Coffee 212 in South Staffordshire

I reserved the side room for my daughter and her friends, to celebrate her birthday, with a drink and treats after school. The staff and owner were very friendly and accommodating, as always. It's a great little room ro have a gathering I'm. Thank you so much for having us.

I was in wombourne for a funeral. Stopped for a quick coffee before we went into the church. The cappuccino was deliciously frothy and the salted caramel slice was the perfect balance of sweet and salty. My sister had a hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows, which she thought was delicious: an such a indulgent treat mid-week!! The service was fast, efficient and friendly: just what we needed. We were a bit cheeky and asked for take-away, and then opted to stand at the window inside - a little unfair - but no one said anything, which was much appreciated. Thank you!

This has to be the best coffee in the West Midlands! Certainly in the Dudley/Wolverhapton area! Great friendly staff who know how to make coffee just as you like it. Great food too if you want a light lunch or just a treat! Get yourselves to this place for a treat…. Or just anytime you want the best coffee experience.

212 have been open all through lockdown, offering take away drinks and snacks to weary walkers and thirsty shoppers. It's felt very safe with customers needing to wear masks and wait outside if there is already someone in being served. Masks and hand sanitizer is available as you enter. Choice of snacks is lovely and drinks are freshly made to order, all really beautiful. Staff are really friendly and helpful.

Staff are always very polite, the owner will always go out of his way to make a conversation. The skittle milkshake is one that you must try!

Top quality coffee and cake! Excellent customer service with a smile! I visited Coffee 212 today and had a large latte with amaretto syrup and a GLUTEN FREE cherry bakewell cake, both tasted amazing! Great start to my day!

Great coffee stop. An excellent cafe with really nice coffee. Right on the village green and overlooking the cricket pitch and tennis courts. Relaxing.

We have been there a few times,it is a great cafe.The cappachinno is absolutely lovely.That will be our regular place to go when we go to Wombourne. Super coffee shop with a great range of drinks, cakes and snacks all served with a smile. Excellent customer services and recently opened up again for take out. Got social distancing sorted while you order. Totally recommend the Jaffa cake - it’s yummy!! 😋

Lovely coffee shop! I work nearby and whether I'm grabbing a cappuccino on my way home after a shift, grabbing a round of iced coffees for my co-workers, or popping in either alone or with friends on my days off, the quality of the drinks and the service is always great. Lovely friendly staff, cosy little place and fantastic drinks. :)

Greeted on arrival with a smiling face which is always a positive. Excellent customer service, friendly staff and offer a super Cream Tea. If in the area pop in and enjoy a bite to eat - you will not be disappointed.

It’s very good here the milkshakes are worth the money and Alan and me are very good friends I recommend this to anyone who needs privacy

Not really much I can say really, called in on our way back from the Saturday Garden Centre Outing, Never Been Before, and unfortunately wont be going back either, Coffee seems very weak, its rather Cheap Supermarket Beans or Low grade Coffee, it was like Milky Decaffeinated Maxwell house, very disappointing, wasnt even hot. Hot Choc wasn't any better ... Carrot cake was moist, and so was the Lemon Cupcake, but unfortunately the coffee and choc was a complete let down .. sorry but For me I can get better coffee at home, and wasnt worth the £9.95 .. we wont be back

Our cycling group has visited this cafe several times and it’s always great. Today there was 21 of us which was a big ask (we often don’t know how many we’ll be until the day). Despite the size of the group it was great as ever. Good coffee, nice cakes and excellent service! One of our faves.

Was pleased to find this coffee house in wombourne. Coffee was ok. Staff ok. Did not like huge tv on wall just creating noise and no one in there was showing any interest in it. But why no dogs? All wooden floors,space,etc. And guide dogs are allowed. My dog is exactly the same as a guide dog but minus the hi vis jacket! Never mind just wont go there again. Will go to the cafe/ restro down the road instead where dogs are accepted.

