The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in Ilfracombe Central North Devon South West

Lovely place and absolutely the nicest and freshest scones I’ve ever had (and believe me I’ve had A LOT!!!!) We will definitely visit again the next time we’re in Ilfracombe.

Amazing Christmas themed drinks.as described on the menu, friendly staff and amazing conversation. Couldn't have expected anything better. The cafe was beautifuly decorated with Christmas decorations, very on theme and getting everyone in the Christmas spirit!

Jaime opened the cafe so that we had somewhere to host a birthday party after a coasteering trip with Nick Thorne. The hot chocolates were just what a group of kids needed after being in the sea for 2 hours, and the pizzas and dough balls went down a storm. Jaime even made the birthday cake, which was spectacular! All the staff were great. Best party ever, thank you.

Great old tea room. Well worth a visit

We’re not from the area but popped in for lunch this afternoon and ordered 2 panini’s, cheese + tuna mayo, pulled pork and cheese, for takeaway. The staff were very welcoming and patient allowing us time to decide what we wanted. They then prepared our food fresh, instead of the pre packaged food you get from Costa for example. The lady behind the counter was very chatty and open with us about the waiting time. We paid £10 on the dot so £5 per person and the paninis were unbelievably tasty and filling. I couldn’t recommend these place highly enough for anyone looking for a nice fresh sandwich for lunch, definitely going back when we’re next in the area!

This little tea room was the perfect place to stop. Everything was homemade and delicious (especially the scones!). Service was friendly and I would recommend to everyone to stop for food and especially if you are looking for a proper cream tea!!

We are SO lucky to have this gem of a place in Ilfracombe. The food is first rate especially anything pastry based, which are as good as anywhere in the world. The cocktails are inventive and well priced for the quality. I know how hard it is to run a food business, and believe me, these guys are doing an incredible job. Please support them, or else we end with a town full of characterless chains.

Nic has done an excellent revamp on his pub/ restaurant . We went last night. Had excellent food and cocktails and the service was amazing. Waitress came to check all was good with our food. The place was very busy so book yourself in and try the amazing new dishes they’re serving up.

This place has such a great reputation and I know why now. My wife goes here every week with a social group and I think I will try and be a bit more of a regular visitor. Lovely ambience, excellent service, the food is top quality and the prices are reasonable. What more can you ask? I had a sausage sandwich. There were three sausages and they were decent proper butchers sausages too, not cheapo rubbish.

First time been in here since the new ownership! we stayed and my friend sang on karoke. Friendly staff and relaxing pub.

Best coffee in Ilfracombe if not the whole of the South West. Worth going out of your way, just to have a coffee and and a cake. You will not be disappointed.

Always go to Dollys when in Ilfracombe. Always been a nice place to eat. However this time asked to swap toast to a hash brown due to a food intolerance and were told no but we could pay for two hash browns. When the 4 breakfasts arrived they all had 2 hash browns added. Our breakfasts were £8.95 each totalling £35.80 we had 1 orange juice, 2 teas and a hot chocolate. Our bill came to £53.70. Goodness knows how much they charged us for 8 hash browns even though we only ordered 2. We have decided not to go back there again as it was a rip off for what we had.

Poor service. Impolite staff. Terrible food. No wonder it was the only place with seats available when everywhere else was busy. Avoid avoid avoid.

Great place for coffee and cake especially if you have little ones. Coffee good and best value in the town. Staff always efficient and friendly. Seating inside and out both with good views and the kids have freedom to play. Even got a loyalty card.
