The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in South West

Bought 2 vegan sausage rolls at 7am the other morning, took one bite, the pastry was barely warm but worse, the inside was chilled. I thought this stuff was baked fresh daily. Not first time I have had this issue, I won't go here anymore 😕

2 stars are given purely for the doughnuts as they were great. The lady (think her name was Lydia) that served us at the weekend was the rudest person I've ever come into contact with in a customer facing role. She clearly didn't want to be there as she was quite frankly vile from start to finish. Incredibly sarcastic and patronising, making every single thing incredibly difficult when it didn't need to be. She was on her phone playing a game when we walked over and continued to do this in full view whilst we decided on doughnuts, that says it all really. I've worked in customer service before and this 'service' she provided would not be tolerated anywhere I've worked. I'm really sorry that you had to serve some customers on a weekend but if you're going to be that insanely rude and try to make every tiny interaction horrible and difficult then it's time you found another job. Nothing worse than someone who thinks they're better than customers and tries to make themselves feel big and powerful by being rude and wildly unprofessional. Laughable.

3 panini's were purchased price ranging from £8.90 to £9.20 each and asked if we would like coleslaw which 2 of the party had. On getting home and checking the receipt realised that the coleslaw was an extra charge of .70p that I don't believe was mentioned or advertised. Very disappointed that a panini cost nearly £10 with very little salad. The amount of coleslaw was about about the size of a 'tea spoon full'.

Claramente compitiendo contra Weatherpoons y no ha pagado. Es mejor ir a otro lugar y conseguir mejor servicio y comida. TERRIBLE.

My whole experience was appalled by the service provided on this particular evening. It was my stepdaughter’s 40th birthday meal who apologised to me for a crap service provided. No fault of hers, as her previous visit was totally different, this is the reason for her return, but never again! We were a party of 17 people, 10 adults and 7 kids, yes quite a number to cater for! No excuse though they accepted the booking! Menu displayed on the website gave you a hint of Middle Eastern cuisine which was totally different to the menu provided on the evening, very disappointed! Food was basic, typically burgers, which most of us chose and in addition chicken nuggets for the kids with chips, you would think it is the easiest meal to prepare, tell me why it took over an hour to serve, poor kids were starving and very miserable and were served last! Basically no order of priority random bits of food came out separately. Overall over priced, quality of food poor, I would not recommend!

My daughter and I created a lifetime memory because of Charlie’s beautiful horses. We rode through an amazing variety of open expanses with wild Exmoor ponies in close view to the intimate valley setting for the novel of Lorna Doone. We saw the ruins of a medieval village and wondered about life so long ago. Charlie is in love with this wild place and will give you a delightful tour. She is fun and makes you feel special!

Well the place looked nice, clean and tidy. Sadly the staff had no idea about prices of food, even with price board right next too them. 1 kids meal and and a small sausage and chips was very over priced at £13 and portion was very small and greasy. Neither of us finished the food as it was not nice at all.

Arrived for coffee to find notice stating that only tea or americano coffee was available as the machine was being serviced. Asked for two americano's with hot milk. We were served instant coffee and told we could only have cold milk. I told the assistant that instant coffee was not an americano and therefore the price should be reduced. He refused so I walked away. Shame on you that's false advertising 😡

If I could I would give you zero. I always order online due to me having a low immune and just finishing cancer treatment but sure was not working. I decided to go when store opened and do scan and go. When I got to till was told they needed to check 18 items. She took my bags out of my trolley placing them on floor my husbandcwasnt happy with this saying please don't put bags on floor is the floor clean you could get listeria having contact with floor. She just carried on I then noticed she was touching all my unpacked food I asked her not to do that could she wear clothes due to infection. She then said " oh my god" I was so surprised to hear this i said what did you say I said to her about my worries of infection but she just carried on. She was very rude. I got in touch with asda via x they apologised I said I want apologies from newton abbot so far nothing. They said they don't have to wear gloves any more but surely if I asked they should

They are getting a lot of bad reviews because of the parking fines for being a customer. I have just received a Parking Charge notice, stating I did not obtain a 'permit'. Why did the staff not inform me I needed one?

Lovely staff member working at 7am this morning. So helpful on the drive thru. She went above and beyond to ensure my coffee was the right temperature for me, thank you so much, I wish I had got her name.

Staff on the bar were lovely but please avoid the food. Ordered what we thought would be a restaurant meal and we got food in a takeaway box plonked in front of us with no one telling us were cutlery etc was. Chips were stone cold and disgusting. You pay restaurant prices and get yesterday's left overs.

Been to Padstow so many times as don't live to far. Never ate here until today. We were impressed. Non fussy restaurant, clean and welcoming. Portions were massive and chips nice and crispy. The chips (fries, thin ones) with the child's meal looked not cooked, very pale, could have done with a bit longer. But otherwise really pleased. Will definitely eat there again. Very busy Cafe. People coming in all the time. Thankyou

I was at Starbucks Cineworld Cheltenham and the cashier said my payment hasn't gone through so I had to pay from a different card again. I asked for a payment rejected receipt and couldn't get one. Meanwhile my bank said my payment has gone and is minus money in my account so it has definitely gone and they did nothing to fix it so I basically had to pay £18 for two medium hot chocolates.