This place is really a great Coffee House It excels in the taste and flavour of it's Coffee and has a professional ethic in the management and skill in delivering the Coffee A pleasant staff and the Owner makes sure the Staff are always at there very best at all time They have a great selection of toasted Sandwiches and cakesA great atmosphere to enjoy your coffee

There are a few coffee houses in Wombourne and this one is the one that stands out. Staff are friendly and the boss always says hello and goodbye.

Coffee 212 is a beautiful and cozy little coffee shop, whenever I’m the area I always pop in for my favourite Cinnamon Latte, which is one of the best I’ve tasted!

Called here today in a group of cyclists. Like the last time we visited excellent service, hot coffee and lovely cakes. They didn’t bat an eyelid when we all arrived soaking wet. A really warm welcome! 😊

Went here today for the second time this year for a cup of tea and a scone to take away. Such helpful staff and so very obliging.

Great family friendly coffee shop in the heart of the village. A menu for everyone, often a gluten free option too. Staff are always more than accommodating, I visit at least twice a month.

Had a takeout coffee. It was that hot it burnt the roof of my mouth. I can feel a bluster developing. It literally took 20 plus minutes for it to cool down. As a result, tasted awful.

My mom and my sister went here for lunch, they found the staff who where very young and seemed to be on their own to be not very polite, the food not cooked even though it was only a toasty and the coffee was also cold, they will not be returning it’s a shame as we have been there many times maybe this was a one off.

Called in after a very cold walk..it's very welcoming, open and modern. Lovely staff and if you fancy any cake then you'll be spoiled for choice

Having ran a few errands in the village, my husband and I decided to stop here for a quick lunch. Upon entering, we were impressed by the cleanliness of the cafe and the courteous manner of the staff. Our lunch of toasties, soup and hot beverages were promptly served and happily washed down. Fully satisfied, we returned to the cold winter air outside with the hopes of returning again :)

Just found this gem the other day, absolutely class little coffee shop, great choice of food and thecustomer service you can’t get better and more down-to-earth anywhere else. The lad with the piercing who made my coffee (the way it should be) and served me brightened my day. All round great experience, will be coming back!

Burnt tea cake and tiniest pot of tea for two people ever. ! Very disappointed . Friendly staff . No dogs allowed ... unusual these days .

It was not the best. Staff are a little rude. It is very expensive. I didn’t like the atmosphere. They do nice sandwich’s but not massive selection. They were bought and not fresh. They do lovely cakes but apart from that I wouldn’t go again in a rush.

The two friendly lads behind the counter were very welcoming. It has a friendly atmosphere and a great selection of sandwhiches and cakes too. All round fantastic place to relax and enjoy the perfect coffee. Will 100% be heading back!

Best coffee cafe in Wombourne. I always order a milkshake and they’re so nice. Just not big enough! Food and cakes are always nice however I would like to see some other varieties than sandwiches as I personally can’t eat bread and such things so if their was a wrap option that would be great

5 star service with a spotlessly clean environment You won’t find better elsewhere, Wombourne is Britain at its best

Love this place.. Jess and the team are always so welcoming and accommodating and apparently best milkshake in wombourne according to my daughter!

Visited this place as it looks fab and has some great reviews. On arrival only us in there and it took a fair bit of time to get my wife's cake over which was nice. My steak ciabatta was still not in sight. I had to remind them. By the time it had come over the wife had finished. The salad was all dry and brown and the ciabatta was over cooked. We won't be returning unfortunately

I call in for an occasional coffee and snack to relax between meetings. A comfortable place and good staff. Sometimes gets crowded with mums with gigantic pushchairs taking up a lot of space but still a good place.

Great atmosphere , helpful staff . Jess the manager is lovely , nothing too much trouble Definitely worth a visit . Highly recommend . Our grandchildren love it there ! Very family friendly .

This was our first visit to this nice little coffee shop. We were both tempted by the scones, served with jam and cream. They were delicious. One of the best pots' of tea I've had.

