Plenty of choice and helpful staff.

Purchased these 2 days ago (21 July) - shocking! Weeks out of date 🤢

No staff on the tills, Sunday queues make this store a terrible experience. Spend longer in the queue than shopping. Morrisons card isn't worth it as you get nothing for points. Potatoes were rotten, now we have to return to stand in another queue to return them. Not worth visiting unless mid day during the week

Large variety of groceries and tendency towards higher prices. Cleaning those toilets for real ( not just signing the paper document) is needed.

Awful experience today, 10 tills available but only 2 were staffed..Friday night teatime carnage...will NOT be going back

Always friendly staff especially Adrian (the trolley boy) and the lady on the lottery counter. But then, she is a Yorkshire lass. Could do with reassessing the disabled parking as some are a serious walk from the store. Edit 28/07/2023 Oh dear. Lost 2 stars... Very untidy and lost manned tills to be replaced with the trendy "serve yourself". Also more Amazon and other food food service delivery people, clogging up aisles with trollies.

Terrible!!! I won’t be returning I’ve been here several times now and it’s been understaffed. The staff are literally walking past customers who are asking for assistance to go out for a cigarette. A lady waited for 15 minutes at the til before someone eventually came to serve. Almost every table had dirty dishes and no recites available on the self service machine. Young blonde girls manners are extremely poor. Food standards have dropped hugely.

Easy to find all the things you need if you can't find it asked someone and they are more then happy to help

The food is not completely fresh, their poached eggs are wrapped in plastic and heated in a microwave. The Avocado also isn’t fresh as they use a spread that tastes more like guacamole on toast. Customer service was poor, mostly because they do not train their staff fully.

Both had a full English breakfast.Really disappointing .It was undercooked .The scrambled eggs and mushroom were so watery. Hash brown hard and bacon was cold everything else was Luke warm Would not recommend or have it again .

We just refueled there, which was easy and uncomplicated. You can pay at the gas pump terminal or inside at the cash register, depending on which gas pump you choose. Fuel prices for diesel were okay.

Butcher section is brilliant but prices let this store down.

Easy parking, well laid out store, cafe tables kept clean.

It's an OK store, my biggest gripe are the offers, almost everytime I have to check the receipt,as the discount wasn't applied, last week i was overcharged £18 in one visit,the staff had to do a refund etc, but how many people haven't checked their receipt? Go in the next day and it's still the wrong price.!!

Ordered egg on toast coffee never arrived paid for it at the machine was told machine wipes drinks off. Then had to queue again ...and re pay seams understaffed ...also barrister making coffee was complaining on her own no one to help and explained the kitchen was also understaffed....we just need to wait advised ...so not very good really

Nice store bur I had a meal deal and the baguette of my sandwich was like really hard. Was in date so idk why that is but I couldn't eat it.

Very big supermarket. They do try to stock everything they can.

Cafe badly organised. Forgot part of order from app. I then ordered a coffee from the till I was given a number never called number so I asked the staff they said they called out a coffee is ready but as there were other people waiting no-one new who's coffee it was .As I walked back to table I was handed part of my order on route . It needs a screen with order number ready or device which vibrates to let you know when ready

Cafè staff are thick as mince. Really rough individuals. One star as I'm generous.

Terrible service by low intellectually challenged staff, one being Kerry. Long lines of people wanting to be served. I left because they obviously cannot manage their way out of a paper bag.

What a lovely store, having been to our usual store at Tavistock and the one near Mutly, Morrisons at Plymstock is by far the cleanest, most organised and most tidiness than the two put together. Very refreshing. The only downside I have, I live too far away.

Weed killer on the same aisle as food!!

I would like to thank the lady on the florist department this morning, she did me up a fabulous bouquet of flowers for my mother to take to her friend ( they have been friends for over 80 years) who is in a residential home in Exeter, the assistant was extremely helpful and caring, she made my day, thank you so much Karen Joyce

Dull and unpleasant experience for weekly food shop. Just like most dull boring consumer interfaces which involve selling mass produced food to underpaid and overworked people racing around trying to stuff their faces with food containing limited nutritional value.

Some household items, including a wide selection of food stuff available, including a good-sized cafe with a really good cooked breakfast and which is wheelchair friendly, including the car. Not only do they deliver, but they also have a click and collect service along with parcel collection from amazon, etc.

No option to say i filled up with petrol only.

First time using the cafeteria! And the last . Not well staffed, waited in a line for aprox 8 min to order a pot of tea . And then another 10 for it to be collected from a central point . Not complaining about the staff , they were just trying to keep things going But it was understaffed. Management probably keeping costs down

Very friendly and helpful staff makes the chore so much easier.

The match to get rid of all checks continues. Virtually all self service checkouts. Horrible.

