Cyril's Tea Room and Vintage Emporium in South Staffordshire

Called in here for the first time whilst in the area for some light lunch (Sunday). We were quickly shown a table by a very nice member of staff who served us throughout. My wife, daughter and I had a nice omelette each and hot drinks. Service was lovely. It’s a cosy, friendly place, it was a tad too hot for me if I’m honest, it could have done with a little ventilation as the cooking area is just partly segregated off the main dining area. A lovely stop off never the less. The garden centre that it’s part of is quite big & seemed to stock a very good range of healthy looking plants. There’s a small toilet block outside just off the car park.

Excellent tea room. Staff were lovely. We only had cake but OMG they were fantastic. Would highly recommend this place.

Great menus. A favourite for Breakfast, Brunch. Lunch and Afternoon Tea. Excellent for my morale but not good for my figure!

We have lived in Brewood for years and have visited Pipers many times and always thought the tearoom looked inviting. Well today will be our forth vist in just over a month. What's more to be said apart from excellent...ticks all the boxes .😍 Oh and dog friendly.

Wow! Three of us called in on our way home, we chose the bacon roll and added an egg. The girl who served us was delightful and so friendly (sorry didn’t get the name), we were there around 10:30 23rd August. We all live in Stafford although only one of us had been there previously. Definitely a place to visit if you are in the area or get off the M6 for stop off.

Why would you use the motorway services when this is only 3 minutes from junction 12? The food is excellent and the prices are very reasonable. Used by many locals so can get busy. Does an excellent breakfast and range of food. One of our regular stops when travelling down the M6. Dog friendly in some areas inside too.

It is an ok tea room but not a superior one. At breakfast time you get the bacon fat smell all over you. The staff are very genuine though and helpful.

Great location for a stop off on a long journey. Food okay nice and hot freshly cooked. Friendly staff. Only downside is the toilet facilities could be better!

Lovely tea room with a calm, comfortable atmosphere, good food and excellent service.

First time been to this tea room. Sadly not impressed with menu offerings. Tea cakes and cuppa tea ordered and service was swift and very very helpful and pleasant. Cannot fault service but was left a little disappointed sadly overall. Had high hopes prior, always somewhere wanted to try but in this instance I will continue to use others in that area.

Absolutely fantastic food, all home made, fresh, loads of it and loads of choice on the menu. The down side is it is very pricey I think, 3 drinks and three lunch time sized meals came to £52 which I thought was a lot of money Service was ok, food excellent, but pricey

Lovely food here in this tearoom which is inside pipers nursery. Lots of choice with homemade dishes. Service was excellent

Myself, my partner and my sister in law visited cyrils for the first time today and we all really enjoyed the astomsphere, friendly staff and the food was really good too. After our meals we had a lovely look around the garden centre. We will definitely be back again soon 😀

First time eating there, had a all day breakfast, nothing was too much trouble for them as I asked if possible for poached egg instead of fried egg and toast was served with it and not just cheap flat bread like other places it was really nice and so filling and would go back to try other food. Well done 👏 👏 guys

I love to go to Cyrils tearoom, the decor, atmosphere and lovely staff are a wonderful bonus to the great food options for me who is gluten free too. I love the vintage vibe with the pretty teapots and cups and the great 60s background music. I recommend this lovely cafe to everyone. It is a great place for breakfast or lunch. They do afternoon tea too. Today's build your own salad was really good I added roast potatoes as I was hungry but couldn't finish them as the salad was substantial enough . As a side note I have to say it is so nice that the place smells good. Theres no deep fat fryer which can smell strong in a cafe. I really appreciate this as I have sensory issues. Thanks to Claire and the team. Keep up the good work.

Absolutely gorgeous lunch at Cyril's Tearoom! Had the super salad - so much choice of options and such good value. I would have loved a dessert from their daily menu but I was just too full!

Great relaxed place to go for breakfast, I'm Gluten free which was easy here, I had a gluten free roll with gluten free sausages and an extra of mushrooms it was SO good. I love the vintage crockery and the staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Excellent breakfast sandwiches. Would benefit from better extraction system when cooking - was smoky when busy. EDIT: Much better on another visit. Gained a star!

I would highly recommend this place! Fantastic tea room - such a delight to visit, very light & airy and immaculately clean. Lots of choices on the menu plus they had a full vegan menu too with lots of choices. The customer service was excellent and the food was really delicious - cannot fault anything. Lovely to see all the fresh flowers - lovely touch. Thank you for looking after us!

