This cafe is a real hidden gem in the centre of Faringdon, offering delicious and authentic Indonesian food alongside a traditional coffee shop menu. The cafe is small with just a few tables but we were seated straight away. Extremely prompt and friendly service and the food was excellent.

We’ve been here a few times for sandwiches, today we thought we would try the Brie, bacon and cranberry paninis. I can honestly say it’s the worst panini I’ve ever had. The bacon was really very fatty and cold. Both of us only ate one mouthful and then had to remove all the bacon. The lady behind the counter was very busy so I didn’t feel able to complain.

60 Barrow Road ShipponPrince of Wales pub, Shippon. Had a Sunday roast here for about 18 guests to celebrate my mothers 90th birthday. Nic and her team worked closely with me to ensure the occasion went off without a hitch, even accommodating my father in his wheel chair and his height adjustable table. The food was excellent and the addition of the log fire made for a convivial atmosphere. Many thanks Nic for a wonderful afternoon that all enjoyed and commented upon what a lovely venue you have..

Lamb LaneWarm, friendly welcome. Good pint of Amstell and such an amazing ham, tomato and mustard doorstop sandwich. The bread was soft soft!
