Great pub, lovely outside seating area and always a bubbly welcome from Sophie and the dogs. Highly recommend a visit if you're passing through.

Had brunch with a lovely friend who suggested this venue. Great place for a catch up brunch and my friend was able to bring her adorable dog into the venue. Service was great, very friendly and helpful. Food and drinks are yummy. One star deducted as I found it slightly cool inside (I was there during a bad cold snap period to be fair). Would go again.

Ordered takeaway for the first time tonight (New Years Eve) as we are new to the area. Great choice on menu and really reasonably priced. Easy to order over the phone and advised about delivery time. Arrived earlier than expected, piping hot and absolutely delicious. Really friendly delivery person. Definitely will be a regular customer. Best Madras I've had for quite a while!

Stopped in on a whim with my husband today for lunch…from the moment we crossed the doorstep we felt welcome at Lychgate. We ordered the parsnip soup with brown bread and tea for two. The soup was amazing; a hint of ginger and the perfect consistency. Bread was also delicious…from a bakery in nearby Rudge. We took ginger and sticky apple toffee cake slices home for later…so glad we did! If you’re looking for a lovely dining experience or just a beverage, somewhere off the beaten path, this is the place for you. Easy to park near it, too! Enjoy! We will be back soon!

Such a gorgeous, homely place with friendly staff and delicious food. Had a lovely brunch there!

Had a fantastic Christmas afternoon tea the food was amazing loads to eat the staff are second to none nothings too much trouble very friendly and it's always a pleasure to go and eat there so thankyou all and a merry Christmas & a very happy 2025

Served by Laura who has served us before and is always so lovely. Had the Sunday Sharing Board which was epic and perfectly cooked as is always the case at the Penn M&C.

Great little coffee shop in Wombourn. Nice cappuccino & hot chocolate. Always busy which is a good sign in itself, even on Monday morning at 10 (my usual time!) Not eaten here so cannot comment on the food. It's a nice place.

Absolutely 1st class considering they were feeding a party of 48 of us without any pre ordering of food. Fabulous service, food and staff professionalism.

Arranged to meet a friend here as wanted to help local cafe. Nice to see it full but was full of cyclists who seemed to take over and dominate the cafe. We sat in the conservatory which was lovely until the cyclists kept coming in and out of the door selfishly leaving it open. Food was good, bacon and avocado on toast, eggs benedict plus 2 hot drinks. This came to £25, bit steep for breakfast, don't think I will use again.

Unfortunately walked into this hell hole, never again. There was LGBTQ+ community that thought it was acceptable to “FLASH” their phallus in the middle of bar while children present. The locals just seemed to laugh and thought it was acceptable. VULGAR.

We ordered a large assortment of special Windmill cupcakes for our Ruby Wedding anniversary party!!! Wow - just wow!!! The variety is incredible and the cakes are as light as a feather - superb baking!!!
