Waited ages for starter people had finished there's before they all came out out of4 draft beers only one on not all dishes were available had a lamb burger was cold and most of the meals on our table people thought wasn't very nice or hot

Disappointing on all counts sadly. 😔 Our boss took 5 of us out for lunch. Doesn't open until 2pm despite offering a 'lunch menu'! There were only 2 other people in the restaurant but the service was very slow, haphazard & the server was not knowledgeable about the menu. Only the chef & one server were on shift and between them they couldn't work the coffee machine & presented me with a triple shot half a cup espresso instead of an Americano which I almost choked on! Very Fawlty Towers. ☹️ Should have heeded the reviews and avoided.

Food is expensive and portion size is so small that I had to go to McDonald after . Ordered mixed sheesh for meat lovers . I’m sharing a pic of the dish . Price for this is £25 .

Not good. Normally have a good meal here but last two times not great. Large family gathering today and 3 meal options unavailable, vegetarian meal not cooked properly aubergine hard and uncuttable, chicken on two dishes rubbery a real disappointment

The only real issue I had with Atmosphere was the music was quite loud which made it difficult to have conversations but everything else was fantastic

Absolutely amazing food and service never felt like I was waiting around for anything also sravani’s cocktails were absolutely outstanding.

Very pleasant staff, some of us were cold and others too hot but otherwise a nice restaurant. The spinach and feta starters were tasteless but everything else was very nice.

Came Here for a family member birthday last Minute as where we were going was closed. Everyone was amazing in getting us a place considering how late notice it ended up being. The staff there were amazing and friendly, and the food was lovely. Would like to give thanks to Sanad who served us this night and the rest of the team for a brilliant night and amazing service from all the family that came.

Food was busting ( bloody delicious ). Waiter was sound very friendly and a good laugh also

The service and waiting time for food was poor, however our server Sanad provided an excellent service. He spent time with the table and had good conversation and humour.

Paid £44 per head to see the George Michael tribute , waited 15 mins at the cocktail bar as they couldn’t find any shot glasses ! Sat at our table at 8pm and by 8.55 not even a nibble of Turkish bread had arrived at our table To top it all the tribute artist had no presence at all , and very little talent We left , and went elsewhere for food A total waste of money

Was walking to creams with my 87 year old grandma and she was feeling tired and couldn’t walk further. Owner of babasheesh came out and told us to sit down, got a new bottle of a water and looked after my us even though we weren’t going in the restaurant. That just shows how good these owners are. Looking after the elderly. Was really happy with that. Many thanks to them

Wonderful food and service from Megan.

Inedible food, smell of burned oil as soon as you walk in. My moussaka looked like it was dropped few times before it was served. My mums did not taste of anything and she could not eat it, but I still had to pay for it, they did not offer refunds…. chewy ribs… salad and bread was nice….

I wouldn't normally go to a Turkish restaurant, but now I'm totally surprised at the level of excellence. In every department the quality was outstanding . The quality of the meat was amazing and the staff couldn't do enough. The restaurant manager Christina went out of her way to make our evening special

food is going down in quality, muscle man at the bar dictating policy about huge shrinkage in portion size, waiters are doing their best with what they have to work with, they have copied the live singers from eyna, basildon though havent given much thought to keeping customers happy regarding the food, seems more interested with how much gel is on his hair, overpriced and are not interested in you, much better available, so please dont respond with the usual, we take your review seriously because you dont, the issues we have came directly from the top we were told. chatham.

Having a wheelchair user and gluten intolerant members of our party was not an issue. Ben our server was knowledgeable and efficient.

The food was not nice, the lamb chops were dry. I have never had such bad salad in my life. Also the portion does not justify the money you spend in here. This is no go zone. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!

Third time now at Babasheesh have no complaints the staff are very friendly and the manager Kristine goes out her way to make sure everything is ok It was very busy but didn’t wait very long for food or drinks will definitely be going back

Really good! Good was lovely, and the service was great! My only criticism would be that the music was really loud, I felt like I was shouting across the table to have a conversation. I would return though.

Food overpriced considering portion size. Prawns over cooked. But would try again due to the amazing service from Ruby, true asset to the business. She was so happy to help and try to do things outside of her training.. the cocktails she made for the first time was amazing.

Had some cocktails and a few small plates today and it was lovely. Ruby our server was so sweet, friendly and attentive. Food did take a while to come out even though we were the only table in the restaurant and it was only starters but the mai tai’s were divine!!! And it was rubys first time making them. Hats off to her, thank you for a lovely experience!!

Very nice restaurant, a good vibe and spacious inside. The staff were excellent, and Ruby recommended a great dish. Which was tasty and fulfilling. The Hummus and pita bread were delicious. The lamb kebab and rice were also delicious.
