Quick service after ordering with the QR code. Food was nice and good value for money.

Front of house was ok, they delivered and returned the cold food efficiently but yeah, food was average but cold. Was hotter after nuking but defeats the objective. Prices a bit steep for poor northerners but the locals don't flinch so not too bad just let down by what was initially served. I'd perhaps give it another go as one visit doesnt always give a true reflection.

Great food, lovely drinks. Good attention given to allergens without a fuss. Great for coeliacs . Full menu for vegans and coeliacs.

The venue is a little bit cramped, attending with my grandson and there wasn’t really anywhere safe to easily put pushchair. Struggled to get past next table to sit down as tables so close. The tapas was nice, but no better than lukewarm. Good flavours but spoiled by its temperature. The venue was indeed very busy, but the table we were put on was incredibly drafty.

A charming, warm, lovely place. At the entrance, you are asked about a vegan or gluten-free menu, you can choose a table from many different options (with sofas, couches, chairs in many versions). Everyone will find something to eat, drink and enjoy. It's definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.

The front of house neglected to mention the 45 minute wait for food (despite not appearing excessively busy; one of the team later said I should have been told at the door). When the food finally arrived, one dish was luke warm and the other nearly cold, but we were so hungry after the unexpected wait we ate it anyway. Absolutely terrible.

To book a table for Pablo lounge For 12 people for brunch, I total understand that it was busy but the food came out cold , my vegetarian sausage was uncooked and the beans on everyone’s plate was if they had just opened a can of beans and served them up , the bacon was so hard it was un Edible , When we spoke to a member of staff they couldn’t offer a discount as we had already paid , very disappointing when the meal cost £153 I won’t be going back in a hurry

Amazing time at Pablo’s, we went after the Abingdon fire works and they happily greeted us even tho they where closing the kitchen 3 minutes when we got that, that was on us, my partner had I believe the bacon burger and ginger beer. I had the butter chicken with a Oreo milkshake it was lovely the only downside was the onion rings being undercooked but again our fault coming three minutes before the kitchen closed. Amazing service left a tip :)

Had a wonderful experience at Pablo Lounge today. Registered the birth of my daughter and then popped in for a celebratory hot choc and slice of cake. The lady working there asked what we were celebrating and when we told her she very kindly gave us our order on the house. I was very touched. To top it off the cake and hot choc were both delicious! Thank you

Very nice atmosphere, great service by Poppy, Pow pow and Aaron. Had a lovely korean style chicken burger with sweet potato fries. Great dish!

Terribly slow service food cold by the time of serving

Logged into WiFi. No menus on the tables. Got menu up online but could barely read it. After a lot of frustration, we got up and walked out.

Nice place for brunch, lunch or dinner. Interesting menu, easy to order, and generally easy to catch up with friends and relax.

5 stars for all aspects! We had a baby shower meal at this place and I must say it was great. The decor was really nice, the staff were top so friendly and professional. The food was really good. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends & family and will be visiting again!

We came here as a group of five for breakfast on a Saturday morning. Everyone really enjoyed their food and the service was great. I was really impressed by and happy with the number of vegan options, especially. I'd for sure come again.

powpow is the icon of pablos lounge so friendly great service and great food I definitely recommend their beef brisket chilli it is so good i came here with my lovely family and ended up eating all their food because it was so filling and nice that they couldn’t eat it all

Excellent service and food. Also available is a wide range of alcoholic drinks. Would highly recommend a visit. Dog friendly with dogs allowed inside cafe and have dog treats.

This is a good place to eat in Abingdon. Food good. Service excellent. Lacked atmosphere due to the time of day, so not a criticism.

A great little place to pop in for a casual lunch. They dont rush you. Grrat place to go with friends and have a catch up. The food is good and varied. They have a basic bar if you just want drinks too.

Best breakfast I've had for a long time. The bacon was crispy and so tasty, eggs poached to creamy perfection. Very nice!

I had ordered a curry which was mostly rice and the portion was not very big at all so I needed something else.

It is always never too busy when we go (maybe we just get lucky!) but staff are warm and welcoming, and food is always lovely. Thanks!

Nice place to go to, absolutely brilliant about dogs as well, Which is rare so I do enjoy coming here and the staff are really nice. The atmosphere is good It can get quite busy in there. The only downside is the cost and the portions. It's quite a high cost restaurant I would say that to have a a decent amount to eat and drink you would need to spend about 30 quid per person. There's a lot of good things on there in terms of being gluten and vegetarian and vegan. I am none of these but it's nice to see that they have options. It would just be nice to see a little bit more on the plate when you pay that much.

Good food for a decent price. I had to wait at the bar for quite some time to place my order (there is a QR code but it wasn’t working for me)but it wasn’t very busy and I wasn’t expecting to wait so long. The staff is nice and friendly when they did speak to me, they were probably busy doing other things. Toilets were clean when we went.

Visited pablo's today for coffee. We were greeted by Ruby- very effecient and welcoming also PowPow made us the best coffee we have tasted for ages . will visit again

Worst experience ever. Glasses were looking as never washed. Although we asked for a replacement, we were told we have to pay again. Disgusting place and staff. Terrible. Real nightmare

Went out for lunch with my partner and the food was delicious, the atmosphere was incredible and the waitress whose name I think was Freya was super welcoming and kind! Will be coming again!

One of the best restaurants & cafes in Oxfordshire. We love all the Lounge restaurants. Great atmosphere and big tables which is very rare to find nowadays. People are amazing and service is nice when it’s so busy it can take a bit of time to get your order but there is nothing wrong with it. High demand, high waiting time.

