Greggs in Cornwall, Isles of Scilly

Bought 2 vegan sausage rolls at 7am the other morning, took one bite, the pastry was barely warm but worse, the inside was chilled. I thought this stuff was baked fresh daily. Not first time I have had this issue, I won't go here anymore 😕

Absolutely the worst greggs I’ve been to the service is piss poor…. No hot plate so your pasteries are cold… manager very rude when questioned. Avoid.. muppets

Came on a Sunday lunchtime no rolls sandwiches or baguettes all pasties and sausage rolls were cold won’t be coming back

I’m in here for an egg roll and coffee quite often (to the point they know the order when I walk in!) Food always decent and very cheap (£2-60 for the roll and coffee) The place is spotless and well run. Lovely people from Saff,Maria & Jane right through to the polite well trained younger members of staff Always a pleasure thank you

Visited on a Sunday afternoon and no vegan options available the staff offered to cook some fresh to collect in 15mins … arrived a little late to be told they were burnt but despite it being closing time Saf offered to cook some fresh while I waited which was really appreciated. Both Saf and her colleague Ellie were both very friendly, helpful and approachable, a credit to Greggs. Thank you you went above and beyond. 😊

Ordered and paid off the Greggs app for a 10am pickup in half an hour’s time , went to the store at 10 to pickup a sandwich , drink and a packet of crisp’s only to find out the order wasn’t ready or looked at then to be told they didn’t have that sandwich and I would have to get one from the fridge , luckily there was one sandwich at the same price I paid for , not even a sorry about that or we can make the sandwich up for you 🤷🏻‍♂️ looked like they didn’t have enough staff as usual.

Went in to find out they were short staffed so they were closing earlier.. so we walked in to a 5 people queue with 1 member of staff on the checkout. There was a cleaner walking around who was very abrupt and quite rude. Once we got to the checkout we ordered a chicken slice and a few other items. When I sat down with my chicken slice it was stone cold. I went back up to the checkout, who happened to be the cleaner, and she snapped back at me saying when it comes out the oven it sits in the cabinet until someones buys it as they have no way of re heating it. she also mentioned it can only be kept warm for 1 hour.. I work in a supermarket where we bake hot food and it is allowed to be on sale for 4 hours at least. I'm appalled with this.