Well what a great place! Milkshakes are great and I always look forward to having one. The food is immaculate with a range of food from cakes to toasties which are all fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this coffee shop.

Made a stop here waiting for our cakes from the bakery , lovely atmosphere fair amount of seating lots of choice they do herbal tea which is good for me , my mother in law had a hot chocolate and it looked lovely! Staff were friendly service was fast.The cafe was quite busy so thats a good sign ,I would come here again .

To be honest the thing I want from s coffee shop is very simple , a good coffee in a comfortable environment. Ordered a macchiato (which can be a great disappointment in a large chain) and a pain chocolat . Served efficiently with great courtesy and asked to take a seat.

Busy, village centre cafe. Excellent tuna melt baguettes and great coffee. Has that independent vibe where you order, pay and then they bring it to you table. So much better than Costa or cafe Nero.

A lovely café that's perfect for dropping in with friends and family for a drink and a bite to eat. There's a great range of drinks to chose from, and the coffee in particular is very good. There's a fantastic range of cakes, as well as some sandwiches and paninis if you want more of a lunch rather than a snack. The staff are very friendly, attentive and accommodating - can't wait to go back!

This is a friendly and comfortable cafe with great coffee. It has a selection of cakes and snacks. I think it is on a par with the major coffee chains with similar items on sale, but situated in Wombourne village centre with a free car park next door

Great for a quick coffee when passing. Service was excellent, coffee shop was clean and tidy and the coffee was tasty, ticks all the boxes.

Regular meeting place for a few of us 'girls' every couple of months or so .... it's becoming a real favourite! Super atmosphere, friendly, attentive but unobtrusive staff and carefully concocted food/drinks!!

The coffee here is outstanding! They also do a great range of milkshakes (Oreo is great) and other soft drinks. The cakes are delicious and homemade and the sandwiches are above and beyond anything you could get in Costa etc. The staff are always really friendly and helpful and the place is always clean and tidy. Haven't been to any of the other new coffee shops in Wombourne but I'll be sticking with this place!!

Good half way point for an informal meeting. Service is always excellent, staff are always friendly and coffee is always good. Teas is served in pots so it's easy to have it to your individual liking. Great selection of cakes and savoury snacks. They offered a reward scheme so get your card stamped to earn a free drink

Just what Wombourne needed - a stylish coffee house with relaxing views across to the village green, cricket and tennis clubs and historic St Benedict's church. Friendly service with a good range of sandwiches, panninis, cakes and snacks. Most importantly, very good coffee - especially the latte macchiato. By far the biggest pity is that they have nowhere outside to place a few small tables & chairs

Really lovely coffee - if you take syrup it's always really well done, never too sickly. Cake selection is good and usually a gluten free option too! Just what the village needs

Visited for a quick lunch en route elsewhere. The shop was fairly busy with a mix of business people, families and individuals. There was a comfortable atmosphere and we had good service and enjoyed tasty food. Worth a short car ride for a visit.

Professore Marco gives this 7 stars today the bacon butty no fat whatsoever don't think I've ever had that before the latte was magnifico the customer service was perfect. Just one bad thing to say I'm leaving area on 2nd Jan can i take you with me.

Incredibly disappointed with the food.Mostly prepackaged.I chose a sausage bap.It was presented nuked direct from the microwave. So hot I couldn't touch the bread. The bap was so floppy and rubbery by the time it had cooled enough to eat. Not a pleasant experience.Hot chocolate was very nice, but will not be returning.

Great range of hot and cold drinks, friendly obliging staff who go the extra mile. The cakes are good and a ,lot are homemade, the toasties are great value.On the downside it is small and business men appear to hog tables with their laptops and a cup of coffee.