No poached eggs.only fried snd scrambled !!!.Ordered extra black.pudding which didnt arrive.The cafe is like the Marie Celeste.!!! What's happened to it.No staff.Rude one are there. PULL YOUR .SOCKS UP.

I always have a great time shopping at Morrisons because they always have what I like in stock.

Great array of products, the salad bar is a must for when working away in plymouth.

It was one of the larger Morrisons I have visited. Well stocked good produce. It's a bit of a strange setup for products. Shop doesn't seem to flow, and products that don't relate are on the same isle. Maybe just me.

Great store. Plenty of room and choice. Great deli counters

Convenient location. Not a great shopping experience. Has all the essentials but uninspiring.

The Morrisons I go to has really friendly helpful staff who will go the extra mile for you. However, the shop needs upgrading. The chill fridges and freezers leak,and it is not unusual to find yourself standing in a puddle of water. Quite often, several of the freezers are empty, closed shut for maintenance. Also, too many staff collecting for the click and collect customers, which makes it awkward to get up and down the aisles, especially with a larger trolly.

I hate reful the car :/ Gentelmen on petrol station (behind the counter) was amaizing, asked for a help someone ( another gentleman) and get it strait away. Thank you :)

Easy to find everything we needed. I was pleased to see a table and chair with a sign offering help if needed. Great idea.

This was really helpful and a good choice

We've laughed at the recent TV ad for Morrisons as it showed the vegetable/fresh fruit isles full to the brim, a sight it seems far removed from our own store, especially early in the mornings. I ended up going to Lidl instead.

Easy parking and a light airy shopping space. Plenty of choice and very helpful staff.

Huge shop but it's getting expensive. Lidls is just up the road.

Too many people wandering aimlessly around just getting in the way. Not like a usual day in Morrisons. Don't think I'll go back on a Sunday! However got everything I wanted

Went there after 8pm to avoid crowds. Lovely place, lots of discounted food in the evening, everything you need and quality.

I find some if the staff very rude and not just on one occasion

Rude staff stacking shelves and pushing you out of the way, ironic as we pay their wages!!

Tend to shop later in the evening when not so busy. Good selection of goods. Could be a bit cheaper though.

To get cafe is like an assault course Beer and more beer on.pallets to navigate once collected flowers for my grandma in a w/chair .The store oozes uncleanliness Germ central avoid or visit at your peril What a dump...Health and safety exempt obviously

Only ate in the cafe. Medium all day brekie with toast £6 . Very hot, and tasty. Followed by apple crumble n custard. Light n fluffy love the food there

And even that was one to many, coffee machines not working, but free coffee was supplied. The problem was the attitude of a staff member who snatched the coffee sachets from in front of us and stating one per customer in a very unpleasant voice, we were only getting one each. Morrisons cafes seem to be all going down the same road, staff with no manners, cold under cooked food, staff handling money then serving food without any hand washing. Will not recommend or return to another of their cafes

It's a supermarket doing it's thing, nothing more

I have started using this Morrison's a lot more as the quality/ food shelflife is far better than Aldi.

What a shocking place. Ordering from the QR code had to give up. I went to the self ordering machine, got to the end where you had to put in a card number , NO cards or member of staff !! My husband had to go to the kitchen to get someone by now my order was cancelled. The women wanted me to start again for the third time! And then proceeded to sneeze everywhere, I took the card and ordered it again at the machine. Our breakfast arrived with no cutlery on asking we were told to go to the coffee area to get your own. No napkins available. We go to cheap and cheerful places normally the service is second to none, breakfast only Luke warm. NEVER AGAIN

Clean and tidy not enought tills they want you to do self service now which is sad if you want to go to the check out there's just long wait. Some staff more helpful then others.

(No optuon given to select COMPLAINT) I Tried the morrisons cafe for the 1st ever time today- absolutely shocking! staff very stressed & loudly rudely speaking at each other , As an NHS Manager it was clear to me that there wasnt enough staff on shift. The staff who were there were disorganised and there was an obvious lack of customer service training appeared non existent. The food was almost cold when served- no teaspoons available, serviettes also werent available- i asked for some and was given sheets of kitchen roll! Sadly the whole experience was of disorganisation. The only saving grace was a young server called JOSH who i noticed the female staff spoke to in a very derogatory way in front of customers-very unprofessional. I personally thanked JOSH as i felt quite sorry for him! Josh still managed to be cheerful and helpful Needless to say this was the first and last time i will visit Morrisons Cafe at Plymstock in Plymouth.

What is happening to morrisons never have much stock half the shelves are empty and freezers always broken down it looks so run down lately just walked in no kiwis or blueberries again put the trolley back and I'm off to tesco!

I had a big breakfast here, it was reasonably priced and well cooked. If the staff were more friendly and less militant it wouldn't be a bad place to go.

