I went to Costa in Marlborough st Faringdon today with a client who has learning disability, I was very thirsty but couldn't get my card to work and my client was demanding too much of my attention. I paid for his meals and the ladies on shift offered me a cold drink since it was extremely hot. Thank you for your generosity. It means a lot. 🙏. I'll recommend more clients in for a drink because I'm sure they'll get good service. 👍🏼

Good coffee. Good staff. Disgusting toilets and windows had about 6 weeks worth of flies on the windowsill. Generally very grubby.

Another classic costa. Expensive coffee but it's good coffee. Staff are very friendly.

Coffee good quality, staff reasonable but premises very grubby and not kept clean at all from what we could see. Filthy tables anchors everywhere.

Great staff, always polite and helpful. Prices are a little high but the drinks and the food at worth it. Nice atmosphere in there to. No pressure from the staff to leave as soon as you've finished.. 👍

Called in on a Saturday morning, long queue for drive thru, so we sat at the last remaining table inside. Fantastic customer service, a well ‘oiled machine’ incredibly efficient and quick. The guy on the till seemed to be in charge, everything was just how you would want things to be: clean, hot and appetising - thank you.

No longer allows dogs but doesn't put up a sign to tell you. As there are other independent coffee shops I'm town that do allow well behaved dogs, we'll be going elsewhere in future.

ordered a drink and when i got it it didn’t actually have half of the things that were meant to be in it and they never told me when i ordered

Under the circumstances, the staff did their best to make our visit as enjoyable as possible.

I know trying to cope with all the Covid 19 rules and regulations must be difficult and frustrating for anyone in the service industry, but could not quite believe how rude one of the staff members was being when I went for a take away coffee. She was shouting at an elderly gent because he stood in the wrong place, she tutted and gave deep sighs to two ladies who didn’t know how to use the scan thingy on the door, then told them they were holding everyone up, and that ‘she didn’t have time for this’ whilst banging cups down on the counter. The poor staff member actually making the drinks, who was also being barked at by the costa woman, was doing their upmost to be polite and make the drinks, did not deserve to be spoken to like that, especially on the shop floor! She barked at people to stand at the end and glared at anyone entering the shop. Needless to say, I left without ordering anything, as did a few others. Time to get nicer staff costa!

I love this place I try and come as regularly as I can any time I come. I always love the food here and will always be coming here if I am craving a Salted Caramel and Cream Frostino, ( my favourite thing)

Plenty of space, with O2 WiFi and power by the tables. The usual rush of mums and toddlers and other screaming kids, but good.

Dreadful drinks in takeaway cups as “all the washing up had been done”. Nowhere to sit as all areas closed off despite not closing for over 40 minutes. The worst Costa experience I have ever had. Avoid.

All good - coffee, food, service all lovely - really clean and hygienic seeming too. Lovely place and we go all the time.

I visited this place about 2 years ago and it stood out then on how friendly and chatty the staff were. One girl in particular. On returning recently found it still to be the case. One of the best Costa Coffees I've ever been to. Well done

Took my granddaughter for a treat as she loves frothy milk. Staff very accommodating and the place is very child friendly with lots of families using the facility.

Love that they are environmentally and socially responsible. Staff are great (not so much at Heathrow) and the coffee is good. Food choices are reasonable.

Good cheap coffee and quick Aswell

Four of us called in for a coffee and a snack, they took a good 20 minutes to make our coffee, which arrived cold with not enough milk. My cutlery was dirty, it had food on the folk! They did not give my son his change and he had to ask for the change, all in all it was not a good experience and to crown it all it cost us £24 for four coffees and four snacks. I don't recommend this place. The service was poor, The coffee was cold and the price was extortionate!

Awesome place to go. Staff are so friendly and quick. Prices are the same as anywhere else even budgens next door. My little girl loves her babycino and the staff always recognise us. Great place.

Popped into this branch for the second time in the past 3 week and today I have been surprised by the wonderful atmosphere. The young team on today (a young guy and girl) are engaging, efficient and happy. They work well together and are polite and honest. If I were located around here I would offer them both a job. Thanks Costa....Keep these two employed and promoted!
