Llevé a mi madre a la hora de comer y en general, fue una experiencia realmente mala. Esperamos una eternidad para nuestra comida que cuando salió estaba equivocado, frío y de vergüenza. Claramente compitiendo contra Weatherpoons y no ha pagado. Es mejor ir a otro lugar y conseguir mejor servicio y comida. TERRIBLE.

My daughter and I created a lifetime memory because of Charlie’s beautiful horses. We rode through an amazing variety of open expanses with wild Exmoor ponies in close view to the intimate valley setting for the novel of Lorna Doone. We saw the ruins of a medieval village and wondered about life so long ago. Charlie is in love with this wild place and will give you a delightful tour. She is fun and makes you feel special!

La comida era de la más baja calidad posible y servido a. -Una abismal estándar. Coincido Totalmente inadecuada textos evangélicos (mal copiado) por TODAS PARTES. Los amigos que nos íbamos de hecho pensé que esto era peor que Faultytowers!

Arrived for coffee to find notice stating that only tea or americano coffee was available as the machine was being serviced. Asked for two americano's with hot milk. We were served instant coffee and told we could only have cold milk. I told the assistant that instant coffee was not an americano and therefore the price should be reduced. He refused so I walked away. Shame on you that's false advertising 😡

Well the place looked nice, clean and tidy. Sadly the staff had no idea about prices of food, even with price board right next too them. 1 kids meal and and a small sausage and chips was very over priced at £13 and portion was very small and greasy. Neither of us finished the food as it was not nice at all.

They are getting a lot of bad reviews because of the parking fines for being a customer. I have just received a Parking Charge notice, stating I did not obtain a 'permit'. Why did the staff not inform me I needed one?

I asked for a hot chocolate but it took almost 15 mins to actually receive it ! There was at least 8 staff who I could see out front ! So I'm sure 1 of them could of served me !!When 1 young girl had finished chatting to another member of staff & had seen to ppl who came after me,she eventually came over to say that they only had 1 hot chocolate machine working,but still I got nothing!!! At least another 5 mins went by till the lad who originally served me got the said drink & apologised for delay .Seeing how many staff was there waiting all that time was extremely poor. I will think twice about going there again ,also it is really overpriced !!! I'll probably go to M & S !!!

Hard to get a table, tables all filthy dirty when you do get one, took ages to get a drink, literally ages, very unorganised, lack of staff, overall not worth getting the elevator up!

Empezaron a hacer cereza danesa 9 mejor que he tenido! ), así que me alegré, pero a menudo eran lo único que no estaba disponible ya que tienen que estar heladas, pero ahora las han interrumpido. Y no más rollos de masa madre. La mezcla de mayo de pollo en los rollos no es el mayo casero y el pollo que solía ser, es descuidado y sabe barato como un tipo de supermercado. A menudo el refrigerador de rollos está vacío. También dejaron de hacer pollo coronación hace un tiempo. Todos mis favoritos se han ido, así que no volveré a entrar. Bueno para pasteles de niños probablemente.

We thought we go to morrisons to treat ourselves for lunch. We waited a hour for our cooked breakfast. It was the worse we have ever had. Stone cold under cooked. And the fry bread was like a rock. Never be eating their again. Now all my family are ill because of the food .shame on you all. As a chef my self, I should off go round the back and showed them how to cook

Lovely staff member working at 7am this morning. So helpful on the drive thru. She went above and beyond to ensure my coffee was the right temperature for me, thank you so much, I wish I had got her name.

The venti iced latte coffee was excellent here yesterday and the solo server was a cheerful and welcoming chap (somewhat surprisingly) as he is about to become unemployed as this branch is closing today. I heard him explain to customers that the landlord has increased the rent but the franchisee decided not to pay and pulled the plug. He was explaining this as I was negotiating reaching the counter through packed boxes of Starbucks inventory on the floor. packed up for removal so the cafe was soulless. As well as coffee I noticed they sold cheese bites. Now these aren't available in Northern Ireland so I asked for the cheese & ham to try them (they offer another type but I can't remember as I didn't want that one anyway) so I got the last portion £3.3. They are like mini omelettes enhanced with tasty cheese and they were pleasant enough but I won't buy any more - too pricy and not punchy tasting enough for a snack. We arrived in this town as a first. Never been before and as it's an ancient town we decided on it as a base to explore and to return to Avebury and Bath. The place is in a sorry state with lots of businesses shut and in terms of takeaway places most wanted cash. There no late night shopping either as at 6pm it largely shuts down. I noted that this area voted for Brexit and succeeded in contributing to make this country poorer. It's Tory controlled for now and maybe that won’t change. Like many English places we visited this trip it's not car friendly with double yellow lines everywhere so at least the road paint seller did well. Not one street had disabled parking space yellow lines for miles even into residential areas. There's little sign of any upturn here about, with mortgages going through the roof, thanks to an incompetent government that managed to squander about 80 billion pounds in about 40 hours which is an odd, very expensive thing for them to do, as their still lauded, former (now deceased) leader said in the 1980’s ya can’t buck the markets. She got that right. And as the folks of this town can see, they got what they voted for. It will always be thus. Bye bye Starbucks. Next....

Staff on the bar were lovely but please avoid the food. Ordered what we thought would be a restaurant meal and we got food in a takeaway box plonked in front of us with no one telling us were cutlery etc was. Chips were stone cold and disgusting. You pay restaurant prices and get yesterday's left overs.

Popped in for breakfast. Staff were rude and unresponsive, but to be fair they were clearly understaffed. They could not serve us from till so used the really irritating electronic screen who's sole existence in life seems to be to upsell you things you don't want. Food was ok which stops it being a one rating

Just wanted to share my experience in Cheltenham high street Starbucks today. I used to be a regular customer and spent many a lunchtime there. After not visiting for a few months I popped in and the customer service I witnessed was very poor, 3 kids throwing cloths at each other, pinching a phone and teasing the guy they were going to put it in the oven etc. I took my coffee upstairs and noticed how grubby the stairs looked and how standards have dropped. The other lady who I got to know previously ( can't remember her name, think it begins with K) came upstairs to clear the cup's and we had a lovely chat as she remembered me. She is a real asset to your company but unfortunately due to the behaviour of the ' kids' working in there now I won't be visiting again
