The lounge can be very busy from time to time. Usually the service is good, however the kitchen can sometimes take a long time to prepare the food. New management in the lounge seems to have really helped that issue recently though. The food, when it arrives has always been great.

My wife and I popped into the Lounge for lunch while at the Ideal Home Exhibition, we found the food quality to be very good and fresh. The service was very quick and the staff friendly. We had burgers and fries and a coffee and bottle of water. This came to just over £28 which we found to be pretty steep?

Soft and alcoholic drinks are available in plastic bottles and cans. Dine in, outside on a few tables or takeaway. Great staff who are very friendly. Workers in & around St Paul's Square are frequenters. Love it!!

5-7 Temple Row West Portman Building, City Centre, Birmingham B2 5NY EnglandFood was delicious, really loved it. Umar was amazing! Super friendly, helpful, respectful and just all-around good vibes. He made me feel really welcome at Damascena and gave some top-tier food recs. You can tell he really cares about giving people a great experience. Thank you Umar!
