The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in Faringdon and The Coxwells Vale of White Horse South East

We’ve been here a few times for sandwiches, today we thought we would try the Brie, bacon and cranberry paninis. I can honestly say it’s the worst panini I’ve ever had. The bacon was really very fatty and cold. Both of us only ate one mouthful and then had to remove all the bacon. The lady behind the counter was very busy so I didn’t feel able to complain.

Just exploring the town last night and decided that a walk up London Street would be interesting as some quite historic buildings in the area. Then happened upon The Folly Inn and realised that it was Free House. Lovely relaxed atmosphere and good ale. Shall go back for food soon and another lovely pint. Thank you for welcome.

This cafe is a real hidden gem in the centre of Faringdon, offering delicious and authentic Indonesian food alongside a traditional coffee shop menu. The cafe is small with just a few tables but we were seated straight away. Extremely prompt and friendly service and the food was excellent.

This little gem is under new management and a new chef and I have to say everything here is amazing. On arrival you are greeted by the friendly staff who sort you a drink a table or whatever you need. We had a Sunday roast on this occasion and there was 14 of us including children and they accommodated us so well. The choice of drinks is great but the food is amazing, we all had roasts including the children that had kids portions which were big and plenty full. Everyone enjoyed their meal which has a choice of meats, a giant Yorkshire pudding which is homemade and lots of veg which is all sourced locally as is the meat. Fantastic meal and atmosphere. Give it a try you won’t be disappointed. Thanks to the chef and all the staff and we hope to visit again soon

Love coming here for a morning coffee before work. I am always received with a positive vibe and big smiles from the team, which just lifts my mood up. Special thanks to Nacer and Mohamed who always help me in the store with anything and everything!

Carpenters have now sadly closed I think due to retirement but the new tenants Blake’s Kitchen are well worth a visit and serve decent food

We came across this pub before Christmas and we loved it so much we have spent the past three Sundays having our roast dinner even booked again for next week…. The staff our amazing and the food is 10/10
