Excellent Sunday Roast, plenty meat , vegetables , this is a must. good food friendly staff well worth a visit

this was my first time here and i had breakfast, but this was the best breakfast by far, there was plenty food which was tasty and hot, the service was friendly and there was a lovely atmosphere in the cafe, lovely views of the solent and toilets were clean, i will be using this cafe again

Lovely food, great service. The steak was amazing and the chefs “homemade” coleslaw was out of this world. Would highly recommend a visit.

Amazing little find! Called for coffees, were tempted by the offer of a Sunday lunch from an enthusiastic and friendly staff. One of the best Sunday lunches we ever had: choice of meats with all the trimmings, accompanied by six vegetables! The puddings were also excellent. Wonderful all round. Highly recommended.

We visited on a cool winters day, following the reviews on here. The food and service were excellent - fish and chips were freshly prepared and piping hot. Sadly we felt cold waiting for our food, and the ladies sat next to us had their scarves on! We would go back, but perhaps when the weather picks up.

Such a lovely atmosphere, staff are amazing! We went for my nans birthday lunch, there was 15 of us including a toddler - nothing was too much to ask, the food was lovely and reasonably priced. Staff were so welcoming and really looked after us, thankyou xx

Fantastic coffee for reasonable price!

Approx 18 of us booked for group lunch today. I run a facebook online cookery group called "the island apron" and we often go to places for a bite to eat across the island as well as share recipies and ask for advice. Today we had lunch at the bistro . Delicious food, very friendly staff and clean premises. Highly recommend.

Dropped in for a couple of beers and played some trivial pursuit with my 16yo son. Great family friendly atmosphere and excellent beers. Great to see they have Wightnuckle on tap

Without a doubt, the best food we had during our week-long holiday. It was so good, we came back again! During our visits, we had the Ox-cheek, Ribs, a burger, and fish & chips. The atmosphere is friendly and clearly a local favourite. Great drinks and wine to be had as well.
