He estado haciendo pedidos en este café durante un par de semanas y tengo que decirme con el sombrero ante las damas que trabajan aquí. Los pedidos vienen recién hechos y a una temperatura perfecta. Tuve un pedido agregado y tuve que llamar por teléfono y el servicio al cliente por teléfono fue increíble y resolvieron el pedido. Was very early for a business meeting and stumbled across this gem. Such a chilled atmosphere, quite possibly the best tea drinking experience i've ever had! So much so I've contacted them directly to find out exactly what I was drinking! Will definitely re-visit next time i'm in Birmingham! Thanks Guys!

Fantastic place, fantastic staff and even better security... Got there on a motorcycle, parked round the corner, but was advised to leave it in front of the pub for them to keep it in sight just in case...... Couldn't recommend it more

Fancied something a bit different booked this restaurant as it had high trip advisor rating,We took our own wine and when we asked for glasses they were hot out of the kitchen,it took a while and the food to come out and it came out bit by bit,the tapas dishes we not spectacular,as we were coming to the end of our main dishes a waitress came out of the blue and handed us our bill at this point we hadn't even finished our drinks or selected dessert.....apparently they needed the table,talking about the table if a table is going to rustic with its natural cracks in at least keep the table clean there was all food and bits stuck from who knows when! I think the table timing situation could of been handled alot better,after alerting another member of staff of what happened we were offered to be moved to another table but in all honesty the weather was awful that night and the resturant had already emptied and it wasn't like there was a que of people waiting to come in. After that abrupt experience we didn't stay and have dessert!

This was a special treat and we were excited to have the experience. The service was impeccable and all of the staff were friendly , courteous, professional and informative. The experience started with a drink and snacks downstairs for the first 45 mins then we were taken upstairs for the remaining courses - a black envelope with the menu was a nice touch ! So the food was really really good and each course was explained in detail. Great experience however the wine pairing was very disappointing (not the wine itself ) as you got a very small glass and definitely not £95 value for money. I absolutely appreciate that wine pairing is part of the experience however £50 would have felt more palatable. My tip would be just buy a bottle and don’t do the wine. This didn’t spoil the experience but just tainted it slightly. As I said the staff were amazing and a credit to the restaurant. Thank you

I politely asked for a glass to get some water, and the man in the hat making coffee completely ignored me and went back to what he was doing. Then after he finally gave me a glass, I turned my back and he called me a prick for no reason at all. I didn’t hear this but the people at my table all saw and heard it. Completely unprofessional and rude. The only saving grace for this place is that the girl working there was lovely and helpful. This guy completely ruined the coffee shop. I, and everyone else I know, won’t be going back.

Mis dos colegas y yo desayunamos aquí hoy, sin embargo, nos quejamos de que el desayuno era muy pequeño en comparación con lo que hemos tenido anteriormente con artículos que faltan, tostadas, salchichas, frijoles, sin embargo cuando llegamos a nuestro lugar de trabajo los tres teníamos calambres estomacales y tuvimos que correr al baño. Definitivamente no volveremos y definitivamente NO recomendaremos. . .

I found the Eden had moved quite by accident. Its the old Jester nothing old about this place PRESTINE PLACE BAR STAFF WONDERFUL GUY ON THE DOOR WONDERFUL DRAG ACT WONDERFUL Had a fantastic couple of hours will make it my no 1 go try it FANTASTIC

I am very sorry to say that i have been going to this fantastic Cafe for years . But am sorry to say over the last 12 months i have seen a big down turn in the standards Today we just hade coffee and cake { cannoli } this was stale rock hard and not very nice at all . I did complain and received a replacement with a smile this cannoli was just the same . I know times are difficult for all but please can you keep your standards high please Your high prices should reflet on product.

Gino is friendly and prepared some lovely wraps. Well worth the wait! I’ve been a regular for years.
