I found the Eden had moved quite by accident. Its the old Jester nothing old about this place PRESTINE PLACE BAR STAFF WONDERFUL GUY ON THE DOOR WONDERFUL DRAG ACT WONDERFUL Had a fantastic couple of hours will make it my no 1 go try it FANTASTIC

El acto (La Voix) se realizó en el exterior mientras el público podía sentarse dentro y tomar una copa en la mesa, el acto podía actuar y el público disfrutaba. The staff at Eden were wonderful and attentive. However the owners had me removed for having a good time I had a chat with the bouncers and they were like if we had the option we would let you stay. I wouldn't recommend if you want a goodnight and are polite that is the first time I have been removed from a club and I am definitely not going back again. All and all the staff and bouncers were great but the owners are a liability.

I'm working in Birmingham for a few months and keep popping in here. Eden is a dying breed of incredible LGBT venues. The owners and staff are passionate about retaining the identity of this lovely place. It's everything a gay venue should be and brings the community together in so many ways. Wonderful bar staff who meet you with a smile and some banter, a function room which has some great events, outdoor space to find some quiet time and they sponsor the gay rugby team amongst other thing. Special thanks to Maud (I hope that's her name) who always makes me smile after a tough day in the office. This place is a gem and I love it.

We are lucky to have some excellent venues in Birmingham but Eden stands out in so many ways. The owners have developed this place from nothing to a fantastic venue over the years, bringing high quality acts and cabaret into their huge marquee. And never a door fee! The staff are always efficient and friendly and last night we had a great time on the eve of Pride with DJ Nikki. This is a place that works and supports the gay community in many ways, and offers the best in atmosphere and choice, it’s always a pleasure to spend evenings at Eden.

I cannot praise this bar enough. From the atmosphere, the decor, the garden and music. All adds to make a perfect visit. The icing on the cake though is the staff. All of them I have come into contact with over the years have always served my drinks with a smile and some friendly banter. Massive thank have to go to the owners, Gary and Cal who ensure that everyone enjoys the facilities and stays safe. The energy these guys put into making the bar an inclusive space for everyone is over and above any other bar in Birmingham. The drinks prices are all very reasonable and the entertainment offered on a nightly basis is amazing, and all for free. This bar is, and always will be my favourite place to have a drink with friends while in Birmingham

Eden is the best bar in the gay village, proficiently operated by a great team of polite and friendly people headed up by Gary & Cal. Stylishly decorated, with exceptional housekeeping standards throughout. The service is always professional and courteous, even when it is packed out, and it does get incredibly busy. They have a secure outside area with seating and heaters, for those who want a breath of fresh air or a smoke. There is also an entertainment marquee, which provides a vast array of acts week after week, with some big name stars frequently in attenadance. There is also another bar in here to take the pressure off the main severy, during Pride, they also have two satelite bars in the smoking areas. Eden is the place to go to if you are in Birmingham, they are well ahead of the competition.

Sequin Showstoppers performance was the best ever, well done to all at the Eden Bar, can't wait for next performance!

Went here last night with a group of friends to see the amazing Armani divine well what can I say absolutely brilliant Armani was fantastic..as were the other acts.btilliant atmosphere..Will visit again.

This is definitely my favourite bar in Birmingham's gay village. Its friendly, gets a great crowd and the entertainment is great. Had some pretty wild nights out here and feels like ''my crowd''. Visited late afternoon/early evening yesterday so it was pretty quiet, but still feels like a great place to sit and have a pint or 2.

I’ve had my fair share of nights out in Birmingham and in particular the gay village, but I have to say, this place is by far my favourite bar. It has such a great atmosphere and unlike some other gay bars feels very welcoming and laid back. The decor inside is lovely (especially cute at Christmas) and the outside seating area is great too! The bar staff are some of the best I’ve ever met and always add to a great night at Eden! There really isn’t anything negative I can say about this place to be honest, thank you for some amazing nights out!

This is a regular haunt of mine due to the high standards that the management stick to and maintain. Good service, friendly and fun venue. Plenty of different types of entertainment provided from drag performers to The Smiths disco nights. Something for everyone.