So wish I had read the reviews before I ordered breakfast, how could it be so bad? Cold, poorly cooked, over cooked, hot drinks cold, staff not interested, could not be hygiene trained applying lip stick/balm and picking their nose, I don’t know if there is a manager but they are asleep at the wheel. I will never come back to any Morrisons cafe again.

Everything gone done service to many self service cash points. It's like your doing there job and not getting paid for it, your not getting that atmosphere one on one to talk to someone and their restaurant not like it use to be.

It's just another super market. Nothing special.

Sat down for a Sunday morning breakfast. Delighted to see "two boiled eggs with soldiers" on the menu. Took a while to come. They came and changed the table number for some reason. Then after 10 minutes the eggs arrived. I eagerly chopped off the top of the first egg and strangely, the bullet like yolk actually popped up out of its surrounding white by 5mms. On further examination one side of the white was discoloured! A sort of muddy brown colour. Out of curiosity I lopped off the top of the other egg. This was as solid as the first one (no soldier dipping here) and again the white was discoloured and sort of layered on one side. Took them back and asked for a refund. Manager was very defensive and said they didn't know how the eggs were bad.

Run of the mill supermarket, plenty of parking and a good restaurants Hasn't changed .

When we arrived we ordered our food and proceeded to the table, the first table we picked was filthy, so we tried to locate another that was clean, finally when I thought we hit the jackpot the chairs was covered in food debris and the floor was caked in filth. When I was called the the counter to collect my drinks, I asked for a napkin, I wasn’t even given eye contact by the lady serving, she just staid they are over there, I politely explained there wasn’t any napkins left could she refill them, again no eye contact she just shouted randomly for someone to get napkins, so patiently I waited for about 5 mins with my hot drinks getting cold, I said to the last again “I take it there won’t be any napkins coming?” She just replied “I have asked them to top up the napkins”. In there defence the cafe was 1/2 to 3/4 full, what didn’t help was one server walking around with one hand holding her phone to her ear for about 10 mins, it looked like she was on hold or something, turns out she was listening to the BBC news result of a criminal court case! All I can say the experience was horrendous. The shop in general has poor customer relations, it could do with head office having a secret shopper to actually see how bad.

I don't like the new parking layout. Only went in for the dry cleaners but the floor near the entrance was very slippery, my walking stick slipped.

I feel sorry for the staff, obviously understaffed as run off their feet! Long wait on food , drank coffees before food arrived! Dirty plates cups etc all piled up on three tables The ladies serving were lovely ! We often find that items are run out when we order! My husband spoke to management in the store part who blamed it on the weather! No mate it is always like this! He didn't seem to care just made excuses People asking for refunds! I came home and within an hour was unwell Terrible S&D and in bed writing this review Will not be returning again

My husband and I fancied a early start breakfast so we go to our local store Billacombe, order 1/4 hour later got the drinks. 1/2 hour later the food arrives. Great we thought, got half way through to realise that the food was precooked, it was disgusting.

Delivery turned up early but some items didn't have a long enough shelf life.

Doesn’t say much for Morrisons when they can organise a cafe when the only thing on the menu is a cooked breakfast. It still took 50 minutes to arrive when it was fairly quiet.

Table not clean given wrong breakfast no black pudding saying we hadnt paid for it but we had given wrong coffee. Food cheap tasting

The worst food I’ve e ever been served raw bacon cold beans the person serving no idea what she was doing felt really sorry for her left to get on with things. When I complained about the food no apology at all just given money back for the food not eaten ( everything but toast !) never again

Morrisons you should really train your new staff properly before letting them loose with customers & Technology! No disrespect to the newer colleagues at Plymstock CAFE But DISGUSTED! Wrong order! Wrong Bill! WAITED OVER 45 MINUTES FOR Crap Food!! No Apology! AWFUL!! Will never go here again!!!!

Shambolic service, surly staff, cheap and nasty breakfast ingredients, food served undercooked and cold after a 50 minute wait! Had Ibeen told about the wait when ordering then I would not have continued. This place is absolutely horrendous, sorry.

Called in today to have lunch. Short staffed. The food was second rate. I had the chicken burger which was dry and tasteless, chips had been fried in the same oil as fish would have been. We could even smell the chip oil was old...

Staff nothing but rude, false advertisement. Jobs worth. Should not be employed by Morrisons. They have no clue what they’re doing. Provided bread on fry up and not toast also

There is literally nothing good about this place. The service was terrible, they were missing half the items on the menu and the food was bland and/or stale.

We popped in for a light refreshment and were very disappointed... It was early evening and there were tables not cleaned, food on the floor. There were 2 members of staff on the till, who were not bothered about providing any level of service... contacted...
