Nice service, quiet atmosphere and good Cortardo.

Always a pleasure to be served by and chat with the staff here. They really go out of their way to make you feel at home. I only wish there was free fast WiFi available. 5 stars!

Bog standard Costa - except there's no Wi-Fi/internet!

Another great experience and this time thanks to a team member called Bhaumi who remembered the coffee I get and made sure it was made to perfection! Definitely give this place a try all the staff are really nice.

Among the milk coffee I like this shop the best in London.

The Manager is Named Mohammed! This store is to be avoided if you do not wish to be assaulted, harassed, verbally and emotionally abused, intimidated and told to get out and not be served because I stood up for myself when he stood in front of me staring at me after I had put my food away. This so called manager violated so many codes of conduct because I was eating outside food which I put away on command without denying or a fuss...and he declared and escalated within seconds. Dragging a bin over. Grabbing Ky belongings from the table. Grabbing my belongings and stepping into my personal space after I had told him to stop trying to intimidate and standing at staring at me when the situation should have been resolved. What a sick narcissistic man that bullies women and young girls who come in. Three other women complained about his behaviour towards me attempting to help me and get him to leave me alone. He refused and then approached them intimidating them and standing on top of other, within the personal space. For what. Because he's the manager he said. Not for long. ! How disgusting that this man was employed to guide others and their young women and this is how he treats women in public I'm afraid for the girls who.were too scared to serve me or stick up for me as they said they did not want to.get involved and it's his first day which is not a good start. I will be following up. I'm traumatised. I haven't been back since and it took.me.a week to share how I feel . On top of that the staff know me and are polite as I became a regular. A loyal customer is now traumatised by this abusive man Mohammed. He also threw students belongings in the bin and harrassed them in the morning just 3 hours before. So imagine how many others have had to cope with this type of behaviour from.someone who is there to guide and teach others. No more Mohammed's please. What a disgusting experience I do not wish on another soul!!! Sort it out HR. You're sales have already reduced and the boycott will continue until action is taken to protect customers away from this man Mohammed

At approximately 11 a.m., during a break, I experienced harassment while consuming a small snack of Peperami Chicken Roast Bites in the company of friends. An individual approached me, asserting that consumption of items not purchased within the establishment was prohibited. I complied respectfully, ceasing my consumption and offering an apology. Despite this, the individual proceeded to forcibly attempt to dispose of my Red Bull beverage in a nearby bin. This behavior was not isolated; around 2 p.m., upon re-entering the establishment to purchase a drink, I observed the same individual harassing another female patron for consuming an external snack. The aggressor escalated the situation by physically manipulating the environment and invading the personal space of the patron, repeating the previously mentioned prohibition on external food items. Such actions, although perhaps intended as enforcement of store policy, were executed in a manner that was both aggressive and unacceptable. It is acknowledged that patrons should be informed of and adhere to store policies regarding external food and beverages. However, once compliance is observed, the aggressive disposal of personal items is unwarranted. As a regular customer, I was appalled by the conduct exhibited, which tarnished the reputation of the establishment. Furthermore, it is pertinent to note that the individual in question targeted only female patrons, specifically those between the ages of 16 and 35, employing intimidation tactics. This behavior is particularly concerning and unacceptable. I voiced my concerns to the individual, requesting personal space, which was blatantly disregarded, leading to a confrontation that necessitated the intervention of other patrons. This incident has left me deeply disturbed, and I firmly believe that such behavior is unbecoming of someone in a position of authority within the establishment.

Ridiculous service from the barista lady at this store on a Friday afternoon. I’ve just ordered a berry infusion tea where it clearly stated on the menu board, ONLY medium size available. Instead of a medium paper cup she deliberately gave me a small cup with the tea. I came up asking if it’s the correct size, she even tried to make it up by asking me back:” Which one you like? Small or medium. It’s the same price.”I mean, huh? Are you being serious? When you order tea at a cafe what size would you normally expect? You paid £2.65 for a small? Even a medium would be just a few more drops of water! I’m not the first time ordering from Costa. The second I hold the tea I knew immediately it’s the wrong size. And no apologies nothing! Is this whole thing even making sense?? The photo below is the correct size I got after questioning at the counter. LOL! Disgusting🙃

Nice coffee. (The cake is hmm…) There’s a lot of seats inside. It’s a good place to sit down for a while after shopping.

The 3 girls on earlies and lunch time, over the last 3 days were great. Very pleasant and could have a laugh and a joke with. There were 5 or 6 of us working in the london palladium. We have each spent roughly £50 over the last 3 days. We mainly dined in but also had take out. Breakfast, brunch and dinner.

No WiFi/internet 🥲 sad, as I could have stayed longer and ordered more food. Could not work and left in the search of other place with free WiFi.

The usual lovely hot chocolate and mince pie, however it is 5 on a Friday during Xmas shopping period and half the restaurant has been closed with a row of chairs saying “this area is closed” with no reason for this as it is not table service. They have also closed off the toilet with barriers across. I am not sure it is legal to operate without a working toilet.

Closes at 8 pm i went in there 7:45 and they wouldn’t serve me

Caffe was overfilled they don't give tray my caff was cold the girl was busy on her phone. She don't care for regular costumer like me. I have to avoid going on this Costa. Today is my day off. I try to have a nice Costa late but was Not as l planned. I confirme l have said the truth, No making Drama. Thank you Naser

Barista’s do not care about making coffee and leaving the milk to heat up without proper attention. If you care about getting a good cup don’t buy here.

