Krispy Kreme in Plymouth

2 stars are given purely for the doughnuts as they were great. The lady (think her name was Lydia) that served us at the weekend was the rudest person I've ever come into contact with in a customer facing role. She clearly didn't want to be there as she was quite frankly vile from start to finish. Incredibly sarcastic and patronising, making every single thing incredibly difficult when it didn't need to be. She was on her phone playing a game when we walked over and continued to do this in full view whilst we decided on doughnuts, that says it all really. I've worked in customer service before and this 'service' she provided would not be tolerated anywhere I've worked. I'm really sorry that you had to serve some customers on a weekend but if you're going to be that insanely rude and try to make every tiny interaction horrible and difficult then it's time you found another job. Nothing worse than someone who thinks they're better than customers and tries to make themselves feel big and powerful by being rude and wildly unprofessional. Laughable.

This place is no longer in drake circus shopping mall. went to get some donuts today and it was nowhere to be seen

lovely quick friendly service, ordered a sharer box and they were all surprisingly fresh - assumed they would taste slightly stale as its not a proper restaurant but pleasantly surprised

Agradable personal amable. Estamos ansiosos por los especiales de Navidad.

Solía disfrutar venir aquí para obtener una rosquilla de vez en cuando y no me importaba pagar por la calidad. Desafortunadamente, la calidad ha ido muy cuesta abajo recientemente. Comí una rosquilla que claramente no estaba fresca. Regresé para decirle eso a la persona que estaba en el mostrador, pero no parecía importarle mucho. Bueno, un cliente caído.

Nearly £10 for a dozen simple glazed doughnuts. More expensive for patterned or sharing boxes and a bit over £17 if you want to go for two dozen in the hope that you might feel you are getting marginally better value for money!This Krispy Kreme stall is in the middle of the ground floor aisle of Plymouth’s mini shopping mall. Not far from the Sky TV pitch whose barkers are a deal more persistent. Krispy Kreme provide a very easy but expensive way to buy sweet tooth junk food but if you want to fatten up your children or even yourself then you can stuff your face while the world and his wife gawk at you as they trudge by.