Lovely staff and reasonable prices. I had a cheese and ham toasty. It was really tasty. Really looking forward to going back and trying the pancakes and french toast off the new menu.

Excellent personal service. Tea, coffee and cake lovely.

Met here with a friend for breakfast. The full English option was fresh and hot served with a generous portion of buttered wholemeal toast. First coffee was lukewarm but was readily replaced with a hotter version. Service was friendly and efficient. The restaurant was playing 1950s/60s pop music which added to a slightly quirky (but nevertheless pleasant) ambience. A veggie option could have been included.

Lovely cafe, very accommodating where allergies are concerned. The first time I have ever found a place that provides a gluten free biscuit with my coffee - made my day!

Great little find , lovely breakfasts and pot of fruit tea this morning , service was excellent and reasonably priced , the garden centre was a find too , healthy plants and a "gardeners" garden centre . We shall be back 😊👍

I’m a regular here however the reviews speak for themselves. The cafe ambience and decor is much improved now, it was nice before but it’s less busy looking now and just has a calming feel which i prefer. They’ve introduced a nice touch of little retro games on each table too. I cannot fault any of the waitresses, they are all so lovely, friendly and clearly hard workers. It seems as if the staff are a little family who work together and respect each other and it shows. Will continue to return.. forever! Thank you for all that you do.

Beautiful breakfast, ample food. Lovely coffee and tea served in a gorgeous teapot. Staff really helpful and accommodating- we arrived an hour before opening but staff offered to put their ovens and hot plates on so we could have breakfast. Highly recommend and would definitely go back when in the area again. Thank you

Lovely tea room. The breakfast muffin I had was really tasty and so was the full English breakfast my partner had. Service was good. It is also dog friendly which is a massive plus for me. Definitely recommend Cyril’s Tea Room.

We had a really great breakfast, nicely cooked, presentation good, service good. The only negative I would say, is portions are very generous, which I appreciate some find great, but it was too much food for me, I felt guilty leaving food, I would recommend, coffee really good by the way, service with a smile loved

Only had a latte but they came to the table to serve us, it was good serve for those who had food. Lots of lovely plants and shrubs and the prices seem very reasonable. Lots of other items for sale, garden furniture, different ornaments for the garden. Worth a visit

Wonderful Mother’s Day afternoon tea. So much choice and very generous portions. All food was fresh and moreish. Will definitely be back to sample more delights in this quaint tearoom. Lovely friendly staff too .

What a fabulous place Cyril's is, situated in the garden centre, the food was so delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful, the music was nostalgic and very relaxing. We will be back as it like a hidden gem.

2 standard lattes (the latte was weak and watery) and two pieces of lemon cake..£13.40!!! Yes , I knew how much it was off the menu but when I saw the size of the piece of cake put infront of me I was not happy..I felt totally ripped off!! I won't be returning .

First time but not our last. After being recommended we visited Cyril’s Tea Rooms We ordered the sandwich and cake plate, 3 tiers of beautiful put together choice of sandwiches and naughty but nice cakes The staff are so pleasant and can’t do enough to make your stay a memorable one! Can’t wait for next visit

Didn't have food but I had a pot of tea and it was like warm water cheapest tea bags they could buy had food here before and was very good

Very impressed a wonderfully clean little tearoom , never knew it was there until recently ! Pleasant staff , food delivered hot !! , pork bap is a must ! Will be our new go to in 2023 very relaxed environment friendly people .

Good home cooked food served piping hot - I had the chilli with rice which was nicely served by a very pleasant waitress.

Eclectic tea room with a vintage decor. A warm and friendly welcome greeted us. The full English breakfast may seem expensive but it did include my latte coffee. Taking that into consideration along with the hot, freshly cooked food it's good value. There was also a ginger biscuit with the coffee, a nice touch. Highly recommended.

Came in September and definitely wasn’t disappointed, had the coronation chicken jacket, the soup and club and all did not disappoint was very happy with the choice if i was to be vegetarian or vegan and the staff understood and catered to allergies! Took away cakes as well which went down a treat once we got back! Staff was amazing and friendly was nice to be welcomed with a smile. 100% will be back for more!

Well yet another visit to one of my favourite pop in’s when in the area. Hubby can not get any further than the chicken BLT, its massive. Service loverly & friendly good selection of cakes & a good selection menu.