The music was so loud. I mentioned it to the staff but they seemed uninterested. We asked for marshmallows on our drink and it arrived without them. However the staff member got them straight away for us. Drinks are now being served without teaspoons. We had to ask for them which we were given straight away.

Lovely food! But the staff did struggle in keeping up with orders when we visited as a big group.

Had dinner there in restaurant, was great! Good food, quick, great service. Had take-away a day later as we had a long day and wanted something quick. The servings were 1/4th of what we got in-store, or missing items entirely. Go there for a sit down! Don’t get takeaway!

I visited this place, Abingdon 🇬🇧 and I, from Houston, Texas. They have wifi,excellent foods, the salad and soup are lovely 😍 👌 . I recommend this place.

Poppy and Grace were fabulous. Brought our little dog Mabli in for tea, and they were super accommodating. Great food and atmosphere!

New chef? It's definitely improved It's lunch dishes, but you can never go wrong with the brunch options!

Clearly a rapid decline. No Estrella, but awful Hoffmeister instead. Ambiance killed by emptiness. No food in sight. What a shame.

Have been here in the day and didn't feel overly impressed but decided to use the night cafe and it's quite a different feel. So this is a cafe where you order at the bar or by QR code. It's completely accessible and has more of a 'bar' feel at night with an actual bar, bar table, normal table and Chatty Cafe scheme sofa. We started at the bar table but grabbed the chatty sofa when it was free as my son wanted to play board games. The staff were really nice and attentive despite it not being table service. The decor is really nice and the music ambient. You can't really play board games as pretty much all the pieces were missing but I mentioned this politely and the staff member came back and told me he had already sent a message to the manager about this. I would definitely come again if I can get the sofa as it's relaxing a place as your own home.

Went for a quiet brunch and to write a letter. Although it was very busy, I was made super welcome and was able to have my meal in peace and concentrate on what I wanted to do. I also had a gorgeous brunch - the maple and bacon pancake stack and a stonking great pot of tea all to myself. Both were delicious and I highly recommend you indulge yourself at your first opportunity. You are welcome at Pablos whether you are in a group or as a solo diner, no distinction is made - take your bestie or a book , you will be welcome 😉

Don't come here for great food, but it's a really nice place to sit, relax and have a catch up.

Don't like to leave bad reviews, but we popped in for a quick simple breakfast. We'd both ordered tea and toast, it took 45 minutes to arrive. If you are that busy, you should be warning your customers of the time involved. No apology for the wait when the food finally arrived.

Nice food. Had a lounge breakfast. Eggs were cold, suggest warming the plates.

Six of us ate here last night and the experience was dire. The kitchen was out of stock on many items. Curry burger arrived dry and without curry sauce or mango chutney. French fries out of stock so I had a substitute. My friend had the Shakshuka, which arrived without bread, out of stock. We ordered a mocktail at the bar, unavailable due to lack of ingredients…. Another friend ordered the goat curry, was told ten minutes later that there was none, so she ordered the brisket chilli. The Christmas burgers arrived without the pigs in blankets. Not one meal arrived as promised. A terrible place to visit.

Lovely location. Really wide ranging menu: something for everyone. Very young untrained staff who care less.

1/10. Played it safe with a mozzarella, tomato and pesto panini. They ran out of panini baguettes so offered it with bread instead, which I said no worries. It came looking like it was made by someone who quit their job half way through making it. It resembled something that had been swept up off the ground, punched, and then put back on the plate. Strangely there were bits of the bread missing. The area is pretty rough and the flies all over the place were irritating. Anyway, overall dreadful. For £7-8 you'd expect better. I think a 5 year old with access to basic instructions could've made better. Would opt for a Tesco meal deal next time.

Ordered gosling rum with smokey coke on the website but they said it didn't exist... perhaps don't have it as an option if you don't want people disappointed... my egg was raw in which stringy bits were hanging from my fork which it would be nice to not have salmonella anytime soon!. My friends burger wasn't even the right one, bacon and avocado burger is what he got instead of his chimmy churey burger he ordered. Under staffed but the drinks were rather nice and the atmosphere.

Had breakfast here twice. On both occasions, all the staff were very friendly. It was busy giving a good buzz. The Lounge breakfast was lovely with just the right amount of food. Good all round.

Seemed a bit empty for a Saturday night but maybe that is the new norm. Service was good and food was very nice. Some options not available, which is the only reason I've knocked a star off the food.

Waited an hour for two sandwiches, with no communication from any of the staff. They arrived lukewarm at best; I'd avoid this place.

Was disappointed with the experience, food was average, but I’m pretty sure they forgot to put any shots in my cocktail as there was no taste of any of the spirits but waited too long to be bothered to send it back etc.. Two undrinkable drinks for the best part of £20 seems poor value

Strange place. Not much human contact. We had to order and pay on my Niece's phone as nobody serving. Average food.

Possibly the worst place to eat in Abingdon? Was here 2 years ago and thought "surely, it's better now?" Sadly not. Waited nearly 30 mins for the food to arrive and when it did it was awful (butter chicken) dried up and totally overcooked. We sent it back but waited so long for it to be replaced we cancelled and got a refund from the very polite staff, who were great. Probably used to issuing refunds and throwing stuff in the bin. How does this place keep going selling third rate food? There are so many better places close by, so avoid at all costs!!

Went for lunch today with my partner and child and had one of the worst service experiences we’ve had in some time. Having ordered we were waiting 40 minutes before being told there was a delay and we were the next inline behind a large order. This could have been told to us much earlier. As our child is 10 months and hungry we couldn’t wait any longer and asked for cancel and opt for a refund as we ordered and paid via their app. They were happy to do this however, refused to refund the 10% tip we put in the order. I struggle to understand the logic of not refunding a tip when no actual good or service has been received.
