Just off the main drag of East street there is the amazing eatery. I was doing a bit of shopping and I had popped round to the printers when leaving I noticed the BTP only on closer inspection did I realise it was serving food. I had a bacon butty and a coffee , welcomed with a smile very pleasant staff and really good food will definitely go back.

I visited last Saturday I wanted to treat my daughter to a nice breakfast, I’ve visited previously so was a returning customer. The place wasn’t packed and there were a lot of tables still free, when greeted I was asked to sit almost next/almost on top of other people, the tables of 2 are very close together and you can’t have a private conversation. so I requested we sat on a different table but was told we wasn’t allowed as it could get busy. Ordered a breakfast and poached eggs on toast, originally our breakfast was taken to a wrong table and the waitress wasn’t overly warm or welcoming. The breakfast was lovely but the poached eggs were hard. This isn’t a big complaint but when we left, the tables I asked to sit at were still free. It cost £35 for breakfast and 2 coffees which is fine but for that price please make sure the eggs are cooked properly and allow people to have a choice on where they sit.

Very disappointing! Definitely will not return ! Visited for lunch with my wife and two children . My meal arrived as my wife and children were finishing so I sat and watched them eat ! Then to top it off after asking for no slaw due to an allergy there was a big helping of it on my plate touching the chicken and some chips also making it inedible! Not a nice experience when you stop with your family on Saturday for a well earned lunch after a hard week at work! I requested a full refund but was refused and was only given a refund for my own meal . The food isn’t cheap and was definitely a bad experience.

Looked quiet compared to the other cafes as it was nearly noon so thought it would be ideal for tea and pastie. Unfortunately after ordering our food and about to pay by cash, we were told they refuse to accept legal tender so we had to leave. I do ot understand why small business struggling to survive refuse custom with not accepting cash-still there loss and I assume will go bust

A very interesting cafe tucked away down a side passage to this whole food shop. Greeted by the aroma of tasty smells. Ideal for a coffee stop. There were many books and newspapers to keep one amused. There was a selection of healthy foods on offer but essentially I visited with a friend for coffee. No background music which is good as we had a good uninterrupted conversatiin.

Señoras muy groseras sirviendo sin modales. Evita, a menos que quieras que te hablen groseramente. Ellos te tomarán orden, lo procederán para servirte lo que quieran. Cuando se lo señalas, se ofenden.

The best place for a pub lunch in Chichester. Typical pub food but cooked to perfection. Add to that super friendly bar service from Donna and you have the complete package. Highly recommended.

Fue atraído por 'de origen local' etc etc. Probé el pastel del día, chichén y jamón, según recuerdo. Traté de cortarlo, pero no hubo suerte. Tuve que apuñalarla con mi cuchillo, muy fuerte. Apenas fue capaz de causar impresión. Decidió perseverar y comerlo ya que era bastante caro. Recordó la canción de Benny Hill cuando un pastel de cerdo rancio le golpeó en el ojo y mordió el polvo. Propietario serio: encuentra alguna manera de servir pasteles para que no terminen como hormigón.

Very warm welcome, matched by excellent all day breakfast ( for both of us). A very relaxed cafe, with superb cakes, and pasteries to go. A pleasure to eat in this friendly, and very clean cafe, with a very good selection. A nice change to the corporate cafes.

Tuvimos una experiencia mixta durante nuestra reciente visita. Mi marido eligió el desayuno de todo el día, y estaba satisfecho con él. La carne estaba sabrosa, y todo sabía bien. Desafortunadamente, mi experiencia fue menos agradable. Pedí la tostada de atún, esperando que tuviera algo más que atún y tostadas, tal vez un poco de queso o sabor añadido. En cambio, era seco, insípido y en general bastante decepcionante. La sopa que pedí también se quedó corta, sin ningún sabor real, aunque los crutones fueron un buen toque. El café era promedio, no el mejor que he tomado, pero tampoco el peor. Para añadir a la decepción, el servicio se sentía bastante deslucido, carente de un ambiente agradable o acogedor. Dada la experiencia, la comida se sintió muy cara y carente de valor. En general, mientras mi marido disfrutaba de su comida, mi experiencia dejó mucho que desear. Teniendo en cuenta la calidad, el servicio y los precios, probablemente no planeamos regresar, ya que probablemente hay mejores opciones en otros lugares.
