After a very long wait in the queue(12 mins) I polietly asked if the Frappe on the menu board was available to which the assistant snapped you will have to wait! At least she didn't say no like she had to the previous customer who asked for an iced mocha. While waiting in the queue I noticed that any food that needed to be heated - either sweet or savoury were done on the same ( not very clean looking) baking try. Its been several years since I was in catering but surely this is bad hygiene practice.

83 Fore StThe Brunel Inn is quite good and they make lots of food and it's so good so I recommend going there!

Cromwell RoadJust tried to pay with cash which the machine wouldn't take. I waved (nicely)at a member of staff who approached my direction and promptly started talking to a friend while ignoring me. I didn't want to make a fuss so just walked out. I've been in customer service all my life and always trained my staff to attend customers first. I've never felt so invisible.