After an early morning visit to the hairdressers, as I was passing the coffee shop, I decided that I needed a drink to warm me up. I thought why not? Glad I did. The hot chocolate was lovely (not too hot, so it didn't burn my mouth). They have a new breakfast deal on, so I had a pastry to go with it. You can have porridge, toast or a danish pastry/croissant. You can have one of these for free if you spend over £3. A bargain, these days. The staff were excellent. It wasn't busy, only 1 other table being used. It was early though. I have walked passed many times, but it was always too busy or I just didn't have the time. It won't be long before I go again. I love my coffee and it's great to have an independent coffee shop (or two) in my village!

Stopped off here for a coffee, having previously visited for breakfast. It's a lovely little cafe with a great selection of cakes and coffees - and often a few seasonal additions to the menu. I was tempted by the pumpkin latte, but opted for a mocha - which was well made and delivered quickly to our table. The cafe was busy, but didn't feel overcrowded - we will definitely visit again.

I love this place. Have come a few times with family, friends and on my own all of which were pleasant. The cake is yummy, the coffee lovely and food (although a little over priced) delicious. Variety of seating available. Light and airy with big windows overlooking the courts on the village green.I would come hear again and again.

Very nice for a relaxing cake and coffee, we come sometimes on a Saturday for a quick lunch, never disappointed, staff are friendly drinks and are hot. Selection of hot panni's or toasties and cakes. Water at your table is a nice touch!

This really is a great little coffee house, excellent food and drinks with friendly and attentive staff. The place is quite small and can get crowded but if you can get a window seat to look out over the Village Green or just 'People Watch'.Being somewhat older in the tooth than I care to think about I do try to avoid certain times of the day when the place can resemble a creche as mums seem to gather there with their younger kids presumably after dropping the older ones off at nursery/school.

Love this place and visit frequently. Always greeted with friendly exceptional service. Coffee second to none and staff always happy to make something a little different should you want to try something else. Perfectly located for watching the tennis club so ideal for a parent in winter watching kids lessons. Great community spirit.

Lovely hot Lattes served in a glass, a lovely touch. Delicious cakes and pastries. Our daughter loved the Snickers cake. A fab selection of milkshakes and Frappes. Our daughter chose Oreo flavour, her favourite! Friendly, welcoming staff. Will definitely be visiting again when we are that way.

I work in Wombourne and regularly purchase coffee and other drinks from Coffee 212. The standard of the food and coffee is excellent and the staff are very friendly. Would recommend to anyone.

The cafe is small but well equipped and beautifully decorated.Staff are very welcoming, cheerful and obliging.comfortable seating areas.Delicious home made cakes, a very good selection each day I have been there.Good quality ingredients, loved my poached egg on toast ,and my guest enjoyed his generous portion of omelette and side salad.reasonably priced.free drinks with breakfast.Will be a regular visitor.Well done!

Dropped in to 212 to meet a friend, grabbed a few coffees and pastries. Really nice place and in a good location in the centre of the village. Easy parking next door in the car park too! Staff are very friendly and helpful, gets pretty busy as its a perfect meet up place. They've got it just right there, perfect!

Rarely does a coffee bar really bother as much as this proper little gem does. Lovely environment with tv and music (but at just the right level), comfy seats and super friendly staff. Beyond this is much more.... Fabulous coffee, plenty of offerings for gluten free or vegetarian and vegan too! The gluten free cake available every time we have visited and I believe made by a member of the family, is to die for... They really make the effort and this lovely coffee shop right by the village green is well worth a visit. See you soon!

Popped in here recently as a one off and thought it was excellent. The staff were really friendly, the decor was modern and clean and all of the food looked of good quality.Ohh yeah the coffee was good too and free wifi without having to jump through hoops and register.Would definitely recommend

A great little cafe overlooking the cricket pitch in the centre of Wombourne. I pop in when I can as they sell a great brand of coffee but home made cakes too. Service is always top rate and courteous. Cannot say a bad word about it.

Always a fantastic friendly warm welcome whether I'm on my own or with the children...children love a baby chino and a cake (treat) or one of the speciality milkshakes...and fab seasonal selection always available...soya milk for me as I can't have dairy...means I'm able to enjoy too....love to pop in and watch the world go by...recommend to anyone.
