the 1st May 2025 for lunch. My mom sister granddaughter and myself. 2 X chicken and bacon baguettes 1 child burger with cheese and a steak and mushroom baguette. It is very obvious that the food in all cases was frozen and not fresh. We struggled to eat the food in fact even our granddaughter left her food. My so called serlion steak was half inch fat and half inch grissle. I pointed this out to the young lady who collected the plates she didn't apologise but did say she would tell the chef. After about 15 minutes I called her over to see what the chef had said. She said that she apologised but there was nothing she could do about it. When my mom sister and grandaugher had there plates collected we mentioned it again. The waitress said it was nothing to do with her and she couldn't do anything about it. We spent just under £60.00. I have used the pub on and off for the last 40 years but this is the worst service and food I have ever had. The new owners don't seem to know what they are doing. in fact while we were there 3 people were told that they would have to wait half hour before they could order. They were lucky. They went somewhere else. I wouldn't mind there was only 10 people in.. Won't be going for food again. Mr Stewart Parkins
