I never received my food. Message the driver and he ignored my message of his eta. Then he marked my food as delivered.

The pub doesn't do food anymore it's been taken over needs a lot of work inside

Good food service was very good.place dated furniture worn .but on the whole not bad.

As expected ,spotted a Dry wolf coat and a man walking around with loo roll stuck to his shoe !! Staff were attentive but drafty by the door , good value.

Very friendly staff, I was welcome as soon as walked in the door and steated. The food was amazing, my children definitely loved it. Very clean and comfortable .

Came in with my kids for some drinks and the customer service was great, very quick and polite. Tables were clean, we found a quiet spot and the drinks tasted great 👍

What's the point of kiosks, now I can't order as food being made. Instead I pick on kiosk, then they staff have read the order of a screen, this is twice the time and effort, the action being done twice!!, surely this is ridiculous. Who's the idiot who thought this would be a good idea... they need an award for stupidity.

Went in for lunch with a friend. We ordered cheese and onion toasties, a tea and a chocolate shake. The food took a long time to arrive. We had been given a number - the poor woman wandering around the restaurant with our tray of food has a different number on the receipt and we watched her try and serve it to several tables before putting it back on the tray and looking around in confusion. The toasted sandwiches had so little filling they both looked like two pieces of very thin, cheap bread that had spent a minute in a warm toaster. Mine had lots of onions, but very little cheese. It looked unappetising. A toasted sandwich is such a simple thing to make, and they clearly are not up to it. I returned it and it took so long to process the refund I had no time to drink my tea, so got a take out cup. This used to be a really good place for lunch with good sandwiches and nice cake. The staff they have now cannot even match the number they write on the order to the number they give you for your table. I'm giving 2 stars because apparently the chocolate shake was nice. Don't waste your time or your money. Go to Latinos instead.