Always friendly staff & nice coffee

Me and my friend went out for drinks and I got a peach tea and she got a mango passion fruit cooler, both of ours almost tasted like WATER. My friend complained about her drink and they re-made it but they put in double the amount of ice and when she tried it again it tasted even more like water. We also noticed that there was a guy who came and sat in the corner after we came in and one of the members of staff came over to him and gave him a free drink. He was sat right near us and he never went up to the counter to order anything. We are rather upset with our experience.

I work at a tattoo shop nearby and always go for coffee runs at this location! Quick service and great vibes :) Clay and both Nicks are extremely nice, as is the rest of the team! (Can’t remember everyone’s names 😣) Highly recommend!

Really nice guy went out if his way to check the allergen menu and cleaned the blenders to make sure my drink was gluten free:-)

Plenty of seating in a busy location which was surprising. You can use their toilet facilities as long as you are purchasing something in the cafe. Good range of food and drinks, decent service. They couldn't get our money off voucher to work so input it manually for us and let us keep ours to use another time.

Los servicios estaban cerrados , se supone q te dan un código con la compra/consumición y lo metes en un teclado metálico, no funcionaba y la gente teníamos q hacer cola para entrar al de minusválidos , los cafés están buenos en la cadena de restaurantes en general.

Served by Tareq this mid morning brunch time , he has exceptional customer service , I had a coffee fro another place he has recommended me to try the coffee from Costa to prove that Costa coffee is better than mine from the local shops, he is advised me to try their cookie to go with my drink, very smiley. I felt welcomed and the girls who were serving other customers been very friendly , they wish me a good day:) thank you xx

Cor blimey, that coffee mocha was well rank - easily the worst I've ever had in me bleeding life. And don't even get me started on the service, proper rubbish it was

Good place overall, delicious coffee and food, but the toilet thing is shocking!!!! There are three cabins (one private) and only one is open and there is a queue of 6+ people. In short, nice place, normal shocking services.

Ordered a medium tea to go, got given a small with next to no milk. Toilets also needed cleaning.

I’m a regular customer at the drive thru and have seen a decline in the quality of products and customer service. Just used the drive thru and was served by a young lady ( brown hair with ponytail) who was quite rude and more interested in speaking to her male coworker. No attempt to speak to me or engage with me whatsoever even when it came to payment ( machine just shoved out at me). No goodbye or any pleasantries. She just turned back and started speaking to to her coworker ( guy with dark hair and a beard). This kind of service really annoys me because when I use the Starbucks drive thru, they are professional and polite all the way through. Also, why aren’t the straws in paper sleeves for hygiene purposes? I just took a sip of my drink and it tasted salty. Finally, why are sandwiches just grilled on the top and not on both sides? They do this all the time at this drive thru and I’ve even had hot filling fall onto my lap because of it. Guys, sort yourselves out. This was once a good drive thru

This is the place for excellent service and high quality product. I had just walked out of the pret a manger because they didn't have any ice for my coffee in August! They still charged me then made me wait for the refund. I got my iced coffee in Costa in less time than it took for pret to locate a manager! I will always use Costa now.

Stopped here yesterday midway through a long drive from Bedfordshire to South Wales Sat for 10+ in queue in car Oat milk cappuccino and a toastie is all I wanted Cappuccino was strangely weak and tepid - don’t know if that was down to the pat milk but not normally an issue Toastie was limp and only grilled on one side??

Great Costa with quick friendly service… lots of parking right outside and usually don’t wait long to be served! Worth trying.

The worst costa ever. I am a big fan and go every single day to costa. But this specific one is disgusting. Customer service is ridiculous. While sitting revising, my friend and I were trying to sort put something. Which Edward came over who thinks he owns the place, warned us to buy something so we can have a seat over there however my friend said just give us 2 mins we will get something but he just came and was very rude asking us to leave. He didn't have any patience at all, went up to our college and complained to a staff of the college. Edward just brought the staff to costa which was hilarious and childish. Even when he serves he is very rude. I will make sure and talk to all teachers and students to avoid going costa. Worst worst worst. That person Edward should never ever work there 😒 worst person ever.

On entering and helping ourselves to cold drinks from a display we then waited at the counter for a hot drink , 3 members of staff were happy to continue their conversation without skipping a beat or acknowledgement of our presence. . Eventually served we found a table at was nearly clear ! Part of the seating area was closed off leaving only a handful of tables available . . Toilet was filthy 😳 .

I go here pretty much everyday, the staff are always so welcoming and remember my coffee order everytime !

Was in desperate need of a coffee when I found this one. It was such a hot day and it was fantastic to walk into such a nice cool place. Social distance between tables was excellent too. The staff were really lovely.

Standard Costa. Very busy though, seating a bit tricky to find (early evening). Cleared about around 7 pm. Toilets not very well maintained and quite grubby. What is quite nice though is that there's no pressure to move on, you can quite happily camp here to while away the minutes...

Watch your bag from theives. Sat in for half hour and saw 2 people steal food from the fridges and someone looking around at coats and bags. Although OK for somewhere to grab a quick coffee. Staff look super busy, friendly and always cleaning.

This particular outlet was poor. Toilet facilities were dirty. Staff declined to accept a discount card that was valid. It appears the homeless uee the facility, which probably was the only endearing comment I can make. Head Office have declined to respond.

Have used the Faringdon COSTA twice this week. The service has been friendly on both occasions and the drinks delicious. Always quick service too.

Went in for a coffee on my own. Staff made me welcome and had great service. The costa is lovely and clean and always has a replished fridge. I would definitely recommend.

The baristas need to learn to make coffee with a bit of passion. They dont wash and dry the porta filters with each coffee which is dirty and bad barista skills. Learn to make coffee properly
