It was the first time that I visited this cafe' with my 2 year old. The place has a soft play for his age and a very well furnished little cafe', where you can have food, drinks and snacks at affordable prices. Facilities are clean and appropriate for families, with lots of interesting entertainment. Most importantly, the cafe has its own car park and easy access. Kids eat for free during holidays, that is an interesting detail for everyone that is struggling with the high cost of living. I highly recommend it.

a lovley chilled out and relaxed place to go, either on your own or with kids, loads of refreshments to choose from, teas, coffees, iced drinks and smoothies, also a good food menu for adults and kids all freshly made on the premises, everybody is made welcome, wifi is available plus they have a book corner.

Cafe in Farnham park near the baseball courts, football pitches & rugby pitches & childrenâs playground. Sells hot drinks, soft drinks, hot food & sweets & snacks open to all park users not just softball/baseball players - good for a coffee for football parents on a cold day, taking children to the playground & while walking the dog

Our recent family dinner was a deeply disappointing experience, primarily due to the shockingly poor service and tiny portions, but especially due to the behaviour of Fernando, who is shockingly the manager. It started when I inquired about the tortellini portion size. Fernando assured me it wouldn't be small. However, what arrived was a plate with only four pieces of tortellini â a child's portion at best. The plate was disproportionately large, making the tiny amount of food even more glaring. When I politely asked Fernando if I could order something else or perhaps have a small side of chips due to the miscommunication about the portion, he responded with a flat "NO," delivered in an impertinent tone. He then accused me of "demanding free foodâ when I simply made a request not a demand. This interaction was incredibly uncomfortable and completely spoiled our family dinner. Furthermore, our family of three was seated at a table for six, despite other suitable tables being available. The lemonade was also flat. We were so dissatisfied that we left without eating. I strongly advise against dining here⊠unless you would like to spoil someoneâs evening, leave them hungry and waste your time!

The front door closer isnât working properly so the door doesnât close fully as people come in and out. On a cold windy day like today, whenever a customer arrives or leaves everyone at that end of the restaurant gets a blast of cold air that keeps coming unless someone gets up to push the door closed. One of the waitress tries her best to keep pushing it closed (she did this 10 times in an hour), but the door is in constant use, so the diners nearby have to repeatedly get up and push the door closed. Rather than fix the offending door closer, they have put a small âPlease Close The Doorâ sign on the inside of door, which people coming into the place canât see. The heater above the offering door was also off. We left after an hour with frozen feet.

The Langley Country Park is a treasure, as is its tearoom. While staying at The Langley hotel that adjoins the park, we enjoyed daily walks on the parkâs many pathways and usually wound up back at the tearoom either for tea or, as on several occasions, to enjoy their excellent all-day breakfasts. The atmosphere was always relaxed and pleasant, the food outstanding, and the service friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!

I recently visited Angel Of Mercia with friends to celebrate my boyfriends birthday. The problems started very soon after our arrival. We were in the restaurant for 10 minutes and hadnât even been offered a menu, we had to request them ourselves. At which point someone came over with them and highlighted that the sharers were unavailable. Now if youâve reviewed the menu you will know there are only about 4 mains and then the 2 sharers so thatâs a fairly significant thing not to have available on a Friday night. A member of the bar team then came over to take our drinks order and then informed us that they had no beer?! How can a restaurant have no beer on a Friday night, we were puzzled by this. The barman said that there had been a party the night before who had drunk it all. Now if you know the location of this restaurant youâll see itâs in close proximity (walking distance) to at least 2 supermarkets. The team had every opportunity knowing close of business Thursday that they had no beer to do something about it, there is simply no excuse. Our drinks arrived in dribs and drabs and as time ticked on it became apparent that they didnât care for our business. We waited 40 mins and didnât get asked what we would like to order, not even a starter/small plates? They didnât ask if we wanted another drink, literally nothing. So after 45 mins we asked for the bill which I of course had the service removed from because it was appalling and we took our custom elsewhere. As all of us exited the restaurant, not a peep from the Angel of Mercia team, not an apology or a thank you for even spending money on drinks there. I would not recommend here at all!

Large cafe unfortunately feels more like train station waiting area instead of cozy cafe. Drinks are nice. Costa quality.
